Scheduling very simple ; works well and basically sets itself up. Haven't tried uploading my own form(s) yet, hoping this will be easy.

At this point the program is not able to fax or send a note to a physician directly from the template: have to download to my computer and send as an attachment. Noterro hopes to add this at some point but not in the works yet.

Commenti: Overall it’s been a good experience. I run a very busy clinic and getting the documentation done between clients quickly is essential for me, and this software allows me to do that.

How easy it is to use. The format for what you can use this software for covers a wide range. Once you choose your format and set everything up, it can streamline your practice making your documentation process easier and faster.

Aspetti negativi:

Software glitches, usually after updates. I have had to contact the Noterro staff a few times after an update to communicate the difficulty I’m having but it’s always resolved.

Commenti: Noterro has been my go-to tool for managing my business. It has all of the features that I need and the support team is very responsive.

Noterro has great value for the price; they have all of the features that I need and their support is excellent.

Aspetti negativi:

There isn't much to dislike - they are always improving their product. One thing I'd like to see improved: in Notifications, I'm able to mark all as read, but I have to individually delete each one. It would be nice to mark all as deleted.

Commenti: I am solving all my online booking, paperless forms, agreements with covid, credit card required for appointments and appointment reminders.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that it allows me to schedule massage clients, sends them a reminder in the form of SMS and email. I also use the storage feature for storing client forms that I need a written signature. I like all the new calendar feature like having a receptionist have access to my schedule. That is my favorite.

Aspetti negativi:

I do not like that I can't schedule people at the same time like a couples massage class without adding another therapist. The least thing I like is that I'm unable to track packages if I sell those.

Trifecta: Efficient, Affordable, Reliable

Commenti: I was looking for a quality and affordable booking software with SOAP note integration. I started with SOAPVault in 2017 and have never left! Now under Noterro, the updates further streamline the user experience. Noterro is a solid building block to my growing practice. My clients regularly comment on how great it is, and I would not be as happy as a sole practitioner without the peace of mind that Noterro provides. Noterro is an investment, not an expense.

Aspetti positivi:

Reliability: Noterro keeps my practice up and running! Clients can book online or in office, intake form online, reminders sent, invoices paid. I need a glitch-free experience that is affordable and reliable and Noterro surpasses every expectation, every time!

Aspetti negativi:

The only things I find lacking are color coding options and the ability to integrate an annual Holiday calendar.

Commenti: We had an extensive client list and appointment/financial/document history to transfer over and import into Noterro from a convoluted and difficult to manage booking/charting system. The tech. department helped and worked with us through every stage as part of their integration at no extra cost to us. They made us feel welcome and taken care of ensuring all of our concerns were met and solved.
They are always developing and growing and has a supreme value for the low price.

We love how customizable and functional this software is. Even better is how great the customer service department is at answering or fixing any concerns but more than that they are always developing new and easier to use functions! They really listen to their customers and help develop this software into something truly catered to your needs.

Some developments just haven't happened yet but are on the way. :)

Commenti: Amazing. I love this software. I've used the other leading software, and there's not even a close second.

I love this software, and I've tried most of them. I spent close to 20 hours deciding before choosing Noterro. It's easy to use for scheduling, SOAP notes, client self-booking, and billing. Even better is that the developer always responds fast. I once reported a bug and they fixed it within hours. I've never known a dev to fix something that fast.

Aspetti negativi:

I use it for my personal training business as well; having subscriptions and tracking for remaining sessions/classes of clients would be nice. I wish I could collect credit card information using Square, but they've said it's in the works.

Commenti: As a small business noterro has been game changer, I recommend it to all my friends in the business.

I love how user friendly it is, while having everything I need. I’ve used other apps that have been much more expensive that don’t compare to how great Noterro is! Even when I have questions or requests, the support has been really helpful and reassuring that anything I have questions about is already in the works for the future.

Aspetti negativi:

I’d love to have a feature where we can limit certain days for specific treatments. Additionally, being able to integrate noterro to link when payments are taken from my stationary square machine. One silly other thing is having a more aesthetic homepage!

Commenti: My overall experience with Noterro has been positive. Customer service is very quick to respond and very helpful. Although it is missing some features that I would have liked, they seem to be adding new features often.

I originally chose Noterro because it was much more affordable than the previous program that I used. Although it is missing some features that I would have liked such as patient chat and customizable SOAP notes, it was worth it for the cost savings. It was easy to set up and is feature-rich for the price!

