SiteDocs helped me understand and layout my Safety walks , accordingly to my jobs , incidents, Safety Refresher, Safety equipment , Investigation reports. Also it helped with Some Quality Assurance / Quality Control and also track job information accordingly.

Not much to dislike with SiteDocs its a powerful tool, to any user that can utilize this program in there wheelhouse.

The web app layout is not user friendly, especially when clients need to use. Admin or workers can't edit a location once a form has been submitted. Once a form has been created as "Private" or not, you can edit it to switch to one or the other so I would have to create the form from scratch.

Nothing, when we have needed the system to work differently or to be able to add things like files and pdf's in areas that we weren't currently able to they worked on the program to ensure these could be done as the program evolved.
Site Docs for everything
Commenti: I love site docs. I have been able to convince our operating company to move more into site docs with forms inspections and audit results which helps us track everything and less data handling / managing in excel which causes transcription errors.

Ease of finding documentation keeping everything in one place Flag and follow up forms Flag and follow up forms signing - love the save as pending and complete. This helped alleviate a lot of issues that raised from signing off too early

Would like a way to sign off as pending on the original form. Would like to be able to import data and use analytics.
Bait and Switch Pricing
Commenti: Feeling really undervalued as a customer and like they are just in it for the money. To have done all of this work only to have to possibly abandon the the platform and retrain all of our people on something else is horrible.

Loved the program. Was easy to use after some set up but it works great for the company and our safety needs.

The initial year was pricy but could be justified. Was paying $3700 CDN plus tax. Now that it is time to renew they have implemented a tier system and to get what we currently have (and keep what I spent months to set up) the price has jumped drastically to $4989.50 (this is after the $850 discount), That is an incredible 40% jump in pricing before the one time discount, 28% after. How can I justify that? If I drop to their basic Essentials tier, I am still having to pay $4476.95, so 21% more than the first year but with half the functionality. Bait and switch. Avoid them unless you want to go through months of set up and then gouged upon renewal.

The Platform is easy to use Site docs makes sure you get forms out to the workers in the field when they are needed and with out having to collect the paper work.

Having to give my phone or tablet to a contractor. this just in no need anymore with workforce management.
Works as it should, but the annual rate increase is a bit much

The offline access to forms and documents is extremely useful as we do a lot of field work.
Aspetti negativi:
The annual rate increase of nearly $1000 was a bit of a shock with little changes that are useful to our company, but we've spent hours setting everything up and don't want to redo it in another program. Feels like a trap.

Very easy to use as an administrator and a user. Documents happen in real time and you receive them in real time. Keeps documents very organized and easy to find. Keeps track of certifications and expire dates. Great for safety audits!

I don't have anything I don't like. There are always new updates and features added to make things run even smoother.

SiteDocs is very easy to use and implement for field use. Even the most "old school" workers have been able to successfully utilize this software in the field. Another huge plus for us is the software's ability to create our own forms. This has allowed us to use SiteDocs as a Quality Control tool as well. The "resource" section allows us to store all of our SDS sheets as well as product data sheets for all of the products we use.

I would love for the software to allow for the use of something like Excel. I'd like to be able to input numbers and have the software do basic mathematical functions.

Incident reporting and Analytics would be the most beneficial part for us! To be able to track and analyze the incidents in our large facility has been great for reducing and risk mitigation. I would also like to commend how great the customer service team is. They always go above and beyond to support!

It depends on the industry you are in and the settings you use but at times there are situations that arise that can be difficult to appeal to all. For example, when an incident report is signed it is emailed to those you specify. Sometimes those emails can be cumbersome but again depends on the industry, size of organization etc.
Quick, Easy, and won't put you in the poor house.
Commenti: The entire company for the most part uses Sitedocs on a daily Basis. The Safety Team here at Rango has spent many hours designing the forms, and pushing the reason they should be used. With great success, Rango has went from a company that just Cowboys it up, to a Company that has processes that are to be taken for every task, every incident, and every piece of equipment that is used every day. We recommend it to every one that we work with.

Great H&S Solution
Aspetti positivi:
Our employees work in construction so they report to multiple locations. SiteDocs allows all employees to access the same documents and forms on every site. SiteDocs allows admin to see everything that goes on at each site and customize what is required at each site.
Aspetti negativi:
The documents that are stored on SiteDocs for employee access are stored on the employees' device. If this was on a cloud, it would be much better for them.
The best safety management tool
Commenti: Great company, customer service is amazing, that's why I have stuck with them and not looked around for a competitor price, if you find great customer service with a company you stick with it.

We have work in 12 states, 200+ projects, 700 employees, the safety team could not do their jobs accurately without site docs. Being able to monitor each project daily for toolbox talks, site daily audits and new employee orientation is great, the team couldn't do that without Site Docs.

Nothing yet, haven't had any complaints.
SiteDocs meets and exceeds all of our needs.
Commenti: My overall opinion regarding this program is if you are considering a paperless system, choose SITEDOCS! Not only do they have all the forms and resources that we need to have a excellent safety program but also the best customer support, very quick, on point and extremely knowledgeable...even if they don't have the answer immediately they aren't afraid to say and to ask others for help. I appreciate them very much, they are all so helpful.

This program has changed the way we administer our safety program, "PAPERLESS". The ease of use is above and beyond. I took 60 workers (plumbers/steamfitters) that had never seen a program like this and trained them all with relative ease. Of course some caught very quickly, but others who did not have much computer experience caught on too. These workers who at the beginning thought they would never be able to complete the forms are now teaching others!! I really can't say enough about this program.

