It streamlines candidate communication, scheduling walk throughs, and lease management with automatic document signatures and it helps me chase down important paperwork like renter's insurance and helps me stay on top of tenant responsibilities like sending receipts when I receive rent payments. Imagine having an automatic marketing app, customer management system database, docusign, paralegal / accountant assistant getting ALL the paperwork and management company admin ALL IN ONE. Game changer for me as a landlord with a few units. > > **Inconvenienti**: Sometimes on loading the Android version of the app, it tells me the app needs to be updated.
