When I asked for proof that my data was deleted, they sent a sham “certification” signed only as “Authorized Representative.” No name, no title, no accountability. When I sent them a proper certification letter requiring a real officer’s name and signature, they refused to sign and ignored my deadline. Their legal team now hides behind vague “litigation hold” language instead of certifying deletion. This isn’t how professional studio management software should behave. A company claiming to be an all-in-one platform for studios, gyms, spas, and dance schools should not be lying to close sales, mishandling data, and refusing accountability. \* Business owners: Protect your trust and your client relationships.
