The way they have it set up is someone can send in a keyword and you would get the 1st automated text, then they can reply to that and have a 2nd follow up automated text and that's it. We use it to communicate, send out information, sign people up for things, send polls, make people feel special with automated birthday text. You can forward your main number to different numbers at any time. But it's a recognized weakness on their part and always improving; and once you get over the learning curve it's worth it.
