Commenti: Small business owners can easily hire new collaborators and Pipefy helps to "teach" them the processes. Team leaders/managers can empower their team by giving them the chance to decide and build the best process for their work.

Aspetti positivi:

That's the most common question I hear. If you don't have a minimum process established, you should use Trello. But, if you already have some business process designed for your routines — and need to guarantee they're followed, then your choice is Pipefy. Best of all, Pipefy is like a Lego, so, you can change and rearrange the process and its phases as you evolve them over time. You don't need to exaustly plan ahead every detail.

Aspetti negativi:

Some changes in the process are possible only at the cost of "losing" some historical data. For example, you can't move a field from phase A to phase B. You have to recreate it as a new field and delete (or hide) the old one.

Pipefy is a versatile tool that may be used for a variety of purposes

Commenti: I'm deleting all of the cards I've generated on Trello and moving them to Pipefy, where I can better organize them. Everything is made easier by the use of custom fields. It is possible to use Pipefy to automate routine tasks, integrate APIs with other services, build MVPs, and more.

Because it allows me to break down my weekly to-do list into manageable chunks, the Sprint panel is one of my all-time favorite features. Pipefy has been a huge asset in streamlining and streamlining my company's operations. To better understand where the most errors were occurring, what steps might be done, and what procedures needed to be changed, I used this platform.

In my opinion, Pipefy is an excellent tool, although there are a few minor issues I'd like to have addressed. Because the expiration date is established by a date on the calendar, I would want you to have an option to select a time and in working hours, but there isn't one available.

Commenti: Pipefy has worked for me in my work environment since it optimizes my workflow and automates the repetitive tasks that I come across in my day to day and that take a long time to complete. With this platform, I can now concentrate on building relationships and being able to close commercial agreements calmly because I already have it thanks to the spare time that this platform has allowed me, so it could be said that I have been able to improve communication with clients.Another advantage that I have had with this platform within my company is that I can effectively track potential clients and also business. With the platform's customizable dashboards and pipelines, I can easily track the progress of every deal and make sure I'm following up on every lead in a timely manner. This has allowed me to close more deals and increase my overall sales volume.

The main feature that I like about Pipefy is the ability to do complex things without requiring code, so I can automate a large number of processes that are mostly repetitive and that if this platform did not have an interface where no code is needed It would be totally difficult for me to be able to automate many processes from different platforms that I use in my day-to-day work.It strikes me how well structured their templates are, they have a large number of automations from different platforms ready to use. The best thing about this section is that it can be customized without any problem, so adding more processes to the templates that Pipefy has is easy, even more so when the interface of this platform is super flexible and intuitive to use. This has saved me a lot of work in the automations that I had to do of repetitive processes, I simply selected a template, customized it and everything was on the fly.The processes to build the automations are very complete, it has all the tools to be able to carry out conditional automations, so not everything has a straight path, but depending on the data that this platform receives, certain tasks can be carried out within the automations. With this, it is possible to avoid carrying out similar repetitive tasks, but with different paths, making the workflow much better and in addition to more easily adapting the automations to the changing needs of the different platforms that are used within a professional environment.

Aspetti negativi:

It is very frustrating to know that a part of the emails sent through these platforms, some services like Gmail or Outlook send these emails to the Spam folder, I feel that I am doing the best practices so that this does not happen and thus have a good performance in the automations that I do with Pipefy, but it doesn't always go as expected because the emails are marked as Spam, meaning that the recipients never see the emails that I have sent through this platform.Making calculations compared to other platforms, I consider that Pipefy becomes expensive at the end of each billing, making the ROI not so attractive, so the automations end up being a little more expensive than you would think.This platform is ready to carry out simple automations, so if a more advanced automation is required for a greater and more personalized resolution of problems, then it will be necessary to have programming knowledge to be able to handle the appropriate tools such as the APIs of the platforms to which you want to connect to perform automations. It will not be easy, although it is well documented how to work with code within Pipefy, it will require an expert in this field to perform these complex tasks.

Bugs, lack of features

Commenti: I used to love Pipefy. Now I almost hate it. I was the person who convinced the team to migrate to Pipefy, just to be blocked by major bugs. It did not go well for me. I requested some features; they added me to a 'partnership program'. The partnership program transforms you into a Pipefy salesperson. I had a person to 'take care of me' - this is, request me to make sales, putting pressure on me to sell Pipefy to my customers. It was the worse experience I ever had in a partnership in my professional life. I wanted features, and now I'm a Pipefy salesman?
They advertise features that you can't find. I upgraded it to enterprise, and I didn't get the support they promised, nor the new reports. My rating of this product went from a 10 to a 2 in less than a year.

- We find bugs all the times. We had a major migration to pipefy that was cancelled due to 2 critical bugs. They were fixed 6 months after we reported it. - It misses basic features. PDF builder sucks. Reports are almost useless. - Sales team lies to sell.

It gives us flexibility in process management

Commenti: Any firm that wants to automate its workflow in a way that even its least tech-savvy employees can learn to utilize quickly and easily should look into Pipefy. It's a fantastic system for facilitating easier HR tasks including onboarding and employing new staff, monitoring expenditures, and more.

