> **Inconvenienti**: Since you have to access it online,  log-on/out time is based on the computer reference time.  We have to ensure that employee cannot directly manipulate the time setting for security purposes.

With the help of this we have all the employee data related to their attendance , absences, Leave , Leave doc, Shift information and also we can easily approve it with one click only. It is easy to use so all the team member use it to see their records and other information related to attendance, leave, project on which they are working , even they easily mark their attendance or apply for leave when they work remotely.

> **Inconvenienti**: I don't think it has anything which I didn't like yes if possible add more HR function in it.

> I think it is the best for managers and the person who is taking care of employee's time management  related work like : Attendance, Leave management, Shift Management.
