Commenti: TIMIFY provides a way both I and my clients can keep track of appointments, it also gives them the flexibility to schedule appointments at their leisure. For me, I can enter appointments wherever I am, at the treatment room or on the go and know it will always be up to date.

Aspetti positivi:

Ease of setting up an account, integrating it with my website and Facebook page and not needing to give clients step by step instructions, its very intuitive.

Aspetti negativi:

Unable to change bookable times of individual days, only days per week which then carry throughout the year. For example most days I work 9.30am - 2.30pm then 6.30pm - 9pm, however when I'm with a Corporate Client work 9am - 5pm so need to amend the diary to enable their employees to book online, but doing so has allowed other clients to slip in at times I wouldn't normally be working.

Very happy with Timify

Commenti: Very pleased with their customer support. Had an issue with service provider a few months back. Even though they knew the problem was not from their end, they still tried their best to help me. A big job well-done!

Seems to be stuck in v1.0

Commenti: At some point, I will move to a more advanced online calendaring platform, but right now, i have so many meetings occuring daily, I will have to wait until I have a break in my schedule.

Like other online calendars, it's easy for me to send out a link to it and anyone can book time with me.

There are SO many: * The user cannot select the time zone * it is very hard for the external user to change their appointment * The user interface is bizarre to say the least. For instance, when you write a name in the 'Service/Title' field, you then have to move your mouse down to select it. Why not just write it in the field? When you select a time to enter an appointment, you have to select when it starts, then how long it is? Why? Have you ever used Microsoft office? I should just be able to drag across the calendar slot, and on and on... * The Timify calendar does not integrate well with Outlook or Gmail calendar. * Why can't I see more information about the booking just with a mouse over? Why can't I mouse over the appointment, then copy and paste key elements of the appointment?

It is very easy to use and intuitive. Also, unless you decide to use some of its premium features, it is totally free. Yes!! totally free, for real, and no ads. It is also very easy to use for your customers.

I think, nevertheless, that the premium features are too costy for small companies, perhaps some intermediate solution would be appreciated by some users like me. I would like to have access to only some of the premium features.

Commenti: Wenn man Probleme hat, wird einem vom Supportteam direkt und schnell geholfen bzw. eine Lösung des Problems angeboten.

Aspetti positivi:

Timify nutze ich seit vielen Jahren zur Terminorganisation und Online Buchungen in meiner Praxis. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem System und finde es sehr einfach in der Anwendung. Auch meine Patienten sind sehr begeistert, dass ich über diese System Online Buchungen anbieten kann. Ich habe es schon sehr oft weiter empfohlen. Auch meine Kollegen, die das System nutzen geben immer wieder positive Rückmeldung. Ich würde mich immer wieder für dieses System entscheiden. Ein Muss für eine moderne Praxis.

Aspetti negativi:

Ich habe bis heute keine Nachteile finden können.

Intuitiv. Schnell. Zeitgemäß.

Commenti: Intuitiv zu bedienender Terminplaner. Das merke ich daran, dass neue Mitarbeiter schnell den Umgang damit beherrschen. Bei allem was eventuell nicht ganz intuitiv ist, wird mir vom Support schnell geholfen. Die Implementierung in die eigene Webseite funktioniert super. Bisher gab es keinerlei negative Rückmeldungen von Kunden bzgl. der Bedienung des Onlinebuchungssystems.

Aspetti positivi:

Timify ist überall verfügbar über Webbrowser und mobile Apps, so dass ich meinen Terminplaner immer dabei habe. Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und konnte bisher immer einfach weiterhelfen. Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. Ideen werden auch dankend angenommen.

Aspetti negativi:

Einige Funktionen sind nicht verfügbar, die andere Online-Terminplaner integriert haben. Umgekehrt aber genauso - anderen Terminplanern fehlen Funktionen, die Timify bietet. Durch regelmäßige Infos bekomme ich mit, dass stets an Verbesserungen und neuen Funktionen gearbeitet werden.

