Informazioni su Articulate 360
Articulate 360 è un abbonamento con tutto il necessario per creare e condividere l'e-learning, promuovendo risultati di apprendimento significativi.
The features allow the course to be interactive and engages with users. Rise integrates with Storyline.
There are times that a course file just corrupts and cannot be saved. This is very infrequent - it has happened to me a few times.

Articulate per e-learning
Commenti: Ottima esperrienza, il pacchetto viene costantemente rinnovato.
Aspetti positivi:
Abbastanza intuitivo, non necessita di una vera formazione. Pacchetto molto articolato, nello specifico Rise360 è veramente immediato e permette di creare bei contenuti in poco tempo
Aspetti negativi:
macchinosità dell'assegnazione dei trigger

Articulate 360 for all of your eLearning needs
Commenti: Overall, I love working in Articulate. It has increased our ability to create content quickly and gives our clients the most up-to-date and modern approach to learning.
Aspetti positivi:
We've been using Articulate for about 3 years and love the software. We mainly use Rise 360 for our eLearning courses and Storyline for quizzes and text entry. It is so easy to make a course or use one of the many templates so we don't have to start from scratch. The ability to quickly duplicate and create a course, in my opinion is one of the most important decision points in purchasing the software. I had to create a proof of concept using the trial software and the client team loved the course so much we purchased the license and never looked back.
Aspetti negativi:
I am loving the new features they are releasing, and I would like to see more. One feature that I would like to see released is text entry in Rise 360. We have to create it in Storyline and then import using the custom block. It would be much easier to create in Rise as a new block, the look and feel would also be sleeker with size options as well.
Best eLearning Authoring Platform in the Game
Commenti: Fantasic platform that is very user friendly with frequent updates that continue to make a great tool even better. There is also a lot of community support since the platform is so popular. Hands down the best out there.
Aspetti positivi:
Users benefit from an extensive content library with millions of assets, robust collaboration features through Review 360, and seamless LMS compatibility with SCORM and xAPI exports. Frequent updates, cloud-based access, and a supportive community further enhance its value, making it the go-to platform for creating engaging, professional e-learning experiences.
Aspetti negativi:
The pricing is fairly expensive, particularly for individuals. Also its reliance on Windows for Storyline 360 limits functionality for Mac users without virtualization software.
Great software but needs some serious updating
Commenti: I have been an Articulate StoryLine user since it came out in about 2013. It took a while, but once I learned how to use it, I was able to create hundreds of amazing e-course modules and interactive games. It became one of my favorite software development tools allowing me to do things I never dreamed possible and really impressed (and expanded) my clients. Support was okay. But I never really had to submit a support ticket. Articulate has the best community and I was usually able to get the help I needed from moderators or other community members. However, I can relate to Chris' frustration. For example, StoryLine has the capability to execute javascript which greatly expands what you can do with it. But the stock answer when you have a javascript question is ... "Sorry, we don't provide support for javascript; perhaps someone in the community can help you out." Fortunately for me, there was always someone well versed with javascript that was willing to share their code. Recently, it is becoming apparent that StoryLine has some major shortcomings, and that Articulate has been slow in adding new features and enhancements in response to client requests. These include such things as a) inability to use with high-res monitors; b) no capability to e-mail results to admin or user; c) no feature to have background audio across all slides (see Chris' review); d) no capability to publish only HTML5 output; e) poor quality of HTML5 published output that does NOT work well on many mobile devices; f) no responsive design capability; g) no capability to send results to a database; h) very slow player response on timeline when synchronizing animations and no true scrubber; and several other issues. In Nov. 2016, Articulate released 360 which bundled all of their current programs into one annual subscription (which is way too expensive for us to even consider). StoryLine 2 as a stand-alone product is still available and Articulate claims that StoryLine 3 will be available sometime in 2017. However, whether SL3 will address the major shortcomings of us and others, remains unknown. Therefore, to meet our needs for course development in an ever changing technological environment, we are currently exploring alternative e-learning software development tools. Our leading candidate is Captivate 9. It appears to have all the features missing in StoryLine (and much more). Also, it appears that CP9 is a much better value.
