Clinked Software as a helping tool

Aspetti positivi:

The thing that I liked most about Clinked, are the features that can be used easily by the users, and what I meant by that, is the good blend of colors on the user interface that is appealing / easy to use, and its capability to integrate files from other sources, which make it easier for me to manage my deliverables.

Aspetti negativi:

So far, if I will be talking about the whole application it is quite good, but I'm hoping or expecting some maybe some promos or discounts for the application, and I think it will be good to have that one in the future.

Easy of implimentation and integration. Customer support is fantastic. This alone is what made me write this revew. Other apps have you trolling through pages and pages of help yourself articles. Clinked support roll their sleeves up and get in there to work through any issue 10/10

That I spent countless hours on other SAS applications, wasting my time and stress, when they had a product that meets 90% of my needs.

It’s so useful to have only one platform for everything we need. We use Clinked for not only our project management needs, i. E, collaboration and tracking of our progress or client communication, but also for privacy. It has a bank level security and we can trust it with our sensitive files as it has an amazing file sharing system. We also use it for internal communication. It has amazing branding and customization options, which helps us keep our dashboards neat and offer clients the same.

We like Clinked overall. At first it seems a bit hard to get used to, but it’s actually quite user-friendly.

Best Client portal for professionals

I liked that it is whitelabled , and clients see my branding, this builds their cofidence and it is easier to get them to use it , it is secure in terms of data storage and access , we can control permissions at a granular level and this satisfies the legal requirement si Australia, it has unlimited groups with individual branding, kanban boards, project management and host of other features, best of all support is topnotch

This is a useful tool with an amazing support team. Some of our team members needed help with the tool but with all the welcoming videos and the prompt response from the support team, it didn’t take long to get used to it and now we can’t do much without our portal. Our clients loved this change and we received praise for our super professional portal.

Could be a bit less pricey, but it deserves it.

Pros: They helped us according to our needs every step of the way. We have encountered nothing but professional service and excellent support since the beginning. Our portal has been implemented just like we wanted. I can’t believe how we were handling multiple tasks within the company by using multiple platforms. It had been time consuming before! Our portal is functional and it looks so professional due to the white label feature.

Reliable Product

Commenti: It's been so useful so far. It's a nice, secure and stress free platform to use with your clients (students in my case) and the colleagues.

Aspetti positivi:

Security is crucial for us and Clinked delivered it successfully. I'm not the best when it comes to technology but the setup process wasn't that hard to figure out. It's easy to reach the support team, anyway. They were so helpful considering not all the users are a big tech savvy.

Aspetti negativi:

Pricing could be better but after experiencing all the features, I would say it is justified.

Clinked has great tools for communication and projects

We use it mostly to communicate the suppliers and the clients. It has amazing tools for instant messaging and progress tracking. Before Clinked, we had to use more than one tool and our info were scattered through different platforms. This was also a security risk. Now it's more secure to keep everything on our portal as Clinked provides a secure platform with an excellent support.

I can't think of anything I don't like. Support has been amazing with all our cases.

Great tool for project and document management

Commenti: I am using as a project management tool. Tasks are great to keep track of my business. Its bank level secure so I store all of my critical documents

I really like the custom domain and white label app. you can have your own custom domain and custom URL.

Clinked made it possible for us to create our own portal that keeps all our clients data into a single place. It's secure, easy to access wherever and whenever you need to and provides transparency across the entire organisation which can be managed via permission controls.

What a fantastic software to help me run my multiple businesses. It's a secure client portal that helps me stay organized with my clients, which are numerous. It also helps that I'm a freelancer, doing MANY different things for many different people, but it's all easily trackable and easy to separate, so no confusion here. So far, this tool is making my life WAY easier!

So far nothing much to complain about - maybe that the price increases a little heftily for more storage and people, but we will see how it goes forward. It's possible I will be able to manage it better than I think.

I love using Clinked client portal to work on projects with my small team.

Commenti: Clinked is great for remote working. It’s fast and secure for me to share documents with my clients in America and Australia, the features like Discussions and Instant Messenger allows my team to communicate our ideas from within one cloud environment, and the Events calendar is perfect for keeping everyone informed of upcoming events/deadlines! Bonus points for the white label branding and mobile app, too.

Finally, a clinked Solution that Works

Commenti: Having branded customer portals is excellent and one of the reasons we use Clinked. The amount of storage which gets included​ is on the low end. Luckily there is an option to connect Google Drive. Still,​ we would welcome more native storage.

Clinked being a customer portal or workplace, call it an extranet, are some ways of describing this product. But where it stands out from similar products is that the workplaces are brandable per customer! We got some excellent​ good compliments from some of our customers.

Aspetti negativi:

Clinked currently does not have video chat included in the platform and from what we have learned are not planning so shortly​. That is a shame. Having video chat functionality​ integrated would make it more complete and would save us using another tool for that. So, here is to hoping that Clinked will change their mind about this.

Lucky to have Clinked for my business

Clinked is the most important tool in my agency's toolbox. Its a full fledged client management tool. It lets you store all your client's tasks, assets, files, plans in the cloud. Then it lets you manage MULTIPLE client portals so you can see what all your clients are doing at a glance. It lets you customize the look and feel, remove their branding, and give your clients a signon so they can stay on top of their feedback for you.

Aspetti negativi:

It's expensive to add a lot of reviewers. You don't want to add your clients whole company to the reviewers. Just the key stakeholders is enough.

Excellent application

Commenti: I recently just subscribed to Clinked. A friend recommended this software to me, saying that it will help me with business organization. Mostly I need it for file sharing, group chats, discussions and general team collaboration. I subscribed for a free trial and honestly felt that the use of Clinked was a need for the company. I am a manager at a small company and we were facing several issues communicating with each other. Use of email or FB could be a solution but Clinked is a much more professional solution to this issue.
We often have to share files to Italy or Netherlands, instant chat or instant sharing of files was an issue. It was hard for all of the three teams to work together and Clinked is helping us manage this issue. Another feature which is worth using this app is Video hosting and viewing without the need to download and the Universal search.

Great Value Integrated Package

Commenti: Have given Clinked a try as part of a small personal project, after a few alternatives didn't work out. It's a well-rounded package, and some of the integrated features show that there's a bit of thought put into the overall experience. Pricing is pretty decent and tiered for different users, but I will probably be fine with the Starter package, and see how it pans out.

GDocs Integration, Cloud Based makes things more portable, Feels pretty seamless to use. Security has been taken into consideration.

The interface is fine, but the icons could probably do with a visual update.

Excellent application for internal communication of a company

It has been a wonderful experience, this application allows you to communicate with employees and also with clients, allows you to organize group calendars, manage projects and documents and downloads of any type of file

I really like the platform, I do not have anything for which I can complain, maybe I will continue to evolve with time but I like how it is at this moment
