Aspetti positivi:

Microsoft Sharepoint è un ottimo software capace di condividere i documenti e tenere traccia nel cloud.La possibilità di apertura dei documenti direttamente online è ottima e capace di collaborare con altri utenti.

Aspetti negativi:

Magari da migliorare la velocità ma probabilmente dipende dalla mole di documenti nel canale.

Ottima soluzione intranet e per la collaborazione

Commenti: Dato che in azienda usiamo diffusamente Office 365, è stato facile iniziare ad usare SharePoint, perché si integra bene con altri prodotti MIcrosoft. Mi sono trovato bene soprattutto per la facilità di gestione degli strumenti collaborazione tra diversi team.

Aspetti positivi:

Usiamo SharePoint per la collaborazione tra i membri de tema e per la condivisione dei file. La modifica dei file all'interno del browser funziona molto bene e la maggior parte delle opzioni necessarie sono disponibili nelle versioni browser delle app di Office. La modifica dei documenti in tempo reale è semplice e immediata. L'organizzazione delle informazioni e la creazione di una struttura vengono eseguite in un modo che anche gli utenti inesperti possono gestire con poca assistenza.

Aspetti negativi:

Quando il numero di progetti e team con cui lavoro è diventato molto ampio, è stato un po' difficoltoso gestire così tanti raggruppamenti diversi, e SharePoint non offre una interfaccia adeguata. Le autorizzazioni possono essere fonte di confusione - Anche se la sicurezza dei documenti può essere positiva, può anche essere negativa, nel senso che se non la si imposta correttamente o non si ha familiarità con essa, può essere molto fonte di confusione capire quale livello di accesso da dare

Condivisione di documenti facile e veloce

Commenti: Uso SharePoint da circa 20 anni, molti dei quali, nel mio precedente lavoro, come 'Site collection administrator', e negli ultimi anni come utente avanzato. Mi sono sempre trovato a mio agio con lo strumento, e sono riuscito a risolvere necessità aziendali di vario tipo.

Aspetti positivi:

La possibilità di gestire la sicurezza dei file in modo anche molto dettagliato. La creazione di tabelle e moduli personalizzati. La gestione delle versioni dei files, molto utile per seguire l'evoluzione di un documento

Aspetti negativi:

Le ridotte possibilità di 'personalizzazione' delle pagine. Le limitate funzioni dei workflow nativi.

Condivisione, che passione!

Aspetti positivi:

La condivisione di documenti e file con i colleghi, anche se più sedi diverse, è veloce, pratica e dinamica e il reperimento dei documenti è facile. Qualora avessi la necessità di estrapolare dei documenti mentre non sono fisicamente presente in ufficio, è semplice e immediato.

Aspetti negativi:

Lo spostamento tra una cartella e l'altra all'interno dello SharePoint non sempre lo trovo lineare, a volte devo caricare nuovamente il percorso dall'inizio.

indispensabile software per una collaborazione fra colleghi

Aspetti positivi:

la facilità di creazione dei siti, la completa compatibiltà con tutto il mondo office 365 lo rende il punto centrale di un sistema connesso, che va dalla messaggistica alla condivisione di informazioni

Aspetti negativi:

occorre, per poterne godere la completa utilità, fare un corso perchè ne vale la pena. Si scoprono funzioni non alla portata di tutti che ne fanno uno strumento veramente completo

Versatile, Potente Indispensabile

Aspetti positivi:

Nell'ambito del pacchetto M365 Sharepoint è uno strumento fondamentale per lo sviluppo, la crescita e la semplificazione dei processi aziendali. Personalmente l'ho utilizzato per la sviluppare la Intranet aziendale e la piattaforma di gestione documentale con ottimi risultati!

La flessibilità della piattaforma andrebbe migliorata

Nella mia vita lavorativa ho prodotto, inviato, revisionato centinaia di file ma purtroppo prima di usare SharePoint mi è capitato di perdere alcuni di essi. La comodità di avere sempre tutto al sicuro e a portata di mano non ha prezzo.