It's good, but need to make easier/cheaper to evaluate
Commenti: Good experience. Wish there was more FREE training available to learn, before purchasing the full product.
Aspetti positivi:
Gives you more room to customize and create unique contexts
Aspetti negativi:
More complicated to get up and running. Very expensive
Articulate 360
Commenti: I have created over 200 course. Many have been in use for over 5 years and I still get compliments
Aspetti positivi:
Powerful where it needs to be, but still easy to master
Aspetti negativi:
Had Storyline 3, but had to go to Articulate 360 on a subscription which is a little more pricy
Best eLearning development tool on the market
Aspetti positivi:
It's really easy to get the basics down with Articulate but when you want to dig deeper there are always ways to improve you courses with advanced triggers, variables, javascript.
Aspetti negativi:
Sometimes it's unstable, slow. The amount of built-in animations could be more and there is still no Mac version.
Creative Tool for Hands-On Learning
Commenti: My experience was a bit of a journey since I taught myself how to use the tool through YouTube videos and trial and error. Now that I've used the tool for a few years, it feels like second nature and a really awesome way to train learners in a more hands-on way.
Aspetti positivi:
I love the flexibility that Articulate 360 and you can create simulations and interactive activities and quizzes. This is especially useful for adding videos and pausing them to have a learner complete an interactivity.
Aspetti negativi:
It takes some time to get used to as there are a lot of intricate pieces that you have to have a deeper understand, such as variables and triggers.
Articulate 360 is a $weet $uite
Commenti: I use Storyline 360 most days, and find it very user friendly. It has a lower learning curve than Captivate or Lectora for sure. The online community at eLearning Heroes is amazing, and Adobe's support is excellent.
Aspetti positivi:
The suite includes everything an elearning specilist might need to create great elearning: Storyline 360 (authoring tool), Rise (authoring tool), Review (a tool that works to capture feedback from reviewers for both Storyline and Rise), Replay (video-reording tool for capturing screen activity), Peek ( for recording screencasts), as as a large content library, and live online training. The suite is award-winning and very popular.
Aspetti negativi:
The suite is quite expensive for a single elearning developer.
Ease of use
Commenti: Having worked with both Adobe Captivate and Storyline I must say I am extremely impressed about how easy the software is and how many options are available to develop content right out of the box.
Aspetti positivi:
Articulate 360 comes with many tools available, including video capturing and rapid eLearning development. I use the authoring tool Storyline mainly from the suite and it meets all my requirements - powerful, customisable and easy to use. Being able to use javascript adds additional options behind the scenes. To their credit they are constantly updating the software and from time to time introduce new features. The community "ELearning Heros" is great with lot's of support and members sharing ideas and troubleshooting. The review process is incredible and makes it easy to keep track of changes that are required.
Aspetti negativi:
Suggestions to enhancements are slow and sometimes are ignored for years. Needing to pay full price for a full suite of products also makes it expensive for small teams , e.g. I didn't even consider suggesting Rise to our community of SMEs because it requires a full license even though they're only using one small feature set of the Articulate 360 suite. A BIG NEGATIVE for me is no native Apple Mac support. This is a serious problem for me and many other members of the community
Articulate 360 a strong authoring tool in the eLearning world
Commenti: I am happy with the software and would recommend it to anyone looking to create engaging, interactive, asynchronous and scalable learning solutions.
Aspetti positivi:
The ability to customize learning experiences in such a way that you can create decision-based scenarios, and present information in a dynamic and engaging way. You can use your imagination to it's fullest extent.
Aspetti negativi:
There are some image editing features that are present in MS PPT that I wish were present in Storyline360 such as merging images. There is also a bit of a learning curve on the system.
Design Courses & Create Community
Commenti: The team at Articulate 360 is incredibly helpful and supported our staff onboarding with zoom calls and emails.
Aspetti positivi:
Our team enjoys how simple it is to author courses within Articulate. We have a variety of multimedia content (webcomics, videos, music, interactives) this is the perfect platform for bringing everything together in one easy-to-access LMS.
Aspetti negativi:
I'd like course progression tracking to be more detailed (ie how much time is spent in a module or specific activity).
