We had not completed staff surveys prior to my arrival in 2015 and the business is 40 years old.  I am really satisfied with how Flex handled our account, they worked very closely with me to create a tailored Survey for our employees that really touched on the areas that were interested in receiving feedback about.  The survey also allowed for weighted comments.
