It is a sham\!\!\! Its not easy to use, looks terrible and unprofessional, and does not have the features that the competing EHR's have that are more expensive. With the overcharges, I would be paying less for more to go to Therapy Notes or Simple Practice. NOT at all worth the price - you dont save anyway because there are hidden fees and charges that they will not correct.