Worth the investment
Commenti: I got several free trials with Articulate before I decided to purchase it. All of the free trials give you access to the full functionality of the software and by the second time I had run through it I knew that it was absolutely worth the price. It’s like hiring a person with impeccable design skills to build your course for you, except you have to actually put in the work but the ease of the process and beautiful outcome is worth every penny.
Aspetti positivi:
This state of the art software will inspire you to build better courses! The thing I love about Articulate 360 is that it provides you with a beautiful user interface that will inspire your course creation. So many other course creation tools are clunky and slow. Articulate 360 is the exact opposite of that. It’s fast it’s super smooth in all of his operations, and because of that I find myself constantly inspired to create new content.
Aspetti negativi:
The worst thing about this software is that it cost over $1000 and they don’t have a payment plan or a monthly option.
Alternative considerate: Adobe Captivate
Perché scegliere Articulate 360: I had a really come up with my own DIY solution to build my courses. When I started building them in articulate the value of my courses went through the roof. They are worth 10x more now just because of the way that I’m presenting the material is so much better than I ever figured out how to do on my own. I ended up raising my prices on all of my courses after upgrading the content in Articulate.
Software precedente: WordPress, Canva e Divi
Perché passare a Articulate 360: It has a lot better user experience, it’s a lot faster, it integrates with an the rise platform that gives you tons of templates that are super customizable for any course you could ever imagine teaching.
Best Authoring Tool Around!
Commenti: Wonderful! I love this product and have been using it for almost 5 years. Great for collaboration, building engaging content, and creating professional looking eLearning products.
Aspetti positivi:
Articulate is fairly easy to use for the basic tasks but also offers unlimited opportunity for creating custom eLearning assets.
Aspetti negativi:
Sometimes, files get “corrupted “ for no reason and you have to troubleshoot with the support team to figure out why. (Although, their support team is always super helpful and knowledgeable!)
Still the best authoring tool for elearning development
Commenti: Great
Aspetti positivi:
Articulate 360 has covered the e-learning management through stunning tools starting from rapid development to quality accurate software . It literally made the history of e-learning
Aspetti negativi:
There have been some problems on bugs management in the past ,but now the fixing process is ok
Alternative considerate: Adobe Captivate
many ways to do one thing
Commenti: Great, i use it everyday and enjoy the mix of problem solving and creativity to do one thing many different ways
Aspetti positivi:
As a package Articulate 360 does the lot. From speedy course development via Rise 360 through to creating more complex projects with that added wow factor via SL 360. In the beginning 360 asked a lot of me and the learning curve can be quite steep. Nowadays i am asking the questions and 360 typically delivers. As with most tools there are many ways of completing the same task and 360 does this well.
Aspetti negativi:
SL has seen a lack of investment from my POV whereas Rise has gone from strength to strength allowing the layman to rapidly development content. Don't make it too easy else i may be out of a job ;)
Articulate 360 best authoring tool
Commenti: Vero good
Aspetti positivi:
A complete suite with all the necessari to produce completino and interactive content
Aspetti negativi:
It is not so easy to use and the annual fee is expensive
All you need to develop quality elearning experiences
Commenti: Articulate 360 is an incredible collection of tools for the elearning developer and designer. Starting with Studio - users can quickly and easly create courses from materials already develop or start from scratch. Interactions are ready for you to import and use to get your course completed in a flash. Storyline is more robust for developers. Anything I can dream I can usually design. From simple click-continue, to robust scenario branching. The option to include various types of trigger operations and variables leaves the possibilities to create engaging interactions endless. The Content Library is there when I need it for gorgeous template designs. They are simple and clean, yet have some animations built in to catch the eye. I've used the templates available from design set and have mixed and match layouts as needed. Beyond that there are also a wide variety of characters, both photographic and illustrated, that can be included. I use less of these because of the nature of my work and that they don't really represent our staff look, but I have used a few. There is also thousands of images and icons that can be used. I accessed the icons more than images as these don't always meet my particular need as well in a health care setting. The Review feature has been a wonderful addition to my tool set. Before I was having users email me or fill out a template to edit projects. Now I just upload it to Review, send it out and users can let me know slide-by-slide what needs correcting. Reviewers can also see each other's comments so the need to filter through repetative comments cuts my editing time as well. I do wish there was an annotation feature included, but perhaps in an upcoming version this will be included. Replay I use quite often to screen capture and record. I love the option to edit the video as needed and add in titles where I need as well. Rise is not an element I have yet been able to use within my LMS set up, but I have create a few test courses and seen some amazing projects within the community. Really happy I went with Articulate 360.
