Ottimo software per il task management, peccato per il piano a pagamento

Commenti: Nel complesso è un ottimo software per la gestione dei task e dei progetti, semplice da usare e molto utile.

Aspetti positivi:

Un ottimo software per il task management, molto intuitivo, colorato e facile da usare. Si possono fare parecchie personalizzazioni sulle varie board, si possono inserire delle automazioni e nel singolo task si possono inserire elementi come checklist e allegati.

Aspetti negativi:

Peccato per il prezzo. Purtroppo il piano gratuito pur essendo ricco di funzionalità, pecca di alcune lacune importanti, come la possibilità di inserire molteplici automazioni. Il prezzo del piano a pagamento, poi, è un po' alto rispetto a quanto offerto, soprattutto per team grandi.

An excellent task management web application

Commenti: In my opinion, MeisterTask is an excellent tool for managing tasks and staying organized. It's user-friendly and provides an effective means for team collaboration. However, I do find the basic plan to have limited features, and the mobile app lacking in some regards.

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. The user-friendly features are particularly helpful, allowing me to set my own due dates and easily organize and track my assigned tasks. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that greatly enhances my productivity.

While I didn't come across any significant issues, I believe there is room for improvement with the frequent crashing problem and the mobile app's performance.

Commenti: Not so great platform for overall grand scheme task managment. Better for summarised and on the go task noting.

Quick and Easy task scheduling for when you need to write it down, but not necessarily great for detailed activity scheduling. Better for task noting and scheduling on the go. It's summary dahboard makes it easy to summarise task requirements that are simple and straightforward. The colors are not the most appealing, neither is the dashboard the most satisfying or the most relaxing. It's still workable nonetheless.

Intimidating overly crowded dashboard. The elements are not properly aligned. Misplaced QR codes and annoying color scheme.

The Master of task and time

Commenti: MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

Aspetti negativi:

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.

MeisterTask used for media and film projects, works like a charm!

When setting up project management tools for your Team it is necessary, that tasks can quickly be set up, changed on the fly and you need a good overview of your project. MeisterTask does all that pretty well!

I like the simplicity of the software. Two things would be nice to add: 1. better processing of tasks that are done 2. better visualisation options for projekt process
