Commenti: Digify is the perfect platform for sharing confidential documents with business associates, customers, and investors. Additionally, to safely share documents, movies, and PDF presentations. Controlling important document printing, transmission, and download is very advantageous.

Aspetti positivi:

Digify specialises at performing and customising file and document sharing tasks. It allows us to limit uploaded files and tailor them for a particular reader. The best feature of Digify is how configurable it is.

Aspetti negativi:

In addition to being pricey, Digify's premium edition does not provide annual or one-time subscriptions.

Effectively its a paywall for my subscription newsletter and its easy to use

Commenti: I offer a paid-subscription service in the Australian tertiary education sector. It's crucial to the success of my business model that the information I share isn't distributed beyond the people who pay for it. Digify allows me to specify who gets access to my newsletters, how long the content is visible to them, and it provides me with a number of other optional built-in safeguards that all but eliminate the option of my information being shared beyond my subscribers.

Aspetti positivi:

Digify is highly intuitive. It allows me to quickly and easily put restrictions on the documents I want to share so that only the people I send them to have access. The couple of times I've needed customer service assistance the staff have been terrific.

Aspetti negativi:

The app doesn't yet have all the usability that is on offer when people read documents shared via Digify in their browser. I would also appreciate the ability to set hyperlinks in my documents to open automatically in a new tab.

Commenti: I am very happy with digify. Mainly, I am pleased with how easy it is to use for what I need it for.

From the user's point of view, it is very easy to navigate through the different functions offered by Digify. The look is clean, efficient, and simple.

Aspetti negativi:

Many of my clients complain that they are unable to open digify links. This happens only occassionally, but it is frustrating since I do not know if it is an issue with the client or with the link itself.

Outstanding Secure Data Sharing Platform

Commenti: We wanted to feel comfortable sharing financials, manuals, and other work product with a more secure method than password protecting alone. We looked at various products and found Digify to be the best. The Digify team worked with us on various tweaks that we requested - they are outstanding in every way.

Aspetti positivi:

We use this as as our internal bulletin board, and post company to our teams knowing that the data won't be copied, downloaded, shared, or posted online. It is secure and great.

Aspetti negativi:

None, this is a great product and while it needed minor tweaks the Digify team did those for us in real time.

Incredibly agile solution, that was easy to configure.

Commenti: The ease of setup, along with the helpful solution base provided by Digify makes it a fantastic product. The possibilities offered within the product environment structure are plentiful.

Aspetti positivi:

The Dashboard view provided the most important information in a concise, informative window. The data rooms were simple to setup. The data room/folder security allowed privacy for everyone involved, while keeping the environment easy to administer.

Aspetti negativi:

I have worked with similar competitive providers, who offer a more affordable price structure. Still, for what Digify does, it was more than worth the price for the timeframe we needed it for.

The software is very easy to use for our customers and offers exactly the required scope of services for our use case.

The only thing I can think of would be a more detailed permission assignment at document level (see all documents and download a specific document).

Aspetti negativi:

The interface is much simpler than for other more expensive products. Over time we've come to appreciate this, at is makes simpler for new partners to review content.

Ease of use with Security and confidentiality of information

Commenti: In general, I am very satisfied with having chosen Digify as the solution for a specific project and now I have extended it to other projects of the company.

It is a certified tool in ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Over the years working with the tool, my clients are satisfied and feel safe using it.

Maybe in some cases the character limitation when creating folders

Simple to setup and use

Commenti: Excellent for the most part; especially customer service very pro-active.

Aspetti positivi:

The simplicity of the functions; especially interface for the functional users. The ability to switch of the monthly billing for a period time since in our case we can't justify continuous use.

Aspetti negativi:

A somewhat lower cost would help us - especially for companies that are non-US based where IT budgets are hard to justify to management.

Worth the Money

Commenti: We have loved it. We are able to share sensitive financial information with CPAs, share proprietary information, and appreciated the opportunity to work with a Digify on-boarding specialist.

Aspetti positivi:

We send a lot of proprietary information to prospective investor clients which cannot be allowed out of our hands. With the Digify restrictions, we can limit time viewed, access, forwarding, printing, downloading, and even make it difficult to screenshot the pages. The setup was straightforward and we use the Data rooms pretty heavily.

Aspetti negativi:

The setup for each link and who gets what is a little cumbersome, but I don't know how they would improve it as--if you're using this software--you need to specify who and what has an opportunity to see/download/print your shared information. I would like to see a way to set up a rule for information being sent under a set of circumstances that can be uniformly applied to new recipients.

It would be great if you can add more data rooms at lower prices for certain packages and would like to edit the numbers of certain files

Digify document control and data room software

Commenti: We work with confidential documents and this gives us control in our emails who and how recipients can access these documents and we also create data rooms for our project closings, which provides a safe, secure storage area for documents where we can control who and how these documents are accessed, viewed and downloaded.

Aspetti positivi:

We use the software in gmail to securely send documents with options we can control, i.e. no downloading, watermarks, expiry date, etc. and build out data rooms where we can also control access and document access.

Aspetti negativi:

I think it only integrates with gmail; would be great if it also integrated with other mail clients.

Great value for money

Commenti: Very good experience for all sides involved in the M&A transaction.

Aspetti positivi:

I needed a simple and inexpensive data room for a one-time transaction. Digify provided everything I needed: simplicity, different accessibility levels, full history of user access (what and when they viewed, downloaded). It was also reasonably priced compared to competition.

Aspetti negativi:

You can download limited number of files at once which forces you to divide your download into chunks. It would useful to have ability to create shortcuts to files, I needed to keep the same file in different folders and ended up copying same file multiple times.

Easily Share Your Data in Confidential Manner

Commenti: Digify allows our teams full access to data and files, while fully protecting the data. You can use to Digify to easily prevent file recipients from downloading, forwarding, copying, posting, re-posting or sharing data with unauthorized people. The Digify team is remarkably responsive, and they regularly roll out additional new features.

Aspetti positivi:

Remarkable ease of use, with simple customizable setting even for inexperienced users. We use it in Windows, IOS and Android seamlessly.

Aspetti negativi:

None. We had a few minor tweak suggestions, and Digify implemented those right away.

Great value for a firm with limited budget allocation to online tools

Aspetti positivi:

I used to work in investment banking and private equity and used expensive VDRs like Merrill or Intralinks. I always thought it was overpriced for the limited usage we had in typical DD processes. Digify has all the right functionalities at a fraction of the price.

Aspetti negativi:

It seems like some international corporates have difficulties logging in sometimes since their security standards might be higher than what Digify offers.

A service that lends professionality to my company

Commenti: Raising a round and sending a lot of sensitive information around to people. Using a service such as Digify gives a professional image of our company to anyone we deal with.

Generally very easy and intuitive to use, clean interface, haven't encountered any bugs, a wide variety of options to control access to files.

Aspetti negativi:

I need to create a lot of data rooms and took me a 5 seconds more than it should have to figure out how to create a new data room. Personally I'd have liked that option to be visually easier to find, but this is literally the only complaint I have.
