I began using this software after searching for ways to capitalise website traffic. It allowed me to better understand my audience, and give my sales team better leads.
Clearly some of the leads ended up on my site by accident.

Find out what companies are visiting your website, and turn that on in seconds
Commenti: Leadfeeder allows to see in a very easy manner what visits you are getting from employees in your potential customer companies, and eventually reach out to them if there is a strong interest identified
Aspetti positivi:
The ease of integration, the loads of information available for each lead and the ability to integrate with Zapier, so you can customize the output, send it to slack or other tools
Aspetti negativi:
So far works great and there's nothing missing or difficult to use
A pretty good tool for buyer intent

Leadfeeder it's a pretty nice tool if you need to know some intent data from your visitors, it's not the best but it gives you a lot anyway.

It could be a bit better in detecting more intent data from more sources
Bad value for money and wrong way of dealing with unsatisfied customers
Commenti: No surprise this solution has high churn. Very happy to encounter someone who experienced strong ROI and good customer support as it was not our case

Leadfeeder provides accurate data of visitors to our site. I really enjoy understanding the user's behavior across all of our content. The Hubspot integration is vital for our sales team. I usually start with reaching out on LinkedIn to leadership at the prospects we see.

Leedfeeder is one of the most useful lead generation tool for me at the moment, I can easily identify individuals and companies visiting my website and turn them into customers.

Great Tool with a fresh and modern look
Commenti: We integrated Echobot into our CRM System. Now, we can quickly identify new leads and import them directly into our CRM. With Target, we can create target lists for our salespeople. A perfect enhancement for our daily work. With the signals we are able to act very fast on different topics.

I like the easy way to use this software. Its User Interface is well structured and easy to understand and use.

Great for enterprise sales insights

Overall super easy to use. You still need to do the work to identify the individual and salespeople like all that handed to them ready to call.
It requires a bit of training at the start to identify and remove low-quality accounts before you start seeing value. Do this before showing it to the sales team or they will dismiss it all as low quality.

I have used this in two companies. It is great for identifying larger companies with their own network who are checking out your website.
Aspetti negativi:
Not great for identifying smaller sales prospects as they are unlikely to have their own network ID and you still have to do work to identify individuals within the company. The time is not worth the value of your sale.
Great product, does what it is meant to do "Generate Leads"
Commenti: Visibility on website traffic has been the best value add for us.

The platform is very easy with cool UI and UX. The tracking is pretty bang on and notification emails work perfectly.
Aspetti negativi:
Integrations with multiple CRMs and Chatbots is something the team should start working on. They have intermediary system Zapier for it but ideally it should not be required
Slick bit of software for the sales team
Aspetti positivi:
Leadfeeder snoops around on your website and sees what companies are visiting your site. Tie it into Zapier and then it can feed back into Mailchimp, Pipedrive, etc. You can also use it to prospect new leads as well.
Aspetti negativi:
No complaints, software works as intended and they'll send you email updates as well about who's been visiting your site.
Identify companies on your website
Aspetti positivi:
Easy to install and get going, also showed valuable analytics.
Aspetti negativi:
When alot of people work from home its difficult for it to provide the right companies.
Worthless tool, unethical renewal process
Commenti: eadfeeder is a useless tool and a bad company. If you are considering getting this tool, read on. First, this tool is nothing great. It delivers company IP information from a tracking cookie. This information isn’t that useful. Marketers..focus on retargeting and remarketing. There are several tools that have features doing what Leadfeeder does. Hubspot, Zoominfo to name two. Look into. Regarding contracts. Leadfeeder charges $12k per year. Why anyone would lock into a year for this tool I will never understand. Leadfeeder’s auto-renewal process is why you should really avoid this tool. You must cancel 30 days prior to the renewal date. I never heard anything from our CS person leading up to this renewal date. They intentionally keep a low profile, hoping you miss this ($12k) renewal date. But when they need their invoice paid, they emerge from the shadows. Our CS person aggressively hounded users via email and Linkedin to get the invoice paid. When I asked what happens if someone doesn’t pay an invoice after missing renewal date, she said it goes to the “next escalation point” which she admitted was collections. Our invoice was accidently paid (even after I had canceled subscription on the website). After LF got their money they disappeared again, my CS contact avoiding my emails. All they care about over at Leadfeeder is getting paid. In conclusion—worthless tool, year contract, shady auto renewal with a collection agency to enforce, awful customer service.

Nothing. It's just not a good tool. Company IP info has no real value. Other tools deliver company IP information as a feature.