Non ho trovato alcun difetto per il momento, finché c’è rete funziona tutto a meraviglia

The sharing network, because with it you can share and work from anywhere. Considering that the system is easy to use, in my day to day this system helps me keep information safe and fast.

As it is a system that depends on the internet, when it is weak, the network fluctuates a lot.

Commenti: Overall experience was good, as all teams were able collaborate on the same data set, also we were able to maintain the same format throughout the sheet used.

Leveraging The Microsoft 365 Ecosystem with Microsoft SharePoint For Efficient Collaboration

Commenti: Our overall experience with Microsoft SharePoint has been good mainly due to the user friendly interface and integrations we have with other Microsoft 365 applications that we use.Also we are able to easily collaborate with users who do not have a Microsoft 365 account.

Microsoft Sharepoint has allow us to effectively collaborate with our global team and third party without exposing us to security risks or restricting our workflowWe are able to restore files deleted in error or malisciously or affected by ransomware thanks to versioning.We are able to synchronize documents across multiple devices which is very convenient for mobile team members who may need to access a document from a mobile device while in transit or not in the office or not have access to their normal work device.

We have not yet come across any real issue with SharePoint since we have used this for so many years.I think outside of temporary technical glitches or comparison with specific features someone would be used to in another solution Microsoft SharePoint has not displayed any issue for us.

General feedback about MS. SharePoint

SharePoint has greatly improved our team's collaboration and document management. It's user-friendly interface makes it easy for everyone to access and share important files. It has streamlined our workflow and made it easier for our team to stay organized. The calendar and task management features have been particularly useful

Aspetti negativi:

The interface can be a bit confusing to navigate, especially for new users. More intuitive navigation would be helpful. Sometimes some colleagues are having trouble with accessing files. Although everyone has same access, some people can face hardships while opening file in the app while website version is accessible.

A piece of software that's come through for me many times in the past

Aspetti positivi:

I love that, for the most part, whatever work I'm doing on my laptop or remote setup, will save on it's own thanks to Sharepoint. I never have to worry about savings things compulsively, and I can just get straight to the important work of building content and code. Sharepoint makes things easy in this regards when sharing documents and lists with team members.

Aspetti negativi:

I can't think of anything I dislike about this software, but if I had to pick something, it would be nice if it was slightly more colorful with its menus.

Decent to share files

Commenti: It has been good. I'm not a heavy user, my use case is most to share files with the team. I only had to create a page once and it was something simple and quick.

Aspetti positivi:

As it is a Microsoft solution, it works extremely well with Office products like Excel, easy to store and share files with the correct permissions. The UI is appealing and it serves for what we need.

Aspetti negativi:

It's quite expensive and, when creating pages, the user have to be careful about how other users will get to it if there is no link in the main page, for example.

Document Management and more

Commenti: We use it as our intranet, to share information about projects, tasks, opporunities or rather static content to display information about various departments.
We have a lot of customers who use it mainly as a document management system or also as a intranet solution. Especially the SharePoint Online version is very easy to adapt and has great integration with Microsoft 365.

Aspetti positivi:

Offers a ton of features, you don't have to use all of them but they are there if you need them. It can be used for document management (DMS) or even CMS for intranet purposes. It has a powerful search engine, you can manage complex permission scenarios, there is also the possibility to manage records, litigation holds, taxonomies, and more and more. With the new modern UI users can also even more simply edit pages, place web parts on them to display different content like, text, images, videos, news feeds, document libraries, lists etc. If you don't go the on-premise but the SharePoint Online route, you can save yourself the hassle of installing it on your own and have a very easy access to a powerful tool for collaboration or to simply display information.

Aspetti negativi:

Has some kind of a learning courve. Can be complex, especially if you want to take it to the next level and start to customize it. On-premise version is rather expensive and needs an IT professional to set up and also it should run on multiple servers and also MSSQL which adds to the license cost.
