Multi-functional project management system

Aspetti positivi:

What I like most about this software is how it can be customized to any area of the company. It is a growing project management system that can be changed in a fly.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing we don't love is the fact about the extra steps in assigning a project and not able to customize the reviews.

Good management system

Commenti: Overall, the experience has been very good. We try to utilize all the options available to us, but probably need to make more time to do so. It is great at keeping us on task. I like the ability to create campaigns.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that all tasks and comments can be kept together, as well as reviews and various versions of reviews. I like the ease of editing online.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like that only one client can see be on the project. It would be helpful if two clients within the same unit could track from start to finish.

The most confusing project management software

Commenti: Robohead makes me want to chuck my computer out of the window.

Almost nothing except for the review functionality.

Nothing is user friendly, shifting tasks makes no sense and my team and I constantly have to go in and manually adjust things. Glitchy and finicky. We have had three meetings in two months to go over how to use this software and every time something goes wrong during the demo. THREE meetings with all the same people because literally everyone has something go wrong when they submit a project.

Don't know how we'd work without it.

Great tool for project management

Can be too stringent based on where fields are and may need to make overarching changes to get the update needed. Most of the time, we find a work around.

Excellent project management solution

Commenti: I highly recommend Robohead as a project management solution. The platform has greatly streamlined our marketing workflow and enhanced project collaboration and reporting.

Robohead has made project management and creative review in our Marketing Department so much more efficient. Through the use of project templates, task dependencies, project initiation and progress management is streamlined. The responsiveness of the Robohead support team is very good in the rare instance of a problem and they are always updating and improving the platform.

Aspetti negativi:

The setup of project templates can be time consuming initially, but well worth the effort as this streamlines the project setup and management for reoccurring projects.

RoboHead a GREAT tool to improve your business results

Robohead a great tool for project management

Robohead has greatly increased efficiency in planning, managing, and routing projects. It is easy for our clients to interact with and allows us to keep track of comments and revisions. It is also very helpful with task management, allowing custom reports and triggered notifications to keep on top of the work.

There a few missing features that would be helpful: private annotations on review comments, project completion triggered by all tasks being completed

RoboHead Users for 20+ years

Commenti: With the sheer amount of projects within our department, RoboHead has been an essential tool for us. Fantastic support and we look forward to possibly integrating other tools into our cloud.

We love how customizable RoboHead is. Our team is easily able to learn how to create fields for data we want to gather based on project type. Additionally, the support offered by RoboHead is key. Reaching out to the support team garners a very quick response. Our team has submitted several enhancements requests which have been implemented which is awesome. Our team wanted to streamline how we were providing files to our printers and other vendors. Each group within the team was using either a vendor FTP, email, or RoboHead. We created library folders for each team with specific permissions and create notes for each file delivered. This provides us with proof of file transfer and receipt by the vendors and is consistent across the teams.

Aspetti negativi:

There could be some expansion on the Roboscripts. For instance, if a review in a specific project type is marked as complete and approved, we'd like to automate that the review files automatically transfer to the files tab of the project.

Great, but has room for more innovation

Commenti: Overall I think this is a decent solution, it has room for growth

I like the project templates and the fact that you can make those without any programming.

Aspetti negativi:

The software is a little quirky when it comes to automation- for instance rejected proofs- they should notify you when one has been rejected, also when in the My work tab, clicking on a project takes you to modify the project- when really I just want to work on the project so that's kind of frustrating- Also the dashboard has very little value to me as someone who uses the software- I want to see my task not a list of metrics showing me how many are blocked- Again there may be a way to set this up- but By default Robohead comes in a mode that most people don't need. It feels sometimes like the software is bootleg and things are just fixed quickly with patches and hot swaps- It has so much potential- especially with the acquisition of DaVinci Workgroups- both aren't perfect by any means but if you sit down and think about the real touch points and pain points your customers have with your product- you are bound to make something brilliant! hope this helps

Commenti: Our company has been using Robohead since 2013. I've seen a lot of changes over those years in the software and I think right now in 2022 it's the best it's ever been. And only getting better! I have found Robohead very beneficial in my day to day, and it has helped streamline our creative review process.

I love the ease of use of Robohead. As an admin I have to add new people to our user list, but don't have time to train each and every one of them. Thankfully Robohead is very intuitive and easy to learn on your own. And if you do run into issues the online support is second to none! The reviewing aspect of Robohead is fantastic. The mark up tools provided make it easy for anyone reviewing creative to leave precise edits very quickly and easily.

The only thing I like least about the software, is that not enough people on our team use it to it's fullest potential. Including myself!

Great tool for a daily project management use

Commenti: RoboHead is our main project management tool, it is easy to use once you had all your forms set-up. We were able to import all our data from our previous management tool which has thousands of project information since 2001.

