There was always someone there to answer any queries we had - this was the first time we had tried to use a ticketing platform and will definitely try again - it was so straight forward and easy for our customers to use the website and buy tickets.

Aspetti negativi:

The report at the end of the process re who bought tickets had too much information on it - I had to download and erase lots of info so I could give to the people on the door without email addresses, how much they had paid etc - it would be great to have a report solely with names and numbers of tickets they had bought.

Commenti: This was my first time hosting an event where I was in charge of tickets - I spent a long time comparing ticketing sites, primarily looking at keeping fees down for me and customers. TicketSource came out clearly on top and I'm so happy I found them - I thought selling tickets would be stressful, but it super easy and they have loads of articles to help if you get stuck or aren't sure.

Super easy to use and navigate. Low booking fee. Best deal I found for small shows - I'm a musician and doing shows between 30-60 people. It's easy to do early bird tickets and special offers. Loved that I could include lots of information about the show itself as well. Everyone I know who booked tickets seemed to find it really easy and convenient.

Aspetti negativi:

The login button isn't the most obvious when accessing the website on my phone, but once in everything works fine on phone just as it does on my laptop.

I didn't like how the mobile version of the site was the same as the computer version and how you had to slide to see different areas of the screen. It was also hard to download the PDF of the attendee's list from the mobile version.

Commenti: Made my life so much easier! Made selling tickets so much easier and collected the money for me. Helpful friendly staff

Superb service. Easy to set up ticket sales, prompt payment, facility to cancel easily if reqd. When I needed help they talked me through the issue brilliantly. Great for printing out lists of attendees for door team to use.

Several times it stopped me logging in telling me that I had logged in too many times in a given period, when I was only accessing it daily

Commenti: On the whole positive, with room for improvement. We will likely use them for our next event, and we can already see more efficient ways to use the system with hindsight

Relatively easy to use, no booking charges for free events, straightforward payments to our bank account.

Aspetti negativi:

Quick-booking GUI was not suited to on-the-day sales, payment integration options are limited (where is the Paypal or Sumup integration?), and the integrations they had were not the most straightforward to troubleshoot, with much passing back and forth between themselves and Stripe

Excellent product which simplifies the process of selling tickets and monitoring sales.

Commenti: Very positive. Aside from the minor issues mentioned above the product made selling our own tickets very simple and painless. None of our customers reported any issues either, so we will certainly use Ticketsource again when circumstances dictate.

The range of very useful features and reporting options, both during and post event. The largely intuitive UI and ease of use of most features - once the user has taken a few minutes to familiarise themselves with the explanations and instructions.

Aspetti negativi:

For me at least, I had some difficulty finding where and how to edit front page, generic user content relating to our theatre company, as opposed to the specifics of the production itself. I will also need to put some time into learning how to import images (if that's possible) to make our information more attractive.

Commenti: Overall, TicketSource made it easy to create and manage the event. I will definitely be using it again next year!

For years I had parents asking for an online option for ticketing. Ticket source made it easy for patrons to use credit cards and also allowed us to have cash payments while keeping track of the tickets sold in person. It also allowed for easy ticket scanning with our mobile phones and kept track of how many seats were filled in the house.

Aspetti negativi:

The only option I wish existed was if the ticket source could send a check with the final amount to be deposited rather than only offering direct bank deposit.