Those who use a wide variety of software for their jobs will appreciate how intuitive and easy to learn Pipefy is to use (like me). My processes are readily and effectively automated. It's easy to use and has been invaluable in helping me run my business. This stuff has been fantastic to use.

Aspetti negativi:

There must be enhanced channels of client interaction. A brand-new, radically different upgrade appeared suddenly. It completely threw us off schedule. Because of problems with their notifications, we've been looking for an alternative platform.

Easy tasks Pipefy BPM is simple and useful

Commenti: Prototypes can be set up quickly for solutions that are fairly robust to serve even modest processes. A variety of persons can be reached using its provided forms and pipelines.

Aspetti positivi:

As an example of a straightforward operation It's easy to utilize and implement Pipefy's BPM tool. Its procedures can be accelerated, and its user interface is straightforward. It seems like a great bpm solution for small and medium businesses, and it integrates easily with a large variety of other products. Use by and interaction with the community is also excellent.

Aspetti negativi:

The technology does not appear to be powerful enough to manage intricate tasks. While the layout is nice, it lacks information about their community. Despite reading and experimenting with the product, complex questions remain.

Commenti: Pipefy has been widely accepted in the different organizational areas of the institution since it provides improvement tools that are based on the particular needs of each department and also offers multiple templates to start with predefined patterns and make the necessary customizations that are required for modeling based on particular needs.

Pipefy is an excellent workflow management and task management platform using agile methodologies, which facilitates the business processes of the organization. One of its many strengths is the implementation of kanban for task tracking, progress recording, and collaborative work since it optimizes the contribution of employees by being able to visualize things to be done, assign delivery times, and generate reports for senior management.

Collaborative work is currently one of the main principles of modern companies; With Pipefy we can establish an initial workflow, invite collaborators to participate in our work area, and increase productivity consistently, making constant changes to increase our level of efficiency.

Best Platform for Process Management

Commenti: It is a great Platform for Workflow and Process Management.

Aspetti positivi:

Easy to create, automate, and modify any type of workflow in your processes providing an efficient communication flow with all stakeholders and generates important metrics to control and monitore the execution of projects, tasks, routines, requests, etc.

Aspetti negativi:

The integration should be done directly by the user, without the need to involve the Pipefy Dev Team.

Pipefy as a managing team tool

Commenti: My overall experience with pipefy is great, and I enjoy working with it because I can easily track my work, write down important informations about each task, I can see what my colleagues are currently working and report daily job reports to my manager so he can see the tasks that are just sitting around.

Aspetti positivi:

Some features that I really like about pipefy, is that it's really intuitive and easy to use, being similar to other Kanban style tools and websites. It allowed me to track my work, by creating different columns that show in which stage the jobs are. It has a fresh user interface, using light colours and doesn't hurt our eyes.

Aspetti negativi:

I didn't like is that we are not allowed to change the colours of the tool.

Pipefy - Keeping a tab on all cases/accounts without missing a thing.

Aspetti positivi:

Helps with keeping a sequential track of all action items.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes, the loading is slow. Also, moving a card from one stage to another, sometimes we have to reload the page as the card vanishes in the mid movement.

Great software, and it can be much better jet!

Aspetti positivi:

I think it's really easy to use and to understand for normal users. When we start using it had outages of the server and a lot of "http 500" errors, but now is pretty stable so we feel it safe now.

Aspetti negativi:

The big issue is that we don't see useful the Database feature. We have tried tu use it but we can't export the data. Would be really nice if we can share using an iFrame or something, a list of entries with a filter from database. For example I have an "Events" Database in Pipefy and I would like to share in my web site the Upcoming Events. To achieve this I'll need not only the iFrame to share but a filter to show only upcoming event and not past events. Also I would like to show some data, not all data from the Database. In another words, will be useful something to make queries to the database inside Pipefy. Another issue is that I think It's a heavy software to run in old computers. I think it uses a lot of recourses in the user machine (JS or something) and old computers gets slow. Also I would like to get a better mobile App. It works ok, but I have a lot of trouble with conditional fields in the Apps.

Great process management software!

Commenti: We started using Pipefy a few months ago, after having the same BPM software for almost 5 years and I can tell it was one of the best decisions we have made.
Even with the missing points I mentioned, Pipefy brought us more confidence and reliability. We are a Service-Based Business, so having a Software we can trust and is being constantly improved, is essential.
I would totally recommend Pipefy!

Aspetti positivi:

Pipefy is really user-oriented, so it is easy to create and implement pipes. Conditional and Required fields are also really useful and we use them a lot in all our processes. The Dashboards (still in beta) bring a complete view of our current work and I am sure it will be one of the best tools they have!

Aspetti negativi:

I miss having more options when creating automations, being able to pull information from connected cards, make calculations, or bulk edits. Another missing point is that not all fields are searchable, making it hard to find a specific card (if you didn't mark all fields as subtitles) when you have hundreds of them in the same pipe.

