PDF Pro - Editing and compression with simplicty

Commenti: PDF Pro This application preety much good to compress the size of file. Due to large file size sometime my SMTP client hangs so i use to compress such pdf file before sending in email attachment.

Aspetti positivi:

No need to download the application actually on my machine, i can edit my file online as well as can compress the same. Can merge multiple pdf files in a single file is an awesome feature of this tool. Import and export feature in different format easy to use.

Aspetti negativi:

Some advance features require a bit knowledge to use.

Commenti: My experience has been very good the truth, the only thing that has happened unfavorable is that when it comes to needing technical support I have not obtained a quick response and the documentation that exists is quite short.

First of all I love that with this PDF editor you can do absolutely everything that others allow you to do and also the cost is much lower, it allows me to edit my pdf documents, create them from word, excel, powerpoint, among others , also one thing that allows me to be very, very useful is to be able to place my watermark on my documents and therefore avoid using the material that I create without my authorization.

The truth is that there is nothing negative in this software, more than the lack of technical support, which is not entirely good.

The interface of PDF Pro is easy to use and very intuitive. The well-organized menu makes it easy to quickly find the tools you need. Building and managing documents is easy. The collaborative tools are very useful when working on team projects.

I was expecting this program to offer more in terms of layout tools and design options. Overall, I found it difficult to create professional looking documents in this program because it was so limited in terms of design sensibility and function. It is difficult to cleanly arrange and align selected items. Editing pre-existing documents was not as easy and straightforward as I had hoped. I found the selection tools do not always recognize the document elements I am attempting to select and edit.

I like to make all these changes to my document through the web platform, it is very fast and efficient.

There is not much I can say about it, it has fulfilled 100% with its functionalities.

The Best App for sending and saving Notes

Aspetti positivi:

I like the way it views the slides. We can even edit the slides which we view from Pdf pro. During this lockdown i got to use this app and it was the best one among 3. I barely need to use other apps because this app lets me save my pdf slides as well as creat my slides . For teachers, Students, Reserchers this app is must as it fulfils all the desire what we need to view and make PDF.

Aspetti negativi:

The storage is limited which also leds to delete old files for new files. Not only this i dont like the thumbnail. If the thumbnail of the pdf file showed the 1st page of the slide it would be much easier to save files.

Needed a PDF converter and after a quick google search, found PDF Pro and got the job done!

Quick and easy to use online site. No lag when uploading or downloading the document. Able to remove password locks that were misplaced. Conversions to other document types was effortless.

Could improve on processing time. Would be nice to have a desktop executable to utilise as it could be useful. Online subscription could be reduced.

Poor support

My needs are minimal so I purchased PDF PRO as it was on the low end of expense.

After using Adobe writer for years at another company I switched to PDF PRO Limited at my new office as my needs are limited to very simple editing of a few file numbers. Adobe was great and easy. PDF PRO was not as robust but for the money I was ok with that until it stopped working a month after I purchased it. I tried support to get it fixed to which there was a preliminary response asking for copies of documents so they could see the problem. I sent it then nothing happened. As I have not been able to edit documents I have been editing word documents then saving as a PDF and then deleting and inserting updated pages into a pdf document with PDF PRO. Clearly not ideal. I had asked for my money back but they said no as it was over 60 days (I believe.) I again reached out and they suggested I delete and reinstall which I did. It still has the same issue that anything I try to edit corrupts the file and cannot be opened in another pdf program including Adobe which is what most computers use. I reached out again and again silence. I am now giving up and getting another program.

The best alternative to Acrobat on the market

Commenti: Adobe Acrobat of course is the best and most expensive. At just a fraction of the cost, PDF Pro does all of the things we need it to. We need to add and remove pages, use dynamic stamps. Create PDF's from Word and Excel or any program. It does all these thing, and does them easily.

PDF Pro the best PDF editor on the market

Commenti: A great experience. This software has made ur lives much easier as we deal with a lot of documents that sometimes need editing in their PDF format.

Aspetti positivi:

The software does not freeze when you are using it. I have tried so many free PDF editor softwares and I always ended up frustrated with the change in formats when I convert a PDf to a Word doc then tray and edit and then print back to PDF. I don't have this problem with PDF Pr anymore. I can edit a document directly and converting from PDF to word is now a much more pleasant process.

It was not easy downloading the software. The process there can be a bit more user friendly.

Must have software for business

Commenti: Adobe software allows me to get rid of paper documents, once I have scanned them into PDFs. Ir really make searching for digital documents much easier than searching for lost hard copies!

This is incredibly user friendly, even for an older computer user as I am. Help files are quick to load and explain in the simplest terms. I would love to gift this program to my colleges.

Too merge different Documents in one file

I have been using this tool on daily bases. Everyday i have to send different documents in PDF form to different managers and Chairman. It is easy to use and easy to merge different documents in one file. I can edit those files,add my notes and delete the pages that i don't need. In simple it is pretty simple to use

It is very important tool for my daily work and i am hapy from this tool. the only thing that i do not like is that when the files are larger it takes more time convert

has a free version, which is quite complete some programs or applications require that the format of images that are attached in pdf, and with pdf pro I can do it, changing it for example SVG, JPEG PNG without any difficulty I can share my files, without these being altered, since they can not edit it, ensuring that the integrity of the file is maintained

If you're thinking of purchasing PDF Pro - Don't bother - There's no support at all!!

Commenti: I purchased the product and used it until I decommissioned my laptop and purchased a new one so that I could upgrade. I was told to uninstall the product from my laptop before installing it on my new laptop. It never worked. I contacted support by email (no phone contact was provided). I told them the problem that I was having. They never gave me a solution. Then I tried reinstalling on the original laptop and it wouldn't install there either. Now I've paid for it and it doesn't install on either of my laptops. I decided to forget it and buy a product from another company.

The product is fair. If there'd been any support for it I might still be using it. But I had to buy another product when it stopped working. The support people didn't even try to help me.

The support is so poor, you just wouldn't believe it.
