Click a submenu, select from the drop-down, and BAM. All things related to a client happen right from their profile, which is different from what I am used to, but quite refreshing to not have to click away from customers for everything.

> **Inconvenienti**: glitchy, need to reload the page, often functions don't work or stop working or not offered.  This software was good  5 years ago.  The support is also terrible.  I have been trying to transfer over to a new software for 5 months and the staff are making this as difficult as possible.  Brief unprofessional replies, and sending wrong incorrect information.  I actually got an email today that all information sent x3 times now  by Rainmaker is still wrong and must be done again. This has me paying for 2 softwares at the same time while waiting for the transfer.

> I have used Rainmaker for 5+ years and it was pretty good to being with.  Until recently there had been no updates to the software and this made it pretty glitchy.  This is an outdated software that they are trying to keep running.  I can't imagine is will be in business in 5 years.
