Ha un editor per landing e siti web che una volta che ci prendi un po' di destrezza a utilizzarlo e lo capisci bene puoi crearci davvero belle pagine e siti web quasi come elementor. Il costo è ottimo è uguaglia in funzionalità e efficienza competitor che costano almeno il doppio

Quando ti serve qualcosa di più evoluto devi passare oltre. Inoltre essendo solo in inglese ero l'unico a poterlo utilizzare, per questo abbiamo dovuto cambiare.

Vengo da un altro software molto più famoso e anche molto più costoso, ho provato prima le versione gratuita e dopo un mese sono passato a quella a pagamento, perfetto per le mie esigenze di piccolo business, costa 10 volte meno e ha TUTTO quello che serve. Straconsigliato

Il software non ha nessun difetto, tutto quello che offrono è ottimo ad un prezzo super. Migliorerei solo la parte di collegamento ad uno e-store.

Inexpensive and easy to get started with!

Mailerlite seems like a great, starting tool for those on the smaller scale who are looking to send mass emails for marketing/business. I like that they have easy-to-use tools and features to get started without needing much instruction or tutorial.

Aspetti negativi:

The website was occasionally laggy for me and a lot of functions could possibly be condensed into fewer clicks.

Poor Deliverability Issues

I signed up for Mailerlite due to its value compared to competitors but now I know why it is priced so low. It has some serious poor performance with deliverability. After I signed up and set everything up (after migrating from Mailchimp), I was warned by my mentor that this service was not reliable but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I was really wrong. I shouldn't have spent all this time trying to get it to work. Customer service is useless and does not even give you an ETA on when they will get back to you. You cannot get a refund once you've paid an annual plan even though you've encountered serious issues with reaching your subscribers. Hundreds of our subscribers have reached out to us in disappointment in not receiving our emails from our company launch. They were disheartened that they were not first to know even though they were signed up on our list. This was the whole point of collecting these emails, so we could notify them! But their emails did not even end up in spam - not sure where they ended up to be honest. Only 30% of our 5000 subscribers were reached and many disappointed customers, and lost revenue for us.

Commenti: Having joined MailerLite - I am now the proud owner of ...1. an opt-in that attracts my Ideal Client and pops them on my email list, via a landing page2. a product that I'm selling directly out of Stripe via an integration with MailerLite that sends all sorts of wonderful automated emails 3. landing pages for an upcoming Masterclass that hopefully attracts my Ideal Client - I just feel very empowered and feel like I've elevated my business to a new level of automation which I didn't dream possible - because I am, as stated, a technophobe.My experience has been made even more positive because of the tech team support.

The thing I rate really extremely highly is the level of support. Despite my 'not' being on the most expensive tier, I have found the support team very responsive to cries for help via email - they acknowledge the email, they keep me in the loop and they do their best to resolve the issue. I find that super-helpful, bearing in mind I generally see myself as a technophobe who is challenged by 90% of technology software.I also, recently migrated to MailerLite having been with a chimp who I simply couldn't work with - I found him incomprehensible and seriously not-fit-for use by me, specifically, and probably many people of my generation and techno-comfort levels. All chimp work had to be outsourced which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming and left me feeling dis-empowered. I have, admittedly, had some challenges with MailerLite but on the whole it's super-navigable and easy to use, and the tech support really elevates it for me into being a really desirable product.

To be honest I was very skeptical of MailerLite in the beginning. My boss and I were having far too many issues and we were unable to get ahold of ANYONE to help us with our issues. We were trying for weeks to get things figured out with no success. Luckily after a few trys we were able to come in contact with [sensitive content hidden] who helped us SO much and is the sole reason we were able to get things running. Truly cannot say enough good things about his service and help in the process of starting our newsletter.

I really enjoyed the Instagram embedding feature MailerLite used to have and I'm quite bummed it's no longer there. I also would recommend all customer service staff learn from [sensitive content hidden] in how to better help people.

Love MailerLite

Commenti: I love MailerLite, and what sets them apart from many other programs is its customer service. They ALWAYS respond within 5 minutes and are so helpful!! That alone is worth the money I pay for MailerLite. I also really enjoy how user friendly setting up automations and segments are as well.

Should have moved sooner

MailerLite is chockablock full of features yet so easy to use. The groups, segmentation automation... all these scary-sounding things are so easy to set up. AND when I don't get it, the support team will explain it and fix it. They are champions.

Only thing missing for me is the ability for subscribers to update their email address. I heard that is coming though.

It's not what I like least, I simply have trouble understanding how to best utilize tags. In all fairness I haven't spent enough time trying to figure this feature out. The only other wish would be to have mailerlite integrate with more platforms vs having to set up and use Zapier. It would reduce costs and headaches all around.

One thing, I would have enjoy to be able to benefit free of charge the possibility to set up my own name domain for landing pages as it was available when I started with them.

Commenti: We are able to deliver a lot of work to our subscribers easily and reliably. Whether we have time to preplan a piece, or need to push a message out quickly, we are always able to get this done easily through Mailerlite. The software is an asset to our work.

