It deters clients away from booking unless providers know the loophole of just googling Booksy and searching the stylist there but the website falsely gives credit ( which is hard to dispute at times) for the at route. 
I’d advise the confirmation methods that clients receive. They should receive a customized text or email that allows providers to add more information ( parking or directions help)

> I’d rate it a 3/5 because I’ve had a wonderful experience overall just a few things that I don’t agree with; no flexibility in confirmation message, referral links lead to mandatary app download, booksy boost disputes.
