Elite EXTRA Deployment

Commenti: We are pleased we made the decision to go with Elite EXTRA. It's a solid platform with more features and a large install base of automotive parts delivery companies like APH. The implementation and training team were very helpful getting us live at so many stores in such a short period of time, they were great to work with.

The Elite EXTRA product is robust, feature-rich and an excellent fit to the automotive parts delivery business. The staff at Elite EXTRA also know our business inside and out and were very helpful in showing us proven best-practices for getting the most out of the service.

Aspetti negativi:

We have not been able to deploy the "Driver Self-Dispatching" feature yet because it requires our paper invoices to have bar codes on them which we are waiting on our software development team to implement.

Aspetti positivi:

Elite offers us real time tracking and optimized routing options to deliver blood products across the state expediently. Personally i find elite to be user friendly and probably haven't even scratched the surface on all of its features. Easy history search functions allow me to revisit any jobs that need further data or to resolve a discrepancy easily. Elite takes a lot of stress out of dispatching emergent life saving products on a daily basis for me.

Aspetti negativi:

Not many complaints to come up with for this software. Minor bugs have been a nuisance at times, but easy to reach tech support has helped to either solve issues in real time, or put on the radar for future updates. Once i gained a working knowledge of this product, it has been easy to use and there have been minimal deficiencies. The most common issue i have had has been stops not closing out in real time but seems to almost exclusively be a cellular reception issue as we are in the bowels of hospitals rather than a software issue.

Elite Extra is a game changer.

Commenti: Elite is exceptional. I can’t praise enough on how this program has helped our company over the years. Our drivers coordinate their routes and help save us money from saying they didn’t get delivered and we have proof of delivery and pictures.

This program is very easy to use, and it helps coordinate our routes and save our company money. It’s a safety blanket for when customers have questions about deliveries being dropped off and ETA times of deliveries when we will be showing up.

Nothing comes to mind no issues here and don’t have anything that comes to mind.

Good Product

Commenti: So far the system is very good for it's intended purpose. It allows to the sales person and the delivery to plan the route together. The real time tracking and the route tracking of each driver is very good and helps to plan the day and the up coming days. Having a dot on the map showing where something needs to be delivered is also another way to create the best route for each driver. Overall it is a good product once you figure out all the little icons.

Aspetti positivi:

Being able to have both their route drawn on the map and there current location allows for estimating the drivers return time and if they will have time for another delivery. Additionally, building routes for multiple drivers helps to make deliveries more efficient and helps to limit overlapping delivery areas. The easy of building routes and customizing the order makes the system very user friendly.

Aspetti negativi:

One draw back is that the system does not update the shipping address when it is changed in the ERP system it is tied to. The color scheme needs to have some options so that the dispatch screens can been seen better. Currently, the white and the light grey our close to the same color so it's hard to tell what is highlighted and what's not. Especially, when project the software on to a large screen TV.

Love some of the Features

Commenti: My experience for the most part has been positive. There have been times where our systems updated and orders haven't auto loaded however so far every time that's happened its been fixed within a couple of hours.

That you were able to add picture taking. That I can call and request something be added and it usually happens within a day or two.

It's auto routing. It would be nice for the system to remember the history of the way we route and start optimizing based on that.

Commenti: Overall it is a great program and fairly easy to learn and use. There are lots of tools and reports you can use to get monthly data as well.

The fact I can track and see ETA of deliveries so I don't have to try and call the driver and play phone tag.

How it loses connections and also the optimization is hit or miss on being right. For a new driver who don't know the area it can really goof them up.

It is important for our business to be able to monitor deliveries and track proof of sales. I like to see where my employees are at and when they will be back to the store so that we can plan future deliveries.

The scheduled routes feature is messed up. In regards to the process for returning parts, we need to put in the part number and the line code. i would like to be able to input the part number and for the the possible line codes to automatically populate.

Commenti: Overall good experience, definitely worth the investment in the software to make sure deliveries are accurately tracked.

Ease of use, accuracy of the gps with the trucks that the phones are on. Making routes is easy and it helps you figure out which driver has what orders on their trucks at all times.

Commenti: We were told when we were first talking about using elite EXTRA to just get it and I would mirror that sentiment. If you are on the fence DO IT.

Having proof of delivery including GPS points and photos has helped us to not lose money when a customer claims to have not gotten a delivery.

Aspetti negativi:

Elite EXTRA has so many capabilities that have to be "turned on" and sometime we were not even aware that it was available. This is becoming less common because all the videos and emails are great.

Commenti: From start to finish setting up this service was a breeze. Their customer support is always ready to help, and setup was simple with almost no hiccups. It took our team 1 week to get used to the new procedure but they have been in love with it ever since.

Elite EXTRA is easy to use and provides our drivers with critical information to plan out their day. Our dispatchers also enjoy the ease of use, and how simple it is to change paths on the fly.

Aspetti positivi:

We love the live tracking and proof of delivery options. Being able to take photos that are automatically saved under the invoice number allows for a secondary check system to ensure the correct parts and quantities got delivered if a discrepancy arises, allowing us to better take care of our customers and dealership.

Aspetti negativi:

There are lots of options with reporting that we love. But they are set reports with only a few filter options. When reporting our profit, with driver mileage with customer info etc. I have to pull a few reports and combine them in excel. Would like to see more filter or include options.
