I have been with RAM for years. Recently I decided to add another tracker and camera. They sent a contract and without even thinking I signed the contract. Apparently I not just added another tracker, but also renewed/extended 3 year contracts for my another 9 vehicles. It means that I am in another 3 year contract with them and can’t cancel it or pay for 3 years which is nearly £6k. I found out this when I contacted them asking to remove 2 vehicles as they are old, sorn and will go to salvage. Even though cars will go but I will be paying for the trackers and cameras of those vehicles for 3 years. Spoke with them, they are not willing to change anything. Madness