Aspetti positivi:
Please see my overall review. Ease of use and familiar interface. Saves my progress Review feature has been an amazing addition. New trigger options add for so many more design interactions to be created. Great addition to the number of characters and poses available. Collection of templates ready for me to use and mix-match as needed has cut some development time.
Aspetti negativi:
See my overall review. Characters' expressions are still a little too "over the top" Characters and images don't necessarily match my work environment so I need to use sparingly. Rise doesn't work well in my IE work environment, but I believe it is more an LMS issue than anything. Looking forward to finding a way to use it though.
The best E-Leaning Authoring System by far, but with a steep learning curve and no Macro capability
Aspetti positivi:
Best Authoring Program by Far Most features Microsoft PowerPoint Style Great Exemplary Support Very Powerful Continuous addition of new features Excellent Review System Powerful Testing & Feedback Capability Integrated Audio & Video Editing Rarely ever crashes Large library of Tutorials This is a really great program for developing E-Learning and training lessons and courses. The program is loaded with capability. I have never seen a program that does so much. For example, iif you want to have an audio track, you don't need any other software to record and edit the audio. It is all built in. If you want to add a vid I have been creating and supervising e-learning courses for decades and there is none that comes even close to Articulate Storyline in power, features and capability. Storyline looks and feels very much like Microsoft Powerpoint. I think that they have an arrangement with Microsoft to use much of the PowerPoint code as processes like editing a photo is exactly the same. So using it is very easy and comfortable. Most of the commands are familiar and function just as in PowerPoint. The support is incredibly good. And you will need it because there is so much capability in Storyline that there is a huge amount to learn. Agents respond and will even create a video to show you how.
Aspetti negativi:
Some operations are very slow No Macro Capability Very steep learning curve Expensive Very limited availability to send e-mails Biggest negative is the very high price and the pricing rules. Each user has to have a license. This is a killer if you have developers, supervisors, subject matter experts, and editors. each needs a license. For a program of such power and so Microsoft like, it is surprising that you cannot customize the ribbons and worse, there is no macro capability. So repetitive tasks are burdensome. There is an incredibly steep learning curve. Expect to spend at least 12 hours on tutorials before you can do anything other than trivia. And even then, you will only know a fraction of what you can do. I have used Storyline for over 2 years and every week or so I find a new thing that I can do and have to take a few minutes to learn that. Given all the support, the high price is in a sense justified but it still is a big investment of cash and your time if you want to use StoryLine. But you do get the best. There are dozens of little things that they haven't programmed that would seem easy. Like you cannot send an e-mail to the learner in the middle or a course. Or if you want a glossary for many lessons there is no way of maintaining the glossary for all. If you add a new term, you must do so separately for each lesson The program does so much that several of the functions are really slow. Previewing and publishing are the worst.
Modern responsive tool for all your learning needs!
Commenti: It is browser based tool which makes it the most dynamic application in the market. The most striking features are the drag and drop interactivities, which makes it easy and fast to work on all your learning needs. The application is responsive and set of tools like image editing, learner navigation, video integration, compliance with any LMS and interactive templates adds the robustness of this application.
Aspetti positivi:
1) Drag and drop feature 2) Simple and intuitive style 3) Faster development speed 4) Responsiveness 5) Compliance with all the LMS 6) Easy review cycle
Aspetti negativi:
There is little scope of adding customization in rise as its the easiest of all tools whereas in storyline, you can do wonders but it takes a lot of time and effort to do that. Editable features like color and fonts are not dynamic. One thing which I felt is missing is the integration with audio when using RISE. Overall it is a great platform for all your learning needs.

