Important tool for the user with Successfactor

Commenti: My experience with Ingentis org.manager has been overwhelmingly positive. We find the tool highly beneficial, particularly in the context of SuccessFactors. The visual representation of organizational charts is a standout feature, and despite minor constraints in template flexibility, the overall impact on our workflow is highly favorable.

While Ingentis org.manager is a valuable tool, the print template from PowerPoint can sometimes be less flexible than desired. However, it remains a useful feature, and any limitations are outweighed by its overall utility.

Data Visualization is the easiest way to display information

Commenti: As a consultant, I have recommended to several clients for use in HR, Manager dashboards, Board reports, and analytics with great success and response from the HR and Senior Management groups. I have even presented Ingentis to my over 150+ Technology Group with very positive feedback.

Aspetti positivi:

It really is two products: 1) using provided templates as a foundation to display disparate system information in a highly understandable format, 2) using the product with internal IT resources to bring in lots of information, craft the information tags with organizational objectives and KPI's that are particular with the organization.

Aspetti negativi:

The product is so flexible that the information presented raises LOTS of questions, forcing you to go even further in the analysis. If you are NOT prepared to be a data analyst and provide insightful information to the business, then go back to paper or PDF reports.

Allows you to go beyond standard org - charts, that are typically based on employee hierarchies or positions, to add additional business objects, incorporate e.g. Reporting KPIs, create alternative representations (employees, positions, legal entities) needed for legal or marketing purposes, add additional data and offers intuitive self-services to update the data.

Aspetti negativi:

it's an extra piece of software, that goes way beyond the standard. That is both a blessing and a drawback.

The application is great and the customer support is very helpful

Customization can become complicated. Most of the features are easily customizable, however for some specific requests certain level of familiarity might be required. The customer support definitely helps though.

Awesome tool with amazing functionality

Commenti: Ingentis org.manager allows for easy chart creation and fast and easy access. The Ingentis team have been incredibly helpful throughout the sales and support process.

With a user friendly design, the look and feel of this software is much more dynamic and modern than other software I have used in the past. The customisation capabilities allow for charts to be designed specifically to any business requirement.

The depth of functionality, though it is awesome - adds some complexity that takes some time to fully understand.

Commenti: As a HR Manager and Consultant I appreciate the possibility of creating visualizations of company's organizational structure with instant insight into additional data (job or employee data for example). Possibility of creating different way of how to visualize structures and KPIs, very clear and intuitive look&feel layer and the integration with SAP Success Factors makes the software very valuable.

Aspetti positivi:

Das man sehr viele individuelle Anpassungsmöglichkeiten hat, um die Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden abzudecken. Zudem hilft das Team im Ingentis sehr im Projektverlauf mit Ideen in der Umsetzung, wenn man sich bei manchen Themen unsicher ist. Hier kann man sehr auf die Expertise vertrauen.

Aspetti negativi:

Durch die vielen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten kann die Administration am Anfang etwas komplex wirken. Aber man findet sich dann schnell zurecht.

Super einfaches Tool zur Erstellung von Organigrammen und Visualisierung von Daten

Commenti: Einfache Integration in unser SAP HCM und schnelle Darstellung und Nutzung von Organigrammen und Kennzahlen. Individuelle Perspektiven und Auswertungen wurden schnell an unsere Wünsche angepasst und umgesetzt.

Aspetti positivi:

Sehr anwenderfreundlich und einfach zu nutzen. Die professionelle Beratung und der Support waren top und immer sehr unkompliziert und schnell.

Commenti: Very beneficial to have insight into our associate structure. Easy to sign in and view all of the data. The Simulation allows us to plan for organizational changes. The Dashboard allows us to have insight into key data points and analytics.

It's very easy to navigate and customize for your views, dashboards, and data simulations.

Versionswechsel

Commenti: Wir haben mit einem Versionswechsel eine uralte Version abgelöst. In der ganzen Umsetzungsphase wurden wir, durch eine fest zugeteilte Mitarbeiterin, immer sehr zeitnahe und professionell unterstützt.

Aspetti positivi:

Das Produkt ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Die gewünschten Einstellungen, für die grafische Aufbereitung der Organigramme, konnten auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Der Aufruf der Aufbauorganisation kann in der Web-Applikation oder direkt in SAP HCM (Org. Management) erfolgen was wir als zusätzliches Plus sehen.

Aspetti negativi:

Wir nutzen einen sehr kleinen Teil der zur Verfügung stehenden Funktionalitäten. Eine Einschätzung was besser sein könnte ist daher nicht angezeigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

We have an integration directly with our existing HRM system - this allows us to visuaise our organisation data in a much more user friendly way. Up to date KPIs will improve speed of decision making and ongoing health checks of organisation data. Simulation tool will also save time and effort when discussing restructures with the business areas.

Currently happy with all of the features but I'm sure as we start to use the system more now we have finished the implementation we will find areas for improvement or additio

Commenti: mit dem Ingentis org.manager können wir künftig Stellenverteilungspläne effizienter und "fehlersicherer" erstellen, pflegen und den Führungskräften bereit stellen (bisher war das nur sehr mühevoll im Power Point möglich)

Aspetti positivi:

die grafische Darstellung der Stellenverteilungspläne (Organigramme inkl. Stellen); die von Beginn an klaglos funktionierende Schnittstelle zum SAP/HR; die Anpassungsfähigkeit der "Vorlagen" auf unsere Anforderungen; die Möglichkeit der Simulation (was wäre wenn-Darstellung); wir haben mit überschaubarem Aufwand während unserer Teststellung ein sehr attraktives Ergebnis erreicht;

Aspetti negativi:

für die Bedienung des org.converters und Anpassung der Darstellung ist uE Expertenwissen erforderlich; das kann nur durch regelmäßiges An- und Verwenden sichergestellt werden; für uns ist das derzeit keine Option, daher sind wir dafür auf externen Support angewiesen;

Commenti: Die Schwachstellen in der grafischen Aufbereitung von Geschäftsdaten aus SAP heraus haben wir mit Ingentis gut gemeistert

Bislang haben wir jegliche Anforderung in Richtung Design und Auswertung realisiert bekommen. Die professionelle Beratung beim Umsetzen unserer Anforderungen.

Aspetti negativi:

Die Komplexität zur Abbildung im Org Converter ist immens. Ohne einen guten Berater ist das für nicht ITler nicht zu meistern. Den guten Berater haben wir von Ingentis :-)

Tool löst Begeisterung im Management und bei den Mitarbeitern aus

Commenti: Die einfache Anbindung an unser SAP HCM und die Möglichkeiten in der Darstellung von OrgCharts machen das Tool zu einem tollen Steuerungselement für unsere Manager. Auch unsere Mitarbeiter sind begeistert, da sie endlich ihre Kollegen in der Organisation finden. Insgesamt ein tolles Tool!

Das Handling der vielen Funktionen und Einstellungsmöglichkeiten ist schwer, da man nicht täglich an den Sichten arbeitet, sondern diese nur selten verändert. Daher fehlt schlicht die Übung. Hier schaffen jedoch die Consultants von Ingentis mit schnellem Support Abhilfe.

Ce logiciel est capable de se connecter à de nombreuses sources de données, et est hautement paramétrable. Il permet des construire des vues différentes et les proposer à des utilisateurs avec des profils différents.

Aspetti negativi:

S'agissant d'un logiciel très paramétrable, L'appropriation du paramétrage nécessite un certains temps si on veut faire des choses un peu complexe
