I vantaggi sono diversi, l’aspetto innovativo è che si possono firmare, grazie a Dropbox sign, anche i PDF e documenti Word Si firmano i documenti in un istante e in modo personalizzato , inoltre quest’app è utilissima per organizzare i documenti

Aspetti negativi:

A volte l’app si impalla nel momento di firmare , e quindi ricominciare con la modifica del documento daccapo

Aspetti positivi:

Uno stesso documento in azienda spesso va firmato da più persone ed è comodo che il processo di firma multipla venga automatizzato invece di dover essere amministrato da qualcuno manualmente. Il software presenta diversi campi da poter inserire con un'interfaccia grafica molto comoda, permette di indicare al firmatario dove inferire una firma, una soglia,la data di firma e tanti altri dettagli utili. Si possono allegare altri documenti al documento di firma. I documenti vengono inviati per e mail ed è possibile inserire qualcuno in copia. La firma che si ottiene non è una firma digitale a tutti gli effetti dunque è possibile fare piccole modifiche al file.

Aspetti negativi:

Spesso si impalla durante la preparazione di documenti e si deve ricominciare da capo. Se si trova un errore in fase di preparazione del file per la firma bisogna chiudere, modificare il file originario e ricominciare il processo da capo sul file nuovo.

Per le firme digitali è ottimo

Ho usato questo software per mandare file ai miei clienti per ricevere una firma digitale, ma la cosa più bella è stato quando ho mandato il file a più persone e ricevere cosi più firme digitali

Buon software per gestione di documenti

È molto facile e soprattutto è molto valido per tenere i documenti archiviati e condividi in modo sicuro con altri utenti, la sicurezza è importante e con questo sono soddisfatta. Anche il servizio di firma è importante ed essenziale, soprattutto è importante anche che questa opzione sia funzionale anche dal cellulare non essendo sempre al pc e questo software garantisce con successo questa funzione. Per questo mi sento molto di consigliare

Usandolo per lavoro ho avuto solo una complicazione a installarlo al pc ma era un problema del pc. Su altri dispositivi è sempre andato bene

It is simple and straightforward. It is one of the few tech solutions that does exactly what it is designed for with minimal issues.

There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

Commenti: My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.

Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.

Aspetti negativi:

Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.

The fact that we cannot change to date format. It is always MM/DD/YY, (which is fine most of the time) and as a French company, sometimes we use these signed documents to send to French administration. And they do not accept this format of date.

Dropbox Sign allows for client and subcontractor signature collection in such a fast easy manner that doesn't interrupt daily routines. The ease of signing and the ability to dictate who signs first in a multi-signer contract is a huge value add for our business. In 6 years, we have only had to call for customer support a couple of times and each time the service was fast and easy.

Integration was a breeze. Dropbox sign has made getting documents signed so much faster, easier and less expensive than the traditional manner of having clients and subs get to a notary public for signature, mailing the document and paying overnight freight expenses. It's a true game changer.

I would like to see a better notification system, i.e., a system where the user can develop the timeline for reminding signers of outstanding documents. Additionally, the ability to mass delete signed documents would be extremely helpful.