The thing that I least like about this program is that I can't separate forms out at different levels of supervision. The Super Admin and Admin are the same and so on. I would like to have different levels. But... I have requested that from SiteDocs and they are very responsive with requests from clients, I am sure that this feature will soon be available to us.
SiteDocs Review
Commenti: Safety is a critical part of construction now. Daily HAs, fall protection plans and lift inspections, training certificates, tool box meetings, start up meetings are all required for COR, and contractors. You must be able to do the required paperwork, and have it signed and submitted in the most efficient manner in order to stay competitive in the construction industry. Sitedocs can, and will do all of these things.

We like that we can customize forms to our company. Our safety documentation is completed and forwarded to our office and contractors before work starts. Our staff can do all company documentation on their phone, through SiteDocs, including inspections, investigations, incident/accident reporting. We can also put important information into SiteDocs for staff, such as OHS information, SWP and SJP and critical task lists. Also, SiteDocs is extremely helpful for annual COR audits. You can customize this software to do almost anything you want!

We have been happily using this software for quite a few years. I suppose the user fee would be what we like least about the product :)
Safety Program Management Simplified
Commenti: The SiteDocs team has been wonderful to work with. They walked me through the setup and implementation process. They also patiently helped me with any issues I was having and have been receptive to features that I feel would be beneficial to users. The response time has been almost immediate on all support requests.

The app is really user friendly so it we were quickly able to gain adoption by our crew in the field. The software is highly customizable, easy to create your own forms, and upload resources. We now have our entire safety program by chapter as a reference document, SDS sheets, safety meeting topics, safety forms, training records, and other reference documents all easily available to our SiteDocs users on their mobile devices. Several of our sites are remote so a huge advantage is that the forms and safety meetings can still be completed without an internet connection and then uploaded when they have a signal so it eliminates excuses for safety items not being completed on all sites.

I do have a couple of minor issues with the software that could be improved. The dashboard has an emergency locations nearby option that uses Google to find the nearest emergency location by category that I wish I could either turn off or customize the location. Often the locations shown are for an animal hospital or a provider that is not part of our worker's compensation medical provider network so it can cause some confusion. I also wish that resources could be tied to a location to be able to cut down on data that is downloaded for all users, but only needed by a few users. It also would be great if the software allowed you to have a notification send to users to remind them of a specific item that needs to be completed like a specific safety meeting topic that needs to be completed or a new document that has been added to resources.
Absolutely wonderful software experience

I love having the ability to build my own forms the way I want them. Before purchasing SiteDocs, I look at just about all of SiteDocs competitors and they didn't have "build your own forms", but they did try and convince me that it's better to have them build my forms for me so that it would save me time. Yeah right, having someone else build what I envision would only take more of my time and cause a lot of back-and-forth trying to get the forms right. SiteDocs has a form builder module that is super easy to use and you have the ability to build any kind of form you can dream up. Customer support is amazing and they respond very quickly. I had asked for a certain feature they didn't have and I was told they would work on implementing it. Not only did they build this feature and over deliver, I was able to talk directly with their design team and provide my input. It really feels good that a company would listen to my ideas, let alone implement them too. You can easily see in their software platform that SiteDocs is definitely not one of those companies that just throws something out there to see what sticks. There are a ton of other companies out there that could learn a lot from SiteDocs. Awesome job SiteDocs team!!!!!

The only thing I could say I like least about SiteDocs software is not having the ability to use a windows tablet in regards to filling out forms. Is this really a problem, no, I am an electronics junkie as my wife says and I'm wanting to try and windows tablet even though I know I wouldn't like it. In all fairness to SiteDocs, I really can't think of anything I dislike about their software platform.

Very easy to use and train our employees to use, the amount of paper work that no longer needs to be made to stay in compliance and the ease to check if employees are filling out the correct paper work that day. The ability to have all your health and safety information on one app that our employees have instance access too.
Aspetti negativi:
Not being able to change a made form to a private one, once you have made it. You have to remake the form
Fantastic, user-friendly software

They're always just a phone call away. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has helped us immensely and even helped with training for our staff to learn the app. He's been incredible!

This program is truly a time saver! It's simple to use, and saves the hassle of employees filling out paper forms (and getting lost before the papers find their way into the office!) All forms, inspections, and incidents can be recorded electronically to give all staff access at all times, and admin can set privacy for confidential forms. So user friendly and intuitive for staff as safety compliance becomes as simple as using an app on a smartphone!

As the administrator, I'd like to be able to copy / duplicate forms when creating new forms. It would be beneficial for creating very similar forms without having to start a new form from scratch.

Commenti: SiteDocs team is always supportive and we can reach them and get help immediately. We are very satisfied with SiteDocs, and we highly recommend other companies to use this software.

I prefer SiteDocs because it can customize the forms, so we can create, edit and delete our own templates. SiteDocs has a platform which can be easily used on both the PC and mobile devices (cell phone & tablets). We have control to show created templates to mobile users or not, and it decreases the confusion of the site team. The forms can be categorized and filtered by either date, type, user, so we have more options to sort out the forms we need. The price is reasonable to include the user number range, so we don't concern about increasing price per user. All the signed forms are saved and synchronized automatically every several seconds, so we can get reports immediately from the sites. The users' access can be limited per administrator, so we can reduce the duplicated locations and users.
Aspetti negativi:
Some of the employees can't understand English perfectly, so we trans;ate some form into another language. however, the saved report would show the other language as question marks. SiteDocs can be improved by adding more fields of signature since we need to get all team members' signature when we fill in the safety docuements.
