Buon sistema di chat e monitoraggio
Commenti: Mi sono trovato bene ad utilizzarla per la gestione del servizio clienti sul sito dell'azienda, ed ho particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di visualizzare le chat offline e il comportamento degli utenti sulle pagine del sito. Ma il costo si è rivelato troppo elevato per mantenere il servizio stabilmente.
Aspetti positivi:
Oltre alla chat in tempo reale con gli utenti sul sito, consente di visualizzare le azioni e il comportamente sul sito degli utenti e poter quindi capire meglio cosa funziona e cosa non funziona delle pagine web.
Aspetti negativi:
A volte è capitato di non ricevere notifiche di chat iniziate dagli utenti, e in generale il passaggio dall'account free a quello a pagamento è da valutare bene perché non è proprio economico.

Lo uso giornalmente per gestire il servizio clienti della nostra piattaforma. Utilizziamo anche le automazioni e devo dire che è semplice e versatile. L'app mobile è molto comoda, ti permette di essere presente per i clienti in qualsiasi momento, ovunque ti trovi. L'ho consigliato a molti colleghi e clienti, ne vale proprio la pena.
Aspetti negativi:
Nulla in particolare, forse avere anche un'applicazione desktop sarebbe utile, perché mi trovo costretto a mantenere il sito web sempre aperto per poterlo gestire con facilità. Se ci fosse la userei di sicuro.

We had used Smartsupp since 2016 and thought we would try out their pro package. We tried it for two weeks and they charged us €580 euros changed back to the standard plan and basically charged us €200 euros for 14 days trial of their pro plan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS

Is it possible for Smartsupp live chat to have additional calling options, e.g. callpage.io, we also have it in use, and pop-up messages, now marketing number 1, it works well with us. the most of what I l ike in smartsupp is that chat is divided into 4 parts: all, primary, new and mine. We can easily see when new messages arrive. I also like that we have shortcuts that the whole group uses very effectively. The chat is very easy to use , It is a very useful program for our business and simplifies many things for us. Im very thankful.

What I would like to see improved is that, unanswered messages that is skipped for some reason, should be highlighted in red or black color. it would be so nice to prevent missing chats for sales managers. also what I would like to see improves is mobile version smartsupp. Specifically, I would like to see "mine" messages in seperate and not in all messages.
