Great product with a constant support right at your hand

Commenti: Ofisly solved our issues and made the situation noticeably easier.

It helped us sort the chaos in the garage and a seeming lack of parking spots. It's a great product, intuitive and easy to use - for both users and admins.

Aspetti negativi:

Ofisly is missing SSO at the moment which is a bit of a con but that should be solved soon.

Excellent desk booking solution

Short term monkey clicking

Commenti: I am usually each day at work so in old app, I booked as "repeated" option by 5 clicks same parking place for 1 year ahead and just when I know, I will be out of office, I deleted my reservation. In Ofisly - nor repeatable reservation nor longer period in ahead is possible.

In ofisly I have to wake up each weekend in the morning and as monkey click 5 times for 4th week ahead which is actually opened to book some parking place.

Intuitive desk booking system

Commenti: We tried out different tools before, but none of them worked well for us. They were slow, and some had weird reservation options like canceling old bookings. So, I'm happy that we finally found a solution that's user-friendly, fast, and does the main task just right.

Personally, I wish there were more options for booking desks in terms of time. Right now, the app only lets you reserve a desk for half a day or the full day. But maybe that's just our company's policy.

Aspetti positivi:

We use Ofisly primarily for managing our parking reservations, where it works great. The biggest advantage over the competition is the possibility of assigning permanent spaces for company cars. We lacked this feature in competitors' applications.

I don't see any downside. Application meets all our requirements.

Dibsido - a user friendly solution for parking management in the office (any parking slot)

Commenti: Overall, I am very satisfied with the application. I explored other functionalities of the app, such as desktop access and car sharing, and they seem equally user-friendly and easy to manage. The users of the parking slots are now completely satisfied since they have equal rights to book, and they no longer encounter any "surprises" as they did in the past. This has helped us to avoid conflicts among the parking users. I sincerely recommend this app and hope it works out well for them. They truly deserve it.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover an app that can manage our parking slots exactly as I had envisioned. I literally spent days searching for different options—websites, apps, etc.—but nothing quite fit my expectations. With Dibsido, I can manage all the users and parking slots every day, ensuring there is an equitable distribution of rights among the users. It is easy to book and very user-friendly. It even allows for uploading the real map of the garage, which makes it even more user-friendly.

Aspetti negativi:

I was not able to clear the dashboard from a second feature (different to the parking one). Overall, it does not bother me but it would be great to have a modular dashboard and move components around.

Alternative considerate: Wayleadr

Perché passare a Dibsido: It was exactly what I needed and I could see it as soon as I opened the app. Not the case in the other solutions.

For me, as someone who runs an operational agenda, it's a great tool for a complex overview of what's going on in the office with a nice user-friendly interface and a comprehensive set of tools for the day-to-day running of the business. I highly recommend it to all companies that strive for efficiency and organization in the workplace.