Aspetti positivi:

I like the wide arrange of options RoboHead has. We had been using it for a couple of years and still finding new things we can do with it. The file review process is so nice, especially if you have many reviewers, Robohead put all the comments into one file and that help us save a lot of time and be more efficient. You can control all the aspect of the review process on one screen (who has replied, how many comment you had received, due date, reminders, notes, etc.).

Aspetti negativi:

We can't customize how a form result is printed. You get an excel file that has to be formatted and that is very time consuming.

RoboHead: A Vital Tool for Project Management

Aspetti positivi:

Project management in RoboHead stands out as the best part of the platform due to its comprehensive tools and features that streamline tasks, enhance collaboration, and provide real-time insights, ultimately ensuring efficient project execution and successful outcomes.

Aspetti negativi:

The multiple email notifications about new requests in RoboHead are the part I like least about using the platform because they can lead to email overload and disrupt my workflow, making it challenging to focus on essential tasks.

You will not be disappointed with RoboHead!

Great for Marketing Groups

Accountability for your team, web based, easy to use. Customizable & flexible. Customer support is quick and responsive.

This last update changed the way the Dashboard and Product detail pages look (format and layout) I really don't like the new look and it's harder to read and find what I need. I would go back to the older version in a heartbeat. Changing something for the sake of change is not a reason to make changes. The majority of software companies have this same problem. They think they have enough input on the new "update" but they don't and they jump in based on goals and deadlines instead of asking. DO WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS? WHY AND IS IT BETTER THAN BEFORE?

Helpful new project management platform

Commenti: The experience with RoboHead has been great so far! We have only been using the platform for less than 3 months, but the implementation, training, and support has been A+. It seems like everyone at RoboHead is dedicated to providing the best software for your business needs, or the best support possible, and even has an area where you can submit enhancement suggestions - amazing!!

The user experience within the platform is great. Everything is well-laid out, and easy to read and navigate. I love that RoboHead offers many different reporting chart types, making it easy to switch between different options depending on your user role or need. The ability to holistically look at a campaign, then narrow down to a project, or task view, but also see all tasks and reviews together on a project view, make for great organization!

Aspetti negativi:

Robohead does not have a high-level team or account calendar (yearly, but able to be viewed monthly), which would be super helpful when looking at, for example, all the campaigns going on for the year or quarter, or seeing which social media posts or blog posts are planned to go out on a certain day.

Project management is difficult. Don't let anyone tell you differently.

Commenti: In the best of times, project management requires tracking down absent deliverables, analyzing data to predict when things will be done, and communicating information to stakeholders so they don't make your life miserable with aggressive update requests. RoboHead helps you multitask like a pro -- even if you aren't one. The Gantt chart view has had a relatively long run as a project management tool, but RoboHead makes utilizing it a breeze. To illustrate project completion dates, progress, and milestones, as well as dependencies, RoboHead's better equipped for managing at a zoomed-out, project level. I could go on, but I'm an unpaid spokesperson (hint: send a Starbucks giftcard my way).

Easy to use but there is a learning curve

Commenti: It has been good. When other departments see me using RoboHead, they are impressed with the concept.

This is a great way for a larger company, with many offices and department, to track their projects. It is really helpful for teams to be properly trained on robohead to understand why it's important to track all changes in one location.

Aspetti negativi:

There are ongoing updates which is great but sometimes there are just not relevant for my role. Also, I enjoy exploring the software but for those who do not take the time to play with it, they can find it overwhelming.

Great Project Management System and Form Tool

Their products have evolved over time and are a great resource for teams and businesses trying to track projects, accept project requests, and manage time in an effective manner. The customer support is also great - they are very quick to respond and always have the answer.

Some features for the form building that would enhance the user experience would be ability to make multi page forms, put form field side-by-side instead of just below each other, and ability to modify multiple projects.

My RoboHead Review

Commenti: It accomplishes the task of allowing us to communicate amongst ourselves on a singular tool all whole being able to see the assets that are being discussed.

Aspetti positivi:

- A great way for our Creative Team & Marketing Team to collaborate on projects, leave notes, edits, etc. - Very excel-like in the sense of how the important details of the jobs (due dates, submission dates, deploy dates) are all listed upfront for the user to see

Aspetti negativi:

- When systematic changes are done on the back end it can have ripple effects across all jobs, therefore forcing job owners to resubmit jobs again - Things are bucketed in ways where they can all live in the same space if need be so the user doesn' have to hop tab to tab.

Robohead is the best!

Aspetti positivi:

Robohead is very user friendly. It is a great tool to keep track of work, with many other benefits, like reporting tools. The customer service is a 10/10. They are readily available for help, and really take into consideration our needs and enhancement requests.

Aspetti negativi:

There is not much that I dont like about Robohead. Sometimes, the schedule gantt chart views will be a little glitchy, but nothing that affects our day to day workflow.
