Commenti: Arotron is a turnkey solution for Debt Collection and loan management. It is able to handle soft collection as well as legal cases with a very efficient way. Most advanced feature, which is a unique selling point, is the Decision Engine, which automates the Debt Management. Moreover, Arotron is tightly integrated with Exelysis Contact Center and provides seamless Call Center features within one unified, web-based environment.

Vantaggi: Arotron covers all ranges of Dept Management, is Web Based, has tight integration and embedded Call Center Engine from Exelysis, has an artificial Decision Engine and is very reliable and scalable

Inconvenienti: The complexity for the initial setup, which Debt due to high customization, should be simplified for easier cases.

"AroTron as collection recoveries tool"

Commenti: Very fast response time from the SW in general and very good accrual calculation.

Vantaggi: The system it self is web based, it operates on any modern web browser and can integrate do LDAP in order for users to use their usernames and passwords on a domain. It has the built in dialer that can operate in different modes (predictive, preview and progressive) and the usage of it is general quite simple for any end user. It has the built in financial module, called loan bookkeeping module that is its best value as it can calculate automatically accruals and handle the import of client payments. It has the possibility to integrate with third party systems, via store procedures or web services and this in generally works very well. All in all the system is very fast, reliable and once it is parametrized correctly it just works.

Inconvenienti: The cons have to do with the reporting and end of day procedures. The database it self is not in 3 or 4 NF and for that reason if any direct query is made within the production DB it can slow down the operations. The same goes for the accrual calculation during which the system can slow down. The resolution for this is quite simple, run it after working hours or create your own data warehouse where you can run the reporting operations.

"Revised review"

Commenti: The availability of the project manager and account manager on problem solving and planning is truly excellent. The resource availability is time limited

Vantaggi: Easy to use, is very customizable, web based application

Inconvenienti: It's good to have more complicated report. The database structure can be improved (table with too many columns).

"A highly customizable product"

Vantaggi: The fact that the product gives many features for customizing customer needs such as parameterization, services, etl etc.

Inconvenienti: Although the ability to build the product from scratch the way the organization needs is great, I'd like the product to provide solutions, business processes and workflows according to Legal activities management industry standards and best practices. This would boost the time to market for standard processes need to be covered in our business.
