Text US makes recruting easy!

Commenti: It was a wonderful experiance. Easy to use and kept everything in an easy to find place for myself and my team mates.

Aspetti positivi:

It made sending recruting messeges a snap. I used it mostly for that. Gave amazing suggestions on what to put in the messages and allowed me to send to a huge group of people at once. Made it easy to keep track of responses from all those individuals. Kept me in touch with other members of my team and allowed them to know who had been reached and who hadn't.

Aspetti negativi:

I had issues with it not working on my work phone.

Aspetti positivi:

You can create custom templates and send mass messages easily. It is good for large organizations because you can assign multiple people to a conversation.

Aspetti negativi:

Text Us is extremely buggy with notifications. It goes offline fairly frequently and their customer service is not responsive.

For Business SMS Marketing - TextUs is The Real Deal

Aspetti positivi:

We have used TextUs for marketing and it is super great. It is easy to use and makes sms marketing easy. We have an easy time sending mass messages to our customers both for marketing and notifications.

Considering the quality features of TextUs, no malfunctioning to report.

TextUs right from some, not all

Commenti: I think it’s an easy platform to use but it is not something I would use for my day to day mass messaging.

I like that TextUs integrates with our ATS easily and that it is fairly simply.

Aspetti negativi:

TextUs is a separate text only line and a lot content recipients view the messages as spam.

Good App to use

Commenti: Overall, it was a good experience when I needed a quick number to use when connecting with people I didn't know.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that I had the same texting and calling capabilities as I do with my regular phone.

Aspetti negativi:

I didn't like that I couldn't send long form video or that sometimes on wifi, I couldn't get great reception.

Great Way To Reach Customers

Commenti: We found this by chance, and we have been pleased with it. Even when we have to resend a text. This is very important because sometimes people prefer to be contacted via text rather than a call for whatever reason and this allows us to do so.

Aspetti positivi:

This is the newest texting outlet that we use to contact some of our customers. For some reason unknown to me, this actually reaches some customers that our other text software doesn't. This has made it very easy for us in this tech world that we live in.

Aspetti negativi:

There were a couple of times that a text had to be sent out a couple of times before a customer actually received it.

TextUs is ok

Commenti: It has been ok to send bulk messages to applicants but I still prefer my own line.

You can not use your regular phone number and it is very clunky.

Good for uploading lists but functionality is limited

Commenti: This was okay for my first texting company but I think there are better options out there.

TextUs was great on the initial set up. I was able to upload my contacts to create our lists.

When I went to renew, the cost was a substantial increase and I found different services that offered more options for cheaper.

Effective & easy product for recruiting in the staffing industry & Tech Support is ALWAYS helpful

Aspetti positivi:

The text blasts - Accessing so many people at 1 time. Customer Service - They are always available really quickly through a chat feature and guide me on how to fix an issue OR answer a simple question. They're also really friendly. Features - scheduling texts for the future, personalizing messages in blasts to include first name of contact, analytics to review it's effectiveness. Just awesome.

Aspetti negativi:

I can't write more than 140 characters in a text blast and the personalized first name feature takes up 22 of those characters. Sending too many blasts in 1 day or at a time delays our messages from being received immediately, but that may have to do more with the cell phone providers than textus.

The ease of the platform's use has also made training efficient with tutorials and examples abundant for end-users to educate themselves on best practice, tips and tools to help them reach their sales goals.

The support team is, by far and away, one of the best I've encountered when developing our tech stack. They are always prompt and communicative, no matter which representative you get! We've been working with the new TextUs Next platform since January and could not be happier with our results. Our scalability and volume have never been greater and TextUs has been an integral part in facilitating more responsive, customer-centric communication. The ease of deployment for one or several users is just a quick support chat away. Could not be happier with the product and what is has done for our business.

Aspetti negativi:

The development of 'groups' could stand a bit more attention to facilitate an easier end-user experience. However, this is a VERY minute detail for a newer development of the platform. Like everything else with TextUs, it will only get better with time!

