Our Loan Officers have a full fledged marketing suite and tools that are both highly automated, customizable, and more than anything purpose-built for each individual Loan Officer and their needs. We love that if the tool isn't built into the system, there is always a strong suite of third-party partners that are highly integrated and easy to implement. What has set Total Expert apart even years later is the constant support, years into our relationship, we still have a regular meeting cadence where we go over any outstanding issues, future releases, and making sure that we are being able to use the system to accomplish our goals and initiatives. I believe strongly that if we aren't successful or miss a release that is impactful, it is not because we don't have the support and transparency from our TE Team. > > **Inconvenienti**: There are a few features that are lacking, or have not been updated in several years - examples of these would be Open House Rate flyers, and the recruiting platform.