Articulate 360 - One Stop Shop for E-Learning Courses
Commenti: Overall, we find that Articulate courses are the most popular thing that we sell to our clients. We needed a way to show clients that our training is not boring and that something simple and interactive can do the trick. The knowledge checks and interactivity have increased retention of training by 40% with the use of these products, externally for our clients and internally for our team when we use it for training purposes. We've also found that it keeps clients engaged throughout, as they are able to have access to it and provide feedback easily. It helps them feel like they are part of the whole thing, rather than just being shown a final product without any say.
Aspetti positivi:
What I love about Articulate is the ease of use. We use this for internal and external process and we rarely run into issues where people don't know how to use it. It's a clean and clear design which is also helpful for the type of training we create, since we are usually pairing down dense content and making it more interesting. The modern interface and features makes our products look great and makes the customer happy because they now have something that feels more exciting to their learners. The ability to add voiceover in Storyline and adding graphics/widgets in Rise are little things that go a long way in helping to make our training interactive and much more interesting for clients. The project review tab also makes it easy for our clients to go in and add feedback and for us to retain that feedback, which helps with the efficiency of the project (less calls, emails, etc).
Aspetti negativi:
I do sometimes wish we had the opportunity to add voiceover within Articulate, particularly in Rise. We'd like to be able to have a few more options for that as our clients request it frequently and we feel like we have to do a stop-gap approach of just small snippets. I also know that the widgets don't always function as they should, however, these are small glitches that usually are handled by the Articulate team quickly.

The Gold Standard for eLearning Development
Commenti: Overall I have been so pleased with Articulate360. It has all the features you need to develope stunning eLearning content.
Aspetti positivi:
Articulate 360 is actually a suite of apps, some of which are installed on your computer and others that are accessed online. Each app has a specific purpose that all contribute to your ability to create robust, interactive eLearning. The software package includes not one, but two different apps to author your courses. Storyline 360 is installed on your computer and is the go-to for more complex courses with lots of interactive. Rise360 is the online authoring tool and it is great for rapid development of simpler courses that are still interactive and visually engaging.
Aspetti negativi:
My biggest complaint about Articulate360 is how much is slows down opening and using other software on my system at the same time. This is particularly pronounced when I am using the Storyline app.

Great tool to create and manage your company's knowledge base
Commenti: I'm using Articulate to crete trainings and then to assign the to users. I do enjoy every step of the process using Articulate. Interface is user friendly and range of available tools let's you create very professional and great looking trainings which can not only present the content but amaze users with the the way trainings look. I definitely recommend this tool to everyone who is creating/managing training and knowledge base of a company.
Aspetti positivi:
Articulate 360 to me appears like a super powerful Power Point with extra features like assigning courses, and managing results. Love to work with this tool. Layout is intuitive, it gives impression that all the tools that you need at the moment are available at your finger tips. There are many pre-defined shapes, animations etc. in case that you need to create a training quickly as well as great tools to let you visualize all your ideas regarding training creation.
Aspetti negativi:
I've never missed the tool I needed working with Articulate so I'm really happy about the overall functionality and cannot really point downsides
Storyline is very user friendly and allows you to create customised courses.
Commenti: It is our preferred eLearning development software. I love it!
Aspetti positivi:
What I like most about this program is how user-friendly it is. When I first started using Storyline, I found it easy to get the hang of it and it wasn't long until I was creating courses without any assistance. I also love the icons feature that is available in Storyline 360. I use it a lot and can't imagine developing without it now. I also like that if I need support, most questions have been asked online on Storyline forums. They always provide detailed explanations of how to do certain things and other users are also helpful in sharing what they know. The fact that the program has a community of supporters leaves me feeling confident that I can figure out any problem that I have. Storyline is definitely my preferred eLearning development software.
Aspetti negativi:
There are a few program features that I would love added. I would love to be able to specify exactly how curved corners on shapes are (the yellow boxes that you drag) rather than doing it by eye. I also think updating the alt-text for accessibility should not be split by elements within an object but as an object as a whole (for example icons picking up on individual shapes rather than the icon as whole).
Articulate is a great product and very easy to use
Aspetti positivi:
Has many aspects like PowerPoint and the support is amazing. They have a site where you can get tips from other users and cases you submit are usually answered within 24 hours
Aspetti negativi:
There is a web responsive software included that makes great mobile learning, but does not have the capacity that Articulate 360 has