The auto-renewal policy is borderline illegal
Doesn't track as much as they claim
Commenti: It has potential, but hard to get help, i paid by accident no refund offered.
Aspetti positivi:
It identified the visitors that does not fill a form, but very few... they informed us they tell us the visitor but their people data is outdated and thoose where not the visitors so that was false advertisement.
Aspetti negativi:
That they can't track the person just the company in 2% of the visitors.
Get more value from your website
Commenti: Leadfeeder can help you turn your website from a brochure into a lead generation machine. It won't make miracles by itself, of course, but if you don't already track the things Leadfeeder can show you, you are doing something wrong.

It's easy to setup and has integrations to tools we already use (Mailchimp, Salesforce)

It could filter ISPs better.

Commenti: Leadfeeder helps me and my sales team to follow on hot leads and it detects new prospects. I can also see the impacts from our marketing activities as traffic amounts

I like the simplicity and that data is also automatically updated to relevant CRM accounts in our Pipedrive

If you want to keep the cost down and the clarity up you must constantly hide non relevant companies from showing up in your lead feed. Well, it is needed only once per company, but if you have a big prospect base and you do not clean up, then the tool becomes more or less useless
Effectively tracks company visits
Aspetti positivi:
Good UI, nicely enrichened company profiles with LinkedIN , sources of traffic helps evaluating our SEM and SEO.
Aspetti negativi:
Contacting big companies is hard because we don't know who has viewed our page. Leadfeeder is not to blame though, since automatic individual recognition is technically impossible.
Great for lead gen
Commenti: Very interesting, smaller companies have bad data but overall pretty cool.

Leadfeeder is a super interesting option for tracking actual leads that visit your website. They try to provide as much contact information as well as visit details which is helpful for actioning.
Aspetti negativi:
It can be a fine line to leveraging Leadfeeder and creeping people out. It would be a challenge to use for cold leads but amazing for nurturing the sales funnel.
Great addition to Marketing Stack - identify effectiveness of campaigns and sources
Aspetti positivi:
We brought LeadFeeder into our stack to identify effectiveness of our ABM campaigns. We wanted to know how effective our campaigns were at attracting new verticals and geo's from our in-target companies and LeadFeeder accomplishes this seamlessly. Bonus points for ease of integration.
Aspetti negativi:
LeadFeeder can be overwhelming with the amount of emails that are automatically sent. We've created tonnes of feeds for varying purposes; if you're not careful, you can end up with 20 emails every morning updating you on the feeds. That said, this is easily configured and turned off.
A great complement to existing sales processes

- Great for sales prospecting - Provides fairly accurate information - Shows when and where opportunities visit your site - Great for customer success as you can be proactive when existing clients visit your website - Ability to push to Salesforce - Very responsive customer support

- Some data is not accurate - Does not include Google keywords - Not having the ability to exclude certain pages from your lead total. We have a huge amount of visitors to our site that are not leads. Unfortunately, we have to individually hide them so that they don't count towards our monthly total. It is a very frustrating process.

The software does a great job of prioritizing our website visitors, based on their activity. We also get additional information on the company and potential decision makers within the organization. they are also extremely competitive when it comes to pricing

The data provided isn't always accurate and there could be mistakes in the companies contact info. Also the options in terms of integrated products are small
Intuitive to Use
Commenti: I have insight into what prospects are looking at when visiting my website.

I like that prospects and decision makers along with what social media they use are now available across all lines of business within a company

I wish it captured the person who was on my website not just the company. Although I am great full to see what company has visited my website but It is most usefull to know what person or at least what titles are visiting so that I can tailor a campaign around whats important to the prospects role within the company
This is the future of marketing

It's not often that I get blown away by a software tool. I think my reaction was, "you can do that?!" This software basically gives me the list of people that are coming to my site and tells me who they are based on their ip. I've been using this to get our salesteam more engaged and the result is fanstatic

You really need to integrate with some data enrichment software so I can automatically email the folks or connect with people that are coming to my site. THAT would be something.

I have used Leadfeeder and Twak.to-Chat together on several websites, Chat worked well with customers who came to our website using their mobile devices (Leadfeeder didn't recognize them) and Leadfeeder would recognize customers based on IP-address etc.
Aspetti negativi:
Sometimes it is difficult to activate customer google analytics account, but customer support is helping us with this issue.

Lead Feeder does not easily let you filter categories as much as I would like it to. It does have a lot of other great features though.
An excellent tool for B2B companies to see leads who visit their website!
Commenti: Even though my digital news service website isn't exactly a B2B company, we used Leadfeeder to track companies who were visiting our website for potential sponsor and ad revenue opportunities. The platform was so easy to use and it literally took under 2 minutes to get started without any technical background needed. Then once on, the onboarding tutorial was great. Their live chat support is also a big plus.
