Do not recommend
Commenti: Experience was good until I notified them for the 3rd time that I was cancelling my subscription and I needed a refund. Its been all down hill from there. I will never use their services again and would never recommend anyone use this system for their EHR.

Cheap EHR for startup practice. Not much else to say.

This company auto renewed my subscription after multiple conversations with me telling them I would not be renewing. This company sent me my encrypted patient data 2 months prior to the expiration of subscription. After notifying them again of my cancellation and need for refund, they now want me to pay $1000.00 for my patient data. This is absolutely absurd and they refuse to rectify the situation and are now holding all of my practice information and patient data hostage.

Commenti: Customer service and support have been most helpful in all areas when needed. While the system is not perfect, it has many features that work well. I can see how for a direct medical practice this system would work very well. For a chiropractic clinic such as our own, it is functional. Hopefully as PEHR grows they will build more into the system to make it more chiropractic friendly.

Billing is a multiple step process for our practice as we function just a bit differently from other practices. Molding PEHR to function for our specific practice has been the most time consuming. The team at PEHR has been responsive and helpful during this process.

Commenti: Sales man Mr. X was liar. He didn’t tell me the clear terms and conditions and cancellation policy even I asked (sales man) specifically. I asked what is the cancellation policy for monthly plans ? And he says you can give us 30 days notice prior to canceling and that’s all. And when I gave notice for cancellation , he charged me for whole 1yr fees when I gave 30 days notice after 2 months of subscription. But I asked just questions regarding cancellation policy that I will be charged for anything else if I cancel any time and then he says no it is just 30 days notice and you will download your records and give it to you.

Says representative Mr. X are liars and hide the true agreement, terms and conditions when you ask them straight questions. Says person are not truthful and deceitful to get you into the deal and then will charge you for the whole year, even if you are not happy with the software . Software details -Normal physical exam can not be populated with one click. For each prescription, you will have to calculate the milligrams and ML and total amount of dispensing ML or milligrams. Software is slightly slow, sometimes prescription does not go through, the support team customizes template for you, but you will have to teach them every micro details like you’re teaching a computer which is very frustrating.

It is very user friendly and it is relatively easy to navigate where you need to go.

The way the medication screen is set up. It does not save but one pharmacy at a time but gives a drop box like it should save all that have been entered on the patient.

It is easy to document in this system. Also easy to put copays in.

The update where you can not see all the names on the schedule at the same time. You have to hold you mouse over the time to see who is on schedule.

[sensitive content hidden] has been instrumental in helping setup and adjust template management for our clinic within Practice EHR. He is professional, courteous and friendly. He is an excellent communicator. Unfortunately, [sensitive content hidden] is the only person that has been this helpful and my clinic has had a lot of difficulty with communication outside of IT support for setup.

Some experiences over the phone with phone courtesy have been less than desirable. Answering the phone with Yes and no name or department. Periods of silence, and being told when EHR was down to "deal with it."
