The information available at the tips of customer With greater transparency make sure customer have full control over the purchase they are trying to make from cloud store. Really helps to drive revenue and add value whereas other features like Analytics which is very essential in today’s business world add 360° view of business.

No specific issues but more features where you have option to integrate with different other business applications which is actually growing for this particular software.

I would prefer a few more direct integrations into existing software platforms. (i.e. CRM, POS, or even Zapier)

Commenti: It provides us what we need but there are limitations that I'd love to see overcome as shown in the Cons section.

* Dynamic pricing is per product, not across related products * new look for arrivals list * would love to have the option to make a product private (IE: product only available via a link we could send to specific people as opposed to having it visible to all customers)

Highly Recomend Catalate Cloudstore

Commenti: Selling season passes and encouraging early purchases has helped us forecast how busy we may be on any given day.

We have been using Liftopia/Catalate for many years now, and have found offering a cloud based platform well worth the effort. Catalate makes managing online sales easy, no down-time or interface issues to deal with, they take care of it all.

Aspetti negativi:

A direct integration into our point of sale system would be very nice. currently we have to check in the customer via extranet, then redeem the ticket through our POS.

Great Value & Excellent Customer Service

Commenti: Our customers love the convenience of purchasing our products through our website/cloud store. Our company loves the information that is provided in daily, weekly, month & annual reports.

I can access arrivals and other analytics at any time. It allows us greater reach in offering our products and also convenience for our guests to purchase in advance without having to be at our location or call.

Aspetti negativi:

I really have no complaints - although it would be great if we could make minor changes to product descriptions, etc without having to contact Partner Services.

Commenti: We are able to successfully sell and yield online lift tickets.

The Cloudstore integrates well on our website and the calendar view is very user friendly. Simple sales are easily made when compared to other competitors.

Aspetti negativi:

The number one missing feature is a cart. Customers must check out multiple times when purchasing different products. Implentation of rate changes can take up to two weeks. However, my sales rep,[SENSITIVE CONTENT], was able to provide documentation that allowed me to send updates in their format, which allowed for same day rate updates.

A Great Solution for Dynamic Ticket Pricing

Commenti: Cloud store has helped us become a leader in the industry and solved our POS system issues. We are very happy with the product and the support team. They continue to innovate every year and we know that it will continue.

It's easy to use on the front end and always works. It is also easy to manage on the back end. We rely very heavily on selling ticket, rentals, lessons, etc through this platform.

You can only purchase one product at a time. It would be better to be able to purchase more than one product at a time.

Ce logiciel est assez simple d'utilisation et intuitif, et le service client est excellent - toujours disponible et très réactif.

Aspetti negativi:

Le choix d'une interface client plus attractif et personnalisable serait souhaitable, y compris au niveau de la présentation de produits via des photos. Ce serait plus simple de pouvoir modifier les textes nous-même, on gagnerait du temps. Rajouter le menu de création de codes promo au menu principal serait un plus.