Opinion

Commenti: It's a really good platform, the first implemented in our company so I dont have much experience to compare with others. Theres a lot that Pipefy can develop in order to give more data to admin users, but I see that you are always implementing and developing new features, wich is nice.

Aspetti positivi:

Easy customization, fast loading, automization*

Aspetti negativi:

For a smaller company is hard to configure automations, upload of database and things that need some sort of "programing". Even with all tutorials, for someone that never read or did anything of programing it was really hard to do everything needed. Maybe because our process are complex, we had a hard time, and still do, to configure everything perfectly even with support help.

Our efficiency increased with Pipefy

Commenti: Since we implemented Pipefy, we have been able to control and automate many processes, from operational and simple processes, such as task management, to business processes, such as executive search professionals (a type of service we provide). Our efficiency increased between 30 and 40% with Pipefy implementation.

Absence of functionality to handle calculations and control resource consumption (storage, automation, etc.).

My experience with pipefy

Aspetti positivi:

He is very customizable and versatile. When I have to change some stage of the sales funnel, Pipefy allows me very easily without losing data. The reports are terrific, we can choose absolutely everything we want to analyze.

Aspetti negativi:

The dashboards have a lot of bugs, and because of that I lose a plenty of time transfering the data of the reports to Excel. I'd like to not have this mechanical work anymore, by having improved Pipefy dashboards.

Pipefy Gets the Job Done!

Commenti: It's been great! Easy way to dull down some of the excess noise and stay focused on the task at hand for the day.

Aspetti positivi:

I really enjoy being able to keep my workflow organized. It's enough detail to get my job done, but not too overwhelming to where it makes organization harder than it needs to be. The integration with HubSpot is incredible helpful as well.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes if I'm working quickly, Pipefy can't keep up. The best example I can think of is changing a date within a card, saving, but then not seeing that change reflected.

Could be better

Is easy to configure the pipes and the user have a lot of options.

Aspetti negativi:

The reports is very poor, the user don't have any kind of graphics and you can't bring data from two different pipes. I think the internal team don't like to improve the software frequently and implement new features.

Excelent task management and process administration

Commenti: We've moved our business oportunities management form MS Excel Sheets to Pipefy, so we can access to critical information anywhere and anytime. Also, we are now administrating our customer's database directly in Pipefy.

Aspetti positivi:

It's easy to modify different pipes to adapt the flow to our business' activities. A powerfull tool to manage our day-to-day business oportunities, task assignments and collaborative work.

Aspetti negativi:

It could be improved card's conexion between pipes, so one card created in one pipe can be consulted or viewed in another pipe with some critical information.

Great tool for process management, quite hard to make customizable reports

Aspetti positivi:

It's a great tool for process management, as you can customize each stage to certain requirements and allows you to document each step through the whole process. You can also build the processes you need from scratch and have them as you wish. Besides, it's very simple to add new cards and star a new task using an initial form, as you can do it even from a mobile device. It also allows to connect to API tools like Zapier, to connect with other web apps.

Aspetti negativi:

The customization process is a bit long and not so friendly. Although, it gives you many tools, the UX is not very smooth as you need go back and forth to different screens. Reporting is not simple or as customizable as the design of the boards. It gives a lot of information but its quite hard to compress it into a meaningfull dashboard. We had to combine different apps to create our own dashboard. Also, its mobile app is not as complete as the web app version.

Great Product. Annoying company that bombards you with calls and emails.

Commenti: Like I said, it's a great product. Only problem is the company employees send me emails and/or call me every day. I wish I could just use it without the extra baggage.

A very simple task manager with attractive UX

Commenti: Well, it has been a nice tool for me and my clients. We use with ease and apart from the features that need to be implemented, it's an everyday tool that never let me down.

Aspetti positivi:

I really liked the usability of the system and its easyness. It's very simple to do any task and even to create rules for cards and integrate pipes. You have many features such as trigger e-mails when something happens or create alert for tasks that are delayed.

Aspetti negativi:

Some features that we need to implement to have a better do not exist. For example, I needed to duplicate the pipes with their automations and rules. It turns out only the shell gets duplicated. So I needed to do all the work regarding the automations ans rules again.

We control all our new clients on boarding process with Pipefy, its easy and fast.

Commenti: I can improve my customer on boarding process experience daily basis. I think the power you have of having a timeline of what happened to each customer, who helped, when, etc, gives you enough data to improve your process.

Aspetti positivi:

The fact that I can control my hole sales team in the same "board", I know exactly why I client is delayed and who is responsible for what. Also, I can easily find all the history about this client. For a manager perspective, its a great way of improving our customer experience.

Aspetti negativi:

Its not so simple to find information about all the integrations, API etc. There are just a few tutorials, but this is just a non developer opinion.

I love Pipefy!

Aspetti positivi:

The features and automation are top-notch. Best customer care. Amazing process flow that once you learn how the software operates, becomes very easy. Flexibility especially in reporting. Value for money.

Aspetti negativi:

Ease of use has been difficult. I had to research and look at so many webinars to understand most of what I know. It was worth it though.