If you are looking for a texting software that you can easily use and manipulate then TextUs is the answer. TextUs is incredibly simple yet very useful because you don't need any high-end device to install this software. This software is best for sending messages with less complexity. Just type your message and click send on the tip of your fingernails. This is the kind of software that has simple texting capabilities that will satisfy your daily communication needs that also let you open multiple screens on the gadget that you are using.

I know that this software is designed for simplicity so I don't think it has weaknesses. I love using this simple texting software. As long as I can send and receive a message instantly then I think I'm fine with it. Also, this kind of software consumes less bandwidth and so this is a perfect software for all users.

TextUs Has Been Incredible

Commenti: Great product with an amazing team behind it. They're always available and always accommodating.

Aspetti positivi:

The software is incredibly easy to use and works well with our highly customized CRM. More than that though is their support and success team. Wow. They're highly skilled and incredibly attentive people that put our success at the forefront of what they do and we're incredibly grateful to be working with them in a professional capacity.

There are restrictions on the number of text blasts that are able to be sent per hour, which can create a bottleneck for us at times.

Great messaging tool!

Aspetti positivi:

I used TextUs to reach out to candidates in the US. I worked in an offshore recruiting company before and TextUs has been very helpful in reaching out to our candidates.

Aspetti negativi:

I can't think of any cons for this software. It has played a vital role in connecting with our candidates and I have not encountered any problems using it.

Grateful for TextUs and the ease of being able to connect to our candidates!

Commenti: Its fast, easy, reliable, and makes my job easier

Aspetti positivi:

It's fast and easy. I love that you can implement templates to make it even faster. People check their texts more easily than their emails and its a quick check in process that makes life a whole lot easier. It also has a widget for the corner of your computer screen and makes getting/sending texts a lot easier.

Aspetti negativi:

It doesn't always register names of individuals with the templates, but that's a small issues.

Commenti: Overall TextUs is a great product. It allows us to keep in contact with our client/candidate base easily.

TextUs is easy to use, set up and deploy. Their customer service is thorough, attentive and FRIENDLY! I appreciate their quick response with any questions. We have been using it for about 2 years, and have yet to experience any major problems or downtime.

No real dislikes, but I would like the option to add or delete users myself.

I love the ease of use. I love the App. It is effective and easy. In this age of mobile devices texting is about the best way to get anyone quickly. We are able to reach a large number of people with just a little time put in.

I have no problems to list as a con. It works smoothly and we get no spam from using it. We are completely satisfied from a user stand point.

Hard to remember what what I did before TextUs! The efficiency is incredibly time saving!

Love the Bullhorn - TextUs Integration

Commenti: We love TextUs! Our recruiting start-up uses it to get ahold of candidates even faster.

Aspetti positivi:

I love the ease of use of Text-Us and the Bullhorn integration. As a recruiter, it is so easy to text candidates, and track all of our communication in our ATS - Applicant Tracking System.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish that the contacts automatically downloaded into TextUs from our ATS, but it still easy to use. Luckily - if you are in a contact account in Bullhorn - it will pull the name and number into TextUs and makes it easy enough to add.

The product needs to be a little more customizable, especially in the organization of messages.

Having the marketing tools I need in one place gives me great relief. Very functional for tracking customer relations at the point of sales and marketing.

Organizing incoming messages is very troublesome.

I liked the ability to be able to use software that would allow us to have conversational text messages despite us having a landline.

If you selected the wrong number that you wanted, you couldn't go back and you were stuck with it for the duration.

Very easy to use!

Commenti: I am able to contact hundreds of new applicant within 3 hour time frame. Its a great tool if you are looking for something to free up time. You can spend less time sending text message or you can send individually. This product has made my job a lot easier.

I have only had one issue with slow service issue. I sent text message to Text us and they were able to fix issue within 30 mins.

Easy, Effective Recruiting Tool
