The general reports are very helpful in allow me to monitor as aspects of my business. > > **Inconvenienti**: The minimum term for membership is 1 week. It would be good if there was an option for 1 day because I have walk-in rates for members which I have to set up with a 1 week expiry date. Which means that after they complete the walk-in, their membership will still be on the system for the next 6 days. I use the software as the check in point for members when they come into classes as well. In order to check how many classes they have left on the membership it requires some time to go into the system to find the relevant information. eg. Click - client management \> select member \> Package/membership/prod \> view schedule. Constant glitches with timezones. Currently cannot synch to Google Calendar. All despite price rise > > I've been with them for years and the quality has steadily declined. Prices has risen but service and functionality has dropped. The software started randomly switching our timezones which played havoc with synched calendar leading to double booking. Despite reaching out to "help" multiple times over the past 6 weeks no one can provide an answer. Only responding with "we'll get back to you", which they don't. Additionally, the capability for us to synch with Google calendars is down and has been over a month meaning my trainers using Google calendar cannot use PT Minder in their Google calendars. You have to pay a monthly fee plus they take a commission from every payment a client makes through the system which gets VERY expensive. Also you have to pay extra for everything eg text reminders, customised app... PTMinder although may not have all of the bells and whistles that other gym/pt software have but their support is fantastic and the 24/7 online help has been invaluable for me as a gym owner.
