> **Vantaggi**: We started using the Auditions feature in Ticket Peak earlier this year.  This feature has allowed potential actors to more easily schedule times for auditions.  This feature also allows actors to indicate roles they would like to audition for .

They are very responsive to customer input and suggestions, and prompt in responding to calls or emails.
