It publishes your listing to multiple job boards with helps more people see the post without extra effort on my part. The candidate matching is also another great bonus as it sends me potential matches that best align with my post, saving me time. The platform is also very easy to navigate and makes it simple to track candidates in your pipeline also allowing for easy communication.

> **Inconvenienti**: One downside was the volume of unqualified candidates. While it’s great to have a large applicant pool, I did find myself spending a lot of time filtering through resumes.

> Overall my experience with ZipRecruiter has been positive. It’s a great platform for reaching a large audience quickly, and it’s especially useful when you need to fill a role fast or increase applicant volume. It may require more screening times then other niche platforms the visibility and automation make it an incredible tool in my recruitment toolbox.
