Commenti: My overall experience with DoorDash is good I have been using them for quite some time and i will still continue to use them despite what everybody else says.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that I can order anything from almost anywhere on the app. I also like that I can give instructions on what to do with the food and where to put it.

Aspetti negativi:

I dont like that if I have a issue with the driver they really try their best to go above to help their customers. I have had this app and yet the issues i still decide to use them.

Major Issues

Commenti: I’ve had a huge work lunch order that was supposed to be delivered. They tried to deliver a wrong order. We had to instruct the driver to bring it back to the restaurant. He returned it to the restaurant but then just left without delivering it.
Another food order from Cub - they went to a completely wrong address. They wouldn’t return it to the store either. Just left it there. Pulling up our address in any GPS comes up correctly. Driver claims that they put in the wrong city - correct address and city was verified by Cub in a follow up call between Door Dash and Cub - driver says the address comes up about 4 or 5 miles south of where we are located. There is. Nothing in that area with our street address. There is a major issue with Door Dash.
I will never purposely order thru Door Dash.

Their GPS program is messed up. They don’t cover their drivers for the companies own mistakes.

Can Improve their service

Commenti: Overall it's nice once we need food item urgently, we were new in Canada, we don't have car yet and they delivered it on time

Their home delivery services and mostly they are on time. Also cost effective

Awesome delivery services

I like how they deliver to your job and the food is sometimes hot. The delievers are nice as well.

Aspetti negativi:

I dont reccomend getting anything frozen like ice cream or ice cause when you get it its melted and door dash will not refund you back.

Not worth it

Commenti: It was okay, I prefer Ubereats as they usually get the order correct and bring it on time.

The convenience of having most restaurants delivered to my house.

Aspetti negativi:

They messed up orders a lot and delivers were late a lot regardless if you pay extra fees for faster delivery.

No food and no refund

BRWARE. Did not recieve my food. It cost me over 45 00 and they DID NOT refund my money. The address thwy delivered to was missing a number. Very disappointed 😞

My daughter order from Wal-Mart and doordash was supposed to deliver the items about $50 bucks order They delivered to the front door of the building and not at the door of the apartment knowing the number and obviously the goods were stolen so i call Wal-Mart and they said that the order was picked up by doordash so she called doordash and after 50 minutes waiting they couldn't find the driver so had to have an investigation today is been a week since and no reply or money refunded It's absolutely outrageous that a big company like doordash can't take care of the customers properly, no starts given 😡

Rip off company

Nothing. They have ZERO customer service and they are a rip off company!

Someone hacked my account and ordered a $33 breakfast pizza. I don't even eat breakfast pizza. I tried to cancel the order and Doordash said no. I told them I DID NOT place the order. They insisted that I had. I canceled the order with the dasher and they thanked me for saving them a trip and that I would get a refund. Nope, Doordash said no refund. The pizza had not been made, but they still refused to refund me. I deleted my account.

Door Dash is the worst

Best food delivery app.

Commenti: It makes it incredibly easy to buy lunch or snacks for my team. I enjoy how it saves everything from my earlier orders to make it easier to order the next time.

When I'm in the city and comfortable in my hotel, Door Dash has always been there when I need food or a snack. So many options in the area and I love that I don't have to call someone. Since using the app, I've had less errors with my orders and it always arrives.

Not all restaurants are on the app, so it depends when I'm craving at the moment.

DoorDash makes delivery accessible!

Commenti: DoorDash has been great to access all I need. I can order any and everything and it will be at my home in an instant. Overall, it has been a great app to have.

DoorDash makes anything easy to order and process payments. The product arrives quickly and exactly how I ordered.

I wish the mark up wasn’t as high on products. It seems steep to tack on to the original price in addition to tipping out the drivers.

I like that it is easy to choose things and add them to my cart. It is also very convenient and helpful for me in ny busy days

I don't like that most of the places are very expensive as I have to pay so much for chicken sandwiches but overall quality is good

It's a great way to get your food delivered if you're feeling lazy or don't want to go out. They offer lots of different options.

Aspetti negativi:

Can be costly after a while. Also, I get paranoid if people touch the food (for example if you get fries from a fast food restaurant). Doesn't always have the restaurant I want.

Door dash makes it easy so you don't have to leave the house when you have alot of things going on. It tells you the steps on where it is and how long till it gets to you via text

i cant really think of any negatives, but sometimes having orders placed right up until the last minute and then the driver doesnt actually show up till after were closed but thats probably an 'us' thing

My DoorDash experience thus far

Commenti: My overall experience has been amazing. Love how easy it is to get the things I need last minute just delivered to my door. Never had any issues with DoorDash. I’m so glad I’m able to use it.

Aspetti positivi:

I’m a college student, so I was able to get a dash pass for very cheap. It’s so helpful for me because I use DoorDash all the time. I think it’s great they have a cheap option for us college students.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes they can’t find a dasher in a certain amount of time. Which is okay. It hasn’t happened to me, but others have told me it’s happened to them. But they always refund the money if they can’t find someone to deliver your things. Which is very thoughtful.

A little more money but better business!