Aspetti positivi:

Es completamente adaptable, personalizable y cómodo en su uso. Tiene muchas capacidades e incluso puedes interactuar con otras aplicaciones. Lo uso a diario para la gestión de todos mis clientes y mis consultas.

Aspetti negativi:

Que sólo puedes cobrar con Paypal y Stripe, eso supone una espera para tener en tu cuenta el dinero que has ganado cada día, me gustaría poder introducir BIZUM y TPV de mis bancos.

Commenti: I have been recently offered a new booking system and had considering it in trial mode. It was simple to use as well and good organized, +little better price in monthly payments. Still, timify had best solution for my timing slots and i now i have personal assistant as option, which i still do not use, either it is very attractive offer on market.

Aspetti negativi:

Some options on extra cost, such as, two service bookings as one. I wish an option for hidden booking window , without calendar logo, but only my own.

Kostenlos :-) - [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] schätzen online-Buchungen außerordentlich - problemlos - begleitet mich seit einigen Jahren - schätze es selbst sehr - da kein Telefonat vorab notwendig

Aspetti negativi:

Leider - durch Unpersönlichkeit der Buchung evt mehr Nichterscheinen der Pat ohne Grund und Melden - Vollversion sollte in Teilbereichen möglich sein (nicht jeder braucht alles der Vollversion) und dadurch kostengünstiger

Essayer Timify c’est l’adopter

Commenti: Timify est hébergé en Allemagne avec un service allemand de grande rigueur. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Le service client est très pro. J’ai souscrit chez différents concurrents auparavant et je ne regrette pas d’avoir changer. C’est une plateforme qui tient la route et je pense faire un long voyage avec eux

Aspetti positivi:

-possibilité d’essayer la plateforme avant de souscrire -le service d’accompagnement/après vente est au top : réactif, pro et honnête -les fonctionnalités complètes d’agenda en ligne avec possibilité de personnalisation des mails de confirmation et rappel -synchronisation avec Google agenda -possibilité d’importer sa base de données clients

Aspetti negativi:

-temps d’adaptation un peu long pour maîtriser l’outil mais on y arrive sans problème avec le service client et les articles écrits sur différentes problématiques

Très pratique et des fonctionnalités à la carte. J'ai intégré très facilement un lien de réservation vers Timify à partir de mon site web, et depuis mes patients se gèrent eux-mêmes au lieu de me téléphoner. Que de temps gagné !

Aspetti negativi:

Certaines personnes oublient de valider leur RV tout en bas de l'écran (mais c'est rare)

Wir lieben dieses System!!!

Commenti: Timify ist ein toll durchdachtes System und der Support ist spitze!!! Unser Arbeitsalltag ist seit der Einführung um so Vieles leichter geworden. Kein ständiges Telefon-Klingeln mehr, bei dem man die Arbeit unterbrechen muss. Davor gab es wöchentlich mind. 10-15 Anrufe, bei denen die Kunden einfach nur nachgefragt haben "Du, wann hab ich jetzt genau meinen nächsten Termin".... Seit der Buchungsbestätigung per Mail und VOR ALLEM der Erinnerung 2 Tage vorher gibt es viel weniger Terminausfälle.

Die Online-Buchung, die Verwaltung der Kundendaten, das E-Mail-Erinnerungsservice

Aspetti negativi:

Toll wäre, wenn die Kunden als E-Mail-Absender "Style you" - also unseren Studionamen sehen würden, da bei mehreren vereinbarten Terminen (hintereinander viele Mails an den Kunden) oft alles im Spam landet und dem Neu-Kunden selbstverständlich der Name Timify nichts sagt... Selbst wenn die Mails im Posteingang landen, werden sie oft von Kunden unabsichtlich gelöscht, da sie den Namen nicht kennen.... und paar Tage später weden wir angerufen, weil sie die Buchungsbestätigung vermissen...
