Autocomplete feature is a really great thing in this tool. The user just needs to type the words and the products gets listed below. Search rankings can be tweaked. The search has Spell correct and has lightning-fast results -we get results back in under a few milliseconds. Great pricing as well, we got unlimited search queries without paying a fortune for it.

PDF Indexing and searching solution

Commenti: We signed up for the 14 day free trial to see how the search would work for our data. Our website as a lot of pages and PDFs and we were looking for a solution to enable our users to search across both. Fortunately, Expertrec's search was able to deliver and produce relevant results right out box unlike other search services that we tried. Their product team is extremely helpful, working with Puranjay was great! The affordable pricing, SAAS , and unlimited search queries were exactly what I was looking for.

Was able to index PDFs and pages and display the results simultaneously. Search is very fast and accurate when it comes to PDFs, voice search is amazing. Spell correct is fantastic for our users. Index is super fast!

The UI could be improved, dashboard is slightly complicated.

Cross domain Site Search

Aspetti positivi:

This is the only tool I have found that can easilly search across multiple subdomains, and display search results for all on each site. It takes quite a bit of configuring to get just right, but the customer support is very helpful in getting you there.

The dashboard interface isn't the most intuitive, especially when trying to add users or change passwords.

Fastest search on high volume WP Content I've ever seen

Commenti: With high content filled Blog or Shop you get lost with a search plugin except this one! Light speed search as I've never saw.

Install the Plugin hit index and you're ready to go. It replaces automatically the Wordpress Search without any hassle. And the best Part is the advanced search results are displayed as an overlay with customizable filter functionality, without reloading the page. Also the possibility to index custom Post Types. That's a totally new search experience in wordpress. High recommend and totally worth the money!

Great customer support and lovely internal search engine-

We were looking for a better solution than the default Magento search. Thanks to a Quora question to alternatives of Google Custom Search I found out about Expertrec. We chooses for a trial for our Dilmah Benelux shop and integration was very low level, almost no technical skills needed. Were needed customer support helped fixing some issues we discovered at testing. How ever we found the first search results during tests unrelated and found out that our XML sitemap had issues in providing the correct pages. Due this we had to fix the issues with the XML Sitemap which takes us a couple of weeks. Our Expertrec trial expired but thanks to great customer support we were able to extend the trial by one more week. We found out that everything works fine now and activated the yoda plan.

A game changer

I am amazed of the accuracy and speed of the Smart Search engine. We daily use search heavily in our urban furniture catalog of products. We have hundreds of products and related pages. Both our customers and our own stuff need search functionality constantly. There were many issues of inaccuracy and slow response while we were using the built in default search of our site provider. Once we installed the Smart Search a dramatic change came to our commercial activity. It delivers the highest search engine performance. Installation was very easy and there is a very efficient way to fine tune the behaviour of the search results filtering. What astound me most was the incredibly fast and very reliable service I constantly got from the support team. They delivered best service until all was perfectly set up. Highly recommended!

I would like to have an easier graphic way to customize the look of the search box. It is working very fine now but some features need experimentation until fully fine tuned.

Best search engine we've found

Commenti: It's great. The client we installed Expertrec on has hundreds and hundreds of webpages and it is very difficult for a client to find what they are looking for sometimes. With expertrec, it is now way easier.

The ease of use is amazing and it is very easy to design the results however we want with css. I also forgot to mention that the search results that Expertrec gives are amazing and years ahead of all the other engines we've tried.

We had a little bit of troubles setting it up with a subdomain at the beginning but it was quickly resolved by their support team.

Great support for a functional low-cost product

Support, pinned results, boosted fields all work vey well. Surprising the number of features they pack into a relatively low cost product. I say again the support is FANTASTIC.

Out of the box functionality requires some leg work to get up to a more user-friendly level. Adding too many boost levels can seriously mess up result functionality.

Expertrec is a RARE find

Commenti: After Google stopped offering their FREE Google custom search, building a custom search engine that worked so well seemed impossible. Better than any built in search engine too... gives you the results that google would give you.

So easy to implement the search function and easy to customize it into our very custom-designed websites.

The software works very well and is very user friendly. Even the UI on the dashboard is easy to use for the people integrating. I suppose the only thing I would like to see is possibly weekly reports on the analytics from the app... so we don't forget we have the app and we can stay on top of the searches.

Simple system. Had a few problems with integration but the team at Expertrec got on it and got it taken care of. I had very little knowledge on what is involved with a search engine. And now I don't know how we survived without it. It works like a dream!
