There are some things that are less-than-intuitive about the software, such as how to delete an order, and some features can be a bit hard to find.

Clean Cloud App is the best for the money and value.
Commenti: Overall CleanCloud is a great partner to work with in terms of responsiveness, and willingness to do some limited back end customizing at no charge and getting it done quickly via trouble tickets/inquiries.
Aspetti positivi:
This software is so robust in features for the value you get vs monthly cost it really cannot be beat. The integration options are outstanding, API availability, customization options, ease of customization, and choices to be able to adapt to our business model. Not to mention the business accounts feature which has been fantastic for our business. Highly recommend this to any laundry or dry cleaning service.
Aspetti negativi:
The support is only available through trouble tickets. When updates and new features are added there is no communication as to what has been done. We often find new features accidentally. Initial setup does take some technical knowledge and confidence. Especially on the hardware setup. A pure novice or someone not tech confident may find initial setup frustrating.

Hi Tony, thanks for your review! Our customer success managers and our support team are able through email or call now. Each new customer is also getting an onboarding session to go over the different features of the platform and start setting up their account as well as ongoing support.

Making life easier for Laundromats.
Commenti: Im very happy with clean cloud once you get used to it its very easy to use, adding new items, updating my prices,text notification, pick up and delivery, having an app, I feel like clean cloud have it all to run a Laundromat/dry cleaning business.

I like clean cloud text/email notifications when orders are ready, my costumers love to know when their orders are ready for pick up.
Aspetti negativi:
the only thing I dont like about clean cloud is the file format they use to download reports. Im used to PDF files.

Love that the software is easily accessible anywhere I am. If I am on vacation and need to go in and check my metrics … it’s there. If I need to adjust a customers order…. I can with a few simple clicks.

There was issues but the support team are very helpful with solving the issue.
Built for shops. OK for collection and delivery but not great for new web customers
Commenti: Great for an existing established business and for shops. Difficult to grow a delivery and collection only business via web traffic because customers are put off by having to log in.

New customers have to create and account and / or log in before being able to see prices so this puts off a lot of new customers

Intuitive and always being updated
Commenti: Setup took a little longer than expected because I had to manually go in and set the pictures for each button. Overall I am very happy with the product, and love how I am getting notified everyday on updates and improvements they are making to the system. Next for me is to start getting the custom app developed for my business. Clean Cloud is helping us to bring our business into the 21st century and stand out against our competitors.

Everything is where it should be. Finding what is needed is possible with just a few clicks. Training employees on this software is also a huge bonus, because the buttons have pictures, and it makes it quick to learn how to do the basics when I have turnover at one of my stores.
Aspetti negativi:
To have pickup and stops from my driver to my other stores, I have to set up my stores as a customer. This creates orders like it would for a regular customer. So everyday, I have to go in and delete the orders that were created for the store after my driver picked up the items.

Easy to use and cloud base which is important to us. Loads of features that once you have used it for some time (6 months) you are able to easily navigate all that you need. Very user friendly and plenty of help from teh online staff when needed.
Aspetti negativi:
The cost is quite high to our business. However, It is a brilliant software with alot of support and so in all it is good value for money.

Brought All of Our Data into One Place
Commenti: CleanCloud has let us put all of our customers, their orders, and their payments in one location. It allows us to email and text our customers directly from within the app, notifies our customers when their payments have been declined, sends out automated service reminders, as well as when the driver is on the way, the order has been picked up, and the order has been delivered. I no longer have to maintain multiple databases of customer records, because they are all in one place. While we have struggled a bit with metrics to find very specific information, our overall experience with CleanCloud has been very positive. Their customer service team is prompt, the webinars keep us informed of changes, and they are always working to make the software better.

My favorite features of CleanCloud are the ability to keep all of my customer data and sales in one place, automated reminders for service, and ease of use for employees.
Aspetti negativi:
There are some areas for improvement including routing and metrics. To be fair, however, routing for our company is exceedingly difficult.
Started off great- aftercare is terrible
Commenti: Frustrating support that has cost me on the business side. and in the end it’s the aftercare you live with everyday.

The simple cloud based interface makes it possible to manage transparently from anywhere.

Support team are just terrible. They are not responsive. They drop the ball on paid deliverables, and they don’t acknowledge and try to fix the shortcomings once they occur. Maintenance on purchased products such as custom apps has been highly problematic. I regret establishing my business trusting their white lAbelled app to be the core of my customer interface

Hi Elham, We're so sorry to hear this. All support requests sent to [email protected] are responded to within an hour during business hours and we always try to go above and beyond to help. We're sorry we couldn't provide the exact solution you needed, in these rare occasions we do provide available workarounds. Regarding our apps, we must abide with Apple guidelines and cannot speed up their processes nor influence their requirements but will always try to do everything we can to help
