Standard for Incident reporting
Commenti: This is really the industry standard in incident reporting in the health sector. This allows trusts to capture all of the required information in order to conduct an investigation.
Aspetti positivi:
Straightforward to complete incident forms - answering a questions will open up other options/questions that are related to the answer given.
Aspetti negativi:
It takes some time to set up. Having been involved in the set up at a different trust I know this can be time consuming and takes some attempts to get right.