We were able to move from our other platform and set up on Mailerlite quickly, even though we have a low technical IQ. Very intuitive and a lot of great help articles and videos. However, when we are stumped, the chat support is excellent. Quick and immediate responses. Always helpful even when it is our error.

Aspetti negativi:

We would like more design flexibility for the emails, landing pages and websites. We do not have an html background, so rely on the prebuilt blocks and templates for most of our pieces. However, what is prebuilt is really good.

Great mailing system

Commenti: A great overall package that's made a real difference to our scope and reach. Particularly helpful are the automation and modal options for signups. Great reporting too!

This is an easy-to-use, easy to setup, and easy to maintain system, that doesn't cost the earth for smaller businesses. Great set of features with easy mail construction tools, and some great visual features for better email appearances. Also has easy database management and personalisation tools.

Aspetti negativi:

Not much. Pruning and managing subs database is always painful, but not particularly more so in MaileLite. The builder is goog, but could do with some more specialist modules relevant to book publishers, perhaps.

My most-recommended software

MailerLite makes it so easy to get started with email marketing. They do make you jump through a few hoops to verify your account if you don't have a website, but that contributes to their high deliverability rate.Once your account is approved, you can import your subscribers and send a campaign in less than an hour. And their customer service is top-notch!

Aspetti negativi:

There are a few advanced features that MailerLite is missing, so if you will be relying heavily on evergreen funnels to fuel your business, I would not recommend MailerLite.

Allows you to automate your way all the way through to your marketing and outreach goals

Commenti: My first experience with MailerLite for conducting academic research was a huge miss from the very start, and ended up being quite disappointing because the numbers we were getting were abysmal by all accounts. But as I later found out from subsequent projects I worked on, the problem was not from the system, but from us (the research team). Because we hadn't taken much time to explore the full range of features and how to adapt them to our specific needs, we ended up with a highly defective campaign that was doomed to fail. Ever since then, I have collaborated on over 15 different campaigns with MailerLite, and each of them were a huge success, with outcomes far exceeding our modest expectations.

The list management protocols work excellently to create a really clean database of the most useful contacts. Not only does this reduce the overall cost of running our campaigns, it also affects the outcome of our campaign impact assessment results. We no longer get to factor in dead weights in our computations, which used to come up really short and make us feel like we failing woefully. Until MailerLite cleaned it up and gave us true measures of our actual impact.

Some of the most advanced embedded tracking features are a bit intrusive and feel like an invasion of the privacy of our clients, even though they do end up providing us with very valuable insights on our campaigns and the market.

Moving to MailerLite was one of the best decisions I ever made for my business. Having everything in one space – email, client management, landing pages, website – is SO convenient and saves me so much time and money. The integration between all of those features makes tracking customer engagement incredibly easy. The editor for landing pages, websites, automations, and emails is intuitive and full of great features. But what really impresses me, time and again, is the customer service. No one likes it when stuff glitches or they run into an issue, but I can say with 100% sincerity and honesty that I actually LOOK FORWARD to interacting with the MailerLite customer service team. They are quick to respond, easy to understand (not sure if they're all native English speakers, but they sure come across as such), clear in their instruction, and seemingly always in a good mood. It doesn't matter how frustrated I am with whatever issue I'm experiencing, I always leave a MailerLite customer service exchange with a smile on my face.

Streamlined, Yet Powerful Tool for email Marketing Campaigns

Aspetti positivi:

I have used a number of competing email tracking programs and MailerLite is by far the most streamlined and easy to use I have come across. That said, it doesn't sacrifice any of the capability. I have run multiple email marketing campaigns with it (soliciting reviews for fiction novels and album releases) and was delighted with MailerLite's flexibility and power. It integrates seamlessly with Gmail (as well as other mail clients), giving users the power to imbed tracking on a per-message basis with the simple click of a toggle button. As my campaigns featured hundreds of individually customized email, the per-message tracking was critical. It pushed alerts when a message was opened or a link was clicked and provided useful statistical summaries of engagement on demand. I continue to use MailerLite any time I need to gage (and track) email engagement.

Aspetti negativi:

I have no complaints about MailerLite's functionality--it is easy to use, is full featured, and integrates well with other email apps. However, in order to disable the "this message is tracked by MailerLite" footer included in the message, users need to pay an annual subscription fee. Given how intrusive that message looks, I had no choice but to pay the fee. That said, the fee seemed reasonable given the power of the software.

From the beginning MailerLite was easy to use, intuitive despite its comprehensive offerings. I didn't expect to be able to do so much, and switched anyway. And then came the surprise of how complete it was. I have had nothing but great experiences with support. The built-in explanations are thorough and clear, but live support is just an email and a few minutes ' wait away. I love MailerLite and just talked to a former colleague about it. He's in the process of switching from our old favorite. I don't think you can do better.

Strange to say, the biggest challenge was that I thought it was harder to use than I thought. Now that I'm just following my intuition, my best guess of what to do, I have no problems with it at all.
