Within the last few years, I have seen enhancements that would have been helpful for us if they had happened earlier. Unfortunately, we need things to move a little faster, so we tend to look for outside software that suits our needs, but that then pulls us further away from it working with our CRM. I like the new partnerships, I just hope the forward momentum continues. It's hard to convince people who don't use/know the software as much as the administrators do that the problem isn't always the software.
