Love it

Commenti: We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Aspetti positivi:

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Aspetti negativi:

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

Great but not perfect

Commenti: Overall I find Acculynx to give our business a more professional look via the formatting of the estimates. I like the security and simplicity that comes along with the docusign integration. It makes quoting roof replacements much quicker and easier. Better accuracy on material costs.

Aspetti positivi:

Workflow from lead to closed job. Ability to integrate with suppliers for a list of materials with accurate pricing.

Aspetti negativi:

There are a variety of items from suppliers that aren't in the catalog. When creating templates for specialty siding and obscure materials I oftentimes have to call in for pricing. The integration with QuickBooks along with the financial worksheet. The integration doesn't allow for easy job costing within QuickBooks and financial worksheets isn't ideal for job costing either. The price of the software is on the higher end. Some integration fees are on the higher end as well.

Good For Office, Bad For Sales

Commenti: Good for back end office work, not good in the field when flexibility and speed of performing tasks matter.

Aspetti positivi:

Back end features such as pricing library, labor tickets, and other back office stuff is well done.

Aspetti negativi:

Native iOS app is very limited, very poor support for basic things such as how it handles sales tax, extremely cumbersome to edit estimates when in the field and present in person.

AccuLynx saves Hours

Commenti: I absolutely love the software and would recommend to any roofing contractor.

Aspetti positivi:

AccuLynx has mastered the process from tracking a lead from initial phone call to final photos. The software allows systems to be put into place so that no steps are missed within the sales to production process.

Aspetti negativi:

When you download photos they are in a very large format and hard to work with. Also the photo editing is sub-par.

Commenti: We were hesitant at first because this was a big jump in price from what we were using before. BUT, it has exceeded expectation and we are super happy with the system and the customer service provided.

Aspetti positivi:

We love how comprehensive this software is. It takes care of literally ever need we have. We have weekly meetings that we pull reports straight out of Acculynx for.

Aspetti negativi:

We do not love the new communications tab. We actually liked the old messaging better!

Acculyn review

Commenti: Overall satisfied just need the pictures corrected to add while making work orders and also the credit card processing fees should be able to be automatically added i stead of having to manipulate every invoice and sometimes multiple times because some clients come back and say they are going to pay ach or check and i have to revisit invoice to remove charge for processing.

Ability to work inside the files without having to scan and send documents and pictures

Aspetti negativi:

I cant add photos to work order until after approval which means i have to revisit every work order after production approves the order. Sometimes photos get missed because of this and not having time to go back inyo the same file

Some fixes are needed for efficiency

Commenti: It works well overall but I would like to see better tracking of little things that are significant in tracking when supplements submitted. Insurance carriers and some homeowners do not receive emails when sent in Acculynx. I have to download pdfs and send via my gmail which causes troubles in communication across the office staff.

works well with tracking jobs over all. reports work well.

Aspetti negativi:

Field App is inefficient for an industry that works in the field 95% of the time.

Great product

Commenti: I only use the front end but I do feel it's made juggling accounts incredibly easy both for my organization and communicating with our back end team.

Intergration functionality is fantastic. Internal communication functions are also easy to navigate

I wish it was easier to delete documents from files

User friendly

Commenti: Very happy. Much more user friendly than our previous CRS

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

Sometimes slow uploads but could just be my signal

Communication Tab is Garbage

Easy to use but new updates are making it harder to use.

The new communication tab is absolutely horrible. Please do not use it.

Love the photo features

Commenti: I’ve used it in the past and the photo reporting can’t be matched, it’s the only reason why I’m here. If someone matches it I’ll consider leaving. Don’t like paying $3.99 per signature where other cram don’t charge for this feature.

Photo reports, the albums, PDFs, acculynx camera, and editing.

Aspetti negativi:

Price, I can see $100 per user not $120. Also I’m a startup company wished there is something to help business startups. It’s hard getting up and running. Sending thousands out at startup and to have a big company like acculynx not provide something in return at startup leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent CRM for High Volume

Aspetti positivi:

The system is very user friendly even for us contractors who are more comfortable using a hammer instead of a computer. We use many of the automation features which makes it very easy to keep our customers informed throughout the project and our sales team up-to-date.

Aspetti negativi:

It would be nice to have a few more integrations with other software companies, giving us more options as to where we want to invest our time and money. Also all of the add-ons, and separate features are hard to keep track of. I do think the production tool should be on all acculynx platforms.

Commenti: We have barely just started using it. So at this point overall it's too easy to tell but I think I will like it once I learn it all.

Overall a very good product

Commenti: Other than not being informed that the texting was not working until after we had sent a weeks worth of text to clients and our team our experience has been positive overall.

Cost seemed high - maybe with more use it will prove to be worth the cost

AccuLynx is a great product to help manage leads and keep track of where we are at in the process

Commenti: AccuLynx is great and helps to keep each homeowner in the loop and helps to keep track of the communication between homeowners as well.

I like that you can scan in your documents and can select folders for each paper. It saves instantly as long as you have good service.

When my AccuLynx was synced to my sales rabbit and it always created two leads to each one homeowner but I was able to fix that.
