> **Vantaggi**: Being an administrator, I enjoy the backend tools. The number of tools is vast. We have fine-grained control over just about everything. I don't feel restricted when changes are needed.

> **Inconvenienti**: Being a cloud service, it has the side-effect of having to share the resources on the cloud. When a new customer comes onboard, we sometimes see some performance issues when they start their day (we are east coast). But that is the nature of the beast. They address those issues as quickly as they can.

> My experience with AbbaDox has been very pleasant. The software works well, and we don't have to call in many tickets. Their support staff is responsive and attentive. Even if there is a bad day, they handle the pressure with professionalism and poise.
