> **Inconvenienti**: As soon as your initial contract is up they do not tell you anything they just jack your rate up and continue to do so until you notice.

> In our case because we were paperless we did not realize that they jacked the rate up to 7.9% plus many other fees. We are a small business and By the time we had time to analyze the bills we had been take for a ride for almost a year which totaled a loss of thousands.
Such a scumbag move. 
They could have have a customer for life and a good review.
