Aspetti positivi:

È molto facile da usare, io spedisco tante e-mail ogni giorno e mi aiuta tanto con la gestione.

Aspetti negativi:

Il prezzo è un po alto , però ho comprato lo stesso.

Aspetti positivi:

La possibilità di conoscere gratuitamente non solo il successo dell'invio della propria mail, ma anche il momento e il numero di volte in cui il destinatario l'ha letta, evitano quella tipica sensazione di vuoto e di smarrimento che l'invio delle mail "al buio" provoca senza MailTrack.

Aspetti negativi:

Piccolo inconveniente quando a volte il software si disattiva da solo, probabilmente per frizione con gli aggiornamenti (o mancati aggiornamenti) di Chrome. Ulteriore, comprensibile, fastidio della versione gratuita è il dover a ogni invio cancellare manualmente dal corpo della mail la dicitura "tracked".

Uno strumento molto interessante, forse sovraprezzato

Utilizzavo quotidianamente Mailtrack qualche mesetto fa prima di cambiare direttamente client e passare a Newton che ha questa funzione integrata e devo ammettere che come software è preciso e funziona. Fa poche cose ma le fa abbondantemente bene: ti dice chi e quando ha aperto la mail inviata e, nel caso, dove ha cliccato, esattamente come ogni software di newsletter. Breve, conciso ed efficace. Buono ;)

Aspetti negativi:

Di base non ho grandi obiezioni se non che la versione premium costa troppo. Sono d'accordissimo con la logica freemium che prevede delle limitazioni giustissime ma il prezzo della versione pro è troppo elevato, la concorrenza a quel prezzo non ha un add-on ma ti vende direttamente il client con l'add-on dentro (vedi, appunto, Newton)

Best for University Students!

Commenti: It was honestly the best thing, especially during my time at the university which I know for sure will be as helpful when I am applying for a job or when I'm already on the job. I don't have to worry about emails in a way I used to worry about it before.

As someone who can get anxious especially during those classes held online, MailTrack is so helpful in communicating with your groupmates, professors, and even the university administration. It helps me track the emails, it shows me if my email was received, if it was already opened, and more so if it was ignored. I can easily know what I will do if I should send a follow-up or try to send my email again

Aspetti negativi:

I believe it would be nicer if I could install it directly on my computer it will be applied directly to my mail app on my laptop because I can only use MailTrack on my browser

Do not use

Commenti: Mailtrack cost us thousands of dollars in lost productivity and their response was "Sorry about that". They also lied to us about how long there had been an issue (we had a problem over a week ago but had not been able to trace it to them at the time).

It was great while it worked. It was lovely to see who had read emails.

Aspetti negativi:

Mailtrack had what they called a server issue. Emails sent by my organization all came back to us as unsent, but somehow they were all deleted from our "sent" box and were not in our drafts. So Mailtrack somehow deleted these emails. All had to be done and resent.

A bullet proof mail tracker, easy to use and efficient

Commenti: Me and my team have been using mailtrack for the last year and it has been really great. You get reports on who opens emails, links, how many times they get back to your emails etc. It's a great way to understand what's going on with customers, leads etc.

Aspetti positivi:

It does exactly what you want, at the right price. Extremely easy to setup

Aspetti negativi:

It doesn't work with firefox, which forces me to open chrome every time i need to track a specific email, or send a tracked email. This is really annoying, since I use Firefox as my main browser, and don't plan to switch fully to chrome. It's not free, but with the yearly payments, it's less than a coffee a week.

Simple MailTracking

I like that it does whatit is supposed to do - track email opens even if its multiple times

Aspetti negativi:

I found it to be simple and easy to use and tracks opens, but that's all it does - I slowly moved away from MailTrack and towards ActiveCampaign since it can track opens and much more.

Commenti: Overall it has made my life much much easier. I know when I need to followup on an email without having to remember myself. I know when someone has read my email.

There's a free tier. Obviously there are other things to love, like notifications about your email being read, the fact that if an email hasn't been responded to in some time it get bumped up. The fact that if other people have Mailtrack you will actually get notified who read your email. But the fact that there is a free tier is HUGE.

Aspetti negativi:

There is not much but I suppose the branding signature that is required on the free tier. There really isn't anything else they can do to incentivize you to upgrade so I don't mind it that much. Oh there does appear to be a small glitch that if your personal email and business email are combined then you will get notifications even for emails that you just sent. So for example I send an email using my company email through my personal gmail I get a notification that the email has been read, which is impossible I just sent it.

Commenti: I use this plugin in my workplace because in my daily work I need to send important emails. A lot of times I need to know a fast answer and is important to know if the people open your email and have seen your email or if the people have not opened the message.

You can use it in your email to know who has read your email. It is easy and fast to install (plugin). In important emails, you need to know if the other person has read the message, and is very helpful because you receive a message to confirm that person open your email. This message comes to you immediately, just when the person opens your email.

Aspetti negativi:

The principal con is when you send an email to more than one person. When someone opens the email, you receive the message, but you don't know who exactly opens the email. In my opinion, would be more useful if you receive a message like this "X email address has opened your email" because you would know who opened your message.

I use this everyday and for a sales person depend on it's accuracy to plan out my day to day

It provides insights on the activity of the recipient on my email such as the time the email was read and the number of times it has been read which helps in proper follow up. And the best part is that the features are provided free of cost upto some extent

The hyperlinked "sent my mailtrack" icon at the end is something that annoys the reader. Also, the tracking is not accurate as even I get notification sometimes when opening the email that I had sent to some other recipient

Mailtrack provides very reliable email tracking! It sends you a notification when your email has been read and it keeps track of how many times the email is being opened and read. It also notifies you if the email hasn't been read in 24hrs, 48 hrs, or 72 hrs. It is relieving to know that the email you sent has been read so mailtrack is very useful in that sense. Mailtrack works very well with google and is relatively easy to install. All I need to do is choose the extension, download it and apply it. Relatively easy to learn the features and to use it. The free version lacks some features but since it is free, the quality and service is very very good!

Aspetti negativi:

The free version of Mailtrack includes a watermark so the person reading the email would know that the email is being tracked. I would prefer if Mailtrack doesn't so directly tell the reader that the email is being tracked. There can be occasional glitches where the email tracking isn't very accurate but this has rarely happened and doesn't affect my overall opinion of Mailtrack - its great!!!!

best way to track email opens

whenever i send an important email i use mailtrack so i can be notified when it’s opened, it’s been really useful because if my email is never opened it’s a green light for a follow up and without mailtrack this wouldn’t be possible.

They are great but they need to consider integration with other email platforms like zoho for example.

Great way to know when clients have seen my emails

Aspetti positivi:

I used to wonder if a client had received my email or not. But now I don't have to wonder. MailTrack sends me a notification when the email has been read. This can help make sure I am giving a client adequate time to read and respond and yet also follow-up with them as needed (for those that might get side-tracked and forget to respond).

Aspetti negativi:

It can't tell who opened an email when you send to more than one person. It would be nice if it would.
