I did not understand why my driver was finding loads on her phone app. that I was not able to find on my laptop. I called tech. support and was told the phone app did show more data and there was nothing they could do to provide the same data on the computer. The last few days I have been comparing the two and have found that at times there is about 30% missing on the laptop. This is not acceptable. It is far more time consuming to use the phone and this needs to be fixed.

Endless Issues

Commenti: I initially went with ITS Dispatch because of the Truckstop brand however now I’m regretting my decision. They have not put forth the effort to maintain the system. I need an alternative :(

I’ve been dealing with ITS Dispatch issues with the software for over a year. Each time I ask about the status of the bug I receive a generic response about tier two is working on the problem. Recently ITS Dispatch has had a malware issue that has not been fixed. Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do. To some degree its like dealing with a used car salesman.

This software is very useful

Commenti: We've been using ITS Dispatch for about 4 years. Its essentially the center of our processes for keeping up with information about our vendor's(carrier's), customer's and driver's information, besides QuickBooks. The ability to upload files to each record is awesome. The only downfall is, you can only get to the file from the record. There is no place where you can manage "all" the files you have saved. The posting feature is pretty cool. However, it should be fully integrated and allow the user to match their posted loads to posted trucks on Internet Truckstop. Although ITS Dispatch Software is not cheap, its affordable and its not as expensive as purchasing a proprietary software. The upfront cost and per user cost for proprietary software is much more expensive. If we had chosen to do so, our payments to ITS to date would still be less than the purchase of a proprietary software and accompanying components upfront. I like ITS for this reason. It operates pretty much just like proprietary software does. There are a couple of features that we would like to enhance, but for the most part its good. It would be nice if we could add comments or notes to "each" rate confirmation. Other things would add to ITS Dispatch are: If our documents could be signed and sent digitally within the system like DocUsign. As the world keeps changing so do the methods. The digital age is not like the old ways of having to print out, sign, scan, save, or fax a document. Its easier and much more convenient for the user to sign the document digitally.
Cons: Cant add or make comments or notes on each individual rate confirmation
Pros: Easy to use but not necessarily user friendly, ability to save our documents on each record.

A well known dispatch software in trucking

- Easy to signup and use - The dispatch service with full transportation services like giving dispatch to drivers, entering loads, tending loads, invoicing, paystubs etc.

Aspetti negativi:

- No cons for this all rounder dispatch software.

Better available for less $

Basic TMS nothing special about it except it's pricing

Everything that is standard in many TMS systems is an extra charge. Better TMS systems out there for less money

Best Dispatch Software at an affordable Price

Would like to include a tool to sign contracts with Carriers to avoid double entry data. Like a Pdf to send out and get it back

Great Program

Commenti: It is an invaluable tool for anybody that is a logistics coordinator.

I can search loads and trucks. The prices they are on the boards for and post loads to the board myself. I couldn't do my job without this software.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes the rates are off on what the loads are currently going for. It's tough for loads out of California during produce season. Other than that they are pretty accurate.

Solid TMS Option

Commenti: It definitely allowed my business to maintain and grow with ease.

It is very user friendly. It has a test account that you can practice in and not effect real-time platform.

Aspetti negativi:

It seems for carrier based than broker based. It does not have EDI capabilities.

THIS IS THE BEST LOAD BOARD OUT

The best freight rates are posted on this site.It automatically adds new load options & update the site when the freight have been removed.They also offer discounted rates for new customers.

Commenti: Problems that I have solved was dispatching can be difficult and this program makes it easier for me and allows me to handle things faster.

Learning process took longer than was expected

limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options

Commenti: Pros - Great in collecting data and keeping it one place for historical retrieval. Finding a load using key words is a breeze. Sending load info to driver is a great.
Cons - Very limited in driver-pay options and driver-pay deductions. Very limited in settlement statement notes. Can only put notes on individual loads and not on the entire settlement statement. Does not automatically calculate driver pay % that is less than the load pay (ex. load pays $500 but $400 goes to driver at 80%). Does not allow option for salary drivers. Does not allow you to set appointments as a time range. When you enter tracking data and email it from the dispatch board it does not save the tracking data, only when you enter the data in the tracking section is it saved.

OUR FIRST TMS

Commenti: When we started our brokerage business we did everything manually or without automation. After deciding to go with ITS Dispatch the change was dramatic. Our efficiency took a huge jump and it allowed us to manage more loads & customers at the same time which lead directly to an increase in our bottom line. We especially like the tie-in to the ITS load board, the ability to generate professional looking Rate Confirmation & BOL documents that include our business logo; also the compatibility with Quickbooks is a definite plus. From a Broker's standpoint, we wish there was a dynamic Carrier data base that would allow storage & retrieval of previously used carriers based on preferred lane & trailer type. Overall we're very pleased.

Simple and still comprehensive. We like all the integrations that make it easy to plug into other things.

Just having to change to get started. Learning something new is always a challenge, but doing it right it worth it.

Best bang for your buck on the market

Commenti: We have been the user of ITS Dispatch for over 5 years now and feel it provides the most cost effective solution. There are products that are not offered through this TMS, however in an apples to apples comparison ITS Dispatch can hold it's own. As you can imagine all TMS service providers have Pros and Cons, the biggest down fall that I find with ITS Dispatch is the excessive length of time to address request (only can be filed through the website).

Absolutely love this product

Commenti: What I like most about ITS dispatch is the ease of learning the program. Old and young alike can pick it up quickly and go. Like any program, there are things I would change. Such as printing invoices. There are some days when we have 50 invoices to print and you have to select each one individually and that makes printing longer. The really nice thing is that if you have a change you would like to make, the programmers put it on a wish list for future development. Very helpful in customer service if you don't understand something.

I happened to test this product for a while, as a freight dispatcher.

Maybe the price. (but it is 100% best value for money) for me, the cheaper the better:) but at the same time, i understand the fact that usually price describes the quality.

Commenti: I love this product. The only thing that would make it perfect would be if the search query would be all in one place instead of going through each tab.

The website really helps me keep my paperwork organized and the pay manager is awesome!

Commenti: I really like the pay manager since it allows me to know which loads have been paid and other arrangements. The downside to this software is that it doesn't give you a lot of flexibility to add other stuff to the pay manager. Also, I like how it keeps the loads organized and also it lets me know when my trucks need to be updated and my drivers need a new medical exam.

Exactly what we needed

Commenti: 5 years ago, we had outgrown our home grown system of excel sheets and post it notes. We decided we needed a system that would allow us to keep all info in one place, be internet based so we could access from anywhere, and be very affordable. Check. Check. CHECK! Since becoming users, we have tripled our staff, move 7x the loads and added 3 remote offices. We never could have done that without ITS. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Solid Product

Commenti: We've been using ITS Dispatch for a little over 3 years. We've always had a great experience and the customer service has always been top of the line. The one thing that i've noticed is as our company gets bigger and we add more carriers, it takes awhile to load our external carrier list.

makes it easier when it's time to file IFTA

Commenti: Entering a new fuel receipt; new entries should start on top, not the bottom. After you enter so many you need to scroll down for a new entry. Entering a new trip; it would be better if you could enter the same date if you have multiple stops on one trip.

We have used it for years and found it user friendly, logical, and meets our needs.

Commenti: We really like this software. It is not cumbersome like some other newer software. It provides
easy to use training and access to real people for any use or technical problems or questions. You can easily view information you need. You can easily correct input. I have gotten great
technical assistance via phone contact with Help. My only complaint is they are only available
during Eastern time zone normal business hours. I would recommend this product especially
to smaller companies.
