Intuitive and Reliable

Commenti: Excellent reports and functionality

Aspetti positivi:

Daxko is the gold standard of CRM tools. Every option is configured to where you expect it to be. Our IT Dept has integrated into our systems and I am working with vendors to use it with external software.

Aspetti negativi:

the Mass amount of options and features it is easy to get lost discovering new reports and new ways of doing the same thing.

Daxko software is great

Commenti: Great software, pretty easy to learn and it is constantly being upgraded to improve the output that it's capable of.

It provides up to the moment information, so you know where your membership and program enrollment stands 24/7. Its web based so you can access it anywhere and it functions like MS Office, which is what I grew up on.

Aspetti negativi:

The product is a little bit more expensive that I would prefer.

Commenti: Besides a few friendly representatives who are quick to respond, my experience using the product for historical data that I need for grant reports and our annual report has been truly awful.

- Phone Representatives are friendly and transparent when they do not have answers. - They are at least attempting to have an organization specific report.

Aspetti negativi:

- Representatives often do not have a way of assisting and cases aren’t resolved - “Not for Historical Data” - No way to track demographic data for activity check in The list goes on, I just don’t have the characters for it.

Daxko at the YMCA

Aspetti positivi:

98% of the time Daxko works great for what we need here at the YMCA. We can do Memberships, Maintenance, Hold forms, Cancel forms, etc.

Aspetti negativi:

Occasionally you will run into a quirk in the system when trying to do a draft maintenance or on an odd membership .

Commenti: I like this system overall. It is very user friendly, and at my age, that is very important!

I like the ease of use of this product. It is far easier than our previous product.

Aspetti negativi:

There are still bugs to be worked out. For example: when a member's card is declined, the account should be frozen, instead of continuing to charge month after month before being settled. I also find accounts that are system terminated for no apparent reason. Usually associated with an insurance-paid account.

We love being able to keep track of Client Personal Training Packages and Redemptions! The ease of making appointments and changing them if need be.

When you redeem sessions, I don't know where the notes go after we type them.

Great overall software to use!

Commenti: Great, usually works with no issue, easy to use for basic needs and to find out info when being front desk. Also allows to notify members in case of anything.

The ease of use, allowing to view areas where the members are able to be searched, appointments to be viewed and completed and to see who is in the branch or not.

Aspetti negativi:

The long animations when a member is first signing in, some things can be a bit hard to find but most is easy.

Daxko is a great product

Commenti: We have had the product since 2007 and love the flexibility it gives us to create programs and membership options. It flows well into Quickbooks and gives us the details we need.

Ease of use. Does multiple things for the business that help us keep control or our memberships, programs and finances. They listen and take requests for changes and upgrades.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes takes a while to get an answers from customer service. Added services can cost you extra monthly like Daxko Engage, etc.

Daxko is #1 but when the server goes down our job is 100x harder

Commenti: I use Daxko Operations and Engage everday i'm at work. Daxko server is down and we must write everything and every member on paper. Bad timing.

Commenti: In the last 7 years, Ive very much enjoyed working with Dako Operations here at our YMCA. It has made my job as a membership associate smoother and made it easier to get the tasks done that I needed to finish.

It is very easy to understand. As someone who trains new hires for our front desk with Daxko, though there is a lot of information. It is very easy to train them and makes it easier for them to retain the information.

Aspetti negativi:

I wouldn't say that I had any real negative experiences with Daxko. Any troubles that I had were resolved in a timely matter.

Reports are not easy to pull, standard reports should be available and easy to customize. Ops lacks the functionality needed for licensed childcare requirements in the child care tab.

Commenti: To sum it all up Daxko had been stable and capable to work with new and existing members. I prefer Daxko over previous systems I have interacted with.

Consistency and accuracy of searching power.

Aspetti negativi:

Emails amongst other information prohibiting from creating a new account if its tied with an other account irrelevant to the person signing on as a new member. Also an occasional lag on searches.

Commenti: Daxko was overall okay. It provided what was needed, but ease of use was not where it should have been.

Daxko Operations has been the only software I have known and used daily for the last two and a half years. It seems to be able to do all of the necessary things you would need (i.e. membership, reports, finance, etc), but it took some getting used to to be able to use efficiently.

Aspetti negativi:

The layout of the web page was difficult to navigate. It seemed like certain tasks were hidden under irrelevant tabs. The was difficult to have a efficient work flow when running reports and dealing with finance. It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.