Aspetti negativi:

My biggest gripe with Noterro is that, in my opinion, the dashboard is useless. It has a section to show open membership invoices, but not for open regular invoices. It shows which forms have been yet to be filled out but once the patient completes a form, it disappears from the dashboard completely so unless you have email notifications on, you don't know what forms need to be reviewed.

Commenti: Ultimately Noterro has changed my business and quite literally my life. I used to spend so much time taking phone calls from clients because they "couldn't get online booking to work" through my previous systems. Noterro does NOT have those issues and my clients never complain now about not being able to get features to work. I love Noterro and hope to be using for years. I also really like that they listen to your feedback and really want to take your advice to improve their system.

Aspetti positivi:

#1 best feature is their online booking. I've had other systems before and Noterro is by far the one that makes my clients the happiest. they can easily manage appointments online without hassle and I could link noterro to my website for seamless online booking. clients love that the intake forms are easy and they WORK and don't glitch out, and clients love that they can manage appointments online through their account easily. Also online accounts are a breeze for clients to create. Previous systems through other providers have been clunky and glitchy - Noterro is very smooth and seamless for clients. I also like that it's super easy to change things (prices, services offered, descriptions, online availability, scheduling, etc). The SOAP Notes are great too because they are easy to use and Noterro is great to use mobily. I've used some systems that you can do everything EXCEPT soaps on your phone which is a hassle during a busy day seeing clients.

Aspetti negativi:

So far I have only discovered 3 things I dislike about Noterro and they are minimal. Overall I REALLY love noterro and highly recommend. 1 - clients cant buy gift certificates (either online or in person). you might have a work-around for this by creating it as a service and checking out that way, or go to your check out system and check out that dollar amount. But it would be nice for clients to be able to by gift certificates online. 2 - When requesting time off, you have to go in to the calendar and make the change for each day individually instead of just selecting a time range and doing it all for one large block. Again, this is a pretty minimal thing - just takes a little extra time but could be improved at some point. 3 - I would like to have more appt reminders for clients. right now you have the option for 1 email and 1 text to go to clients and there are different reminder times you can set for depending on when you want those to go out. I personally want clients to get 2 emails and 2 texts (one of each 48 hours in advance and one of each on the day of the appointment because people tend to forget appointments).

Commenti: I love the software, the new app, and that tech support is easy to access.

I really appreciate the upload option for treatment charts. It helped to keep files in one spot when switching the clinic from paper to electronic charts. Transferring over from our previous online scheduling software was very easy.

Aspetti negativi:

A 'resource' feature would be convenient. Example: hot stone equipment can't be booked by two practitioners at the same time.I would love to be able to customize appointment block colors with a hex code.

I personally just wish there was an option for clients to purchase packages online without having to schedule an appointment. I also wish the app was able to integrate with some other software I use such as physitrack or trainerize, but this is just me being needy and wanting everything in one spot, it really isn't that necessary.

Commenti: I'm happy with it and will continue using it as long as it's available.

We have used this since we opened in 2018. I'm always impressed by the features that get added on, the fast resolution whenever we have an issue, and the ease with reaching tech support. Our clients love the reminders, and learning to use it is very quick and efficient for everyone on my team.

I wish it had integrated bookkeeping software so I could have everything in one system. Currently we use Quickbooks for our accounting and it does take a lot of time doing the data entry from our reports in Noterro.

Noterro is easy to use, quick to set up, and overall not nearly as confusing as other similar products i've used in the past. They are very quick to reply when you need help or find an error. The services consistently work, and are fixed quickly when its not working. They are always working on ways to improve the software and the user experience from all sides.

Aspetti negativi:

I would like more indepth scheduling options, like being able to create "add ons" to treatments when a client is booking online. Sometimes it can be hard to find a setting if you're not accustom to the program

I’ve been using Noterra for more than 2 years for my massage business. Noterra is intuitive, easy to learn and saves me hours of time and administration. Prior to using Noterra my monthly sales reports, reminding clients about their appointments and booking clients took a lot of my time. Now it’s all done at a click of a button. My clients think I’m tech savvy and always comment on how they love the accessibility of the online booking and the reminder texts and emails they receive. Also the customer service is out of this world awesome-anytime I’ve had an issue the team at Noterra has been there to help me. To top it off they are constantly adding improvements. I’m loving learning and growing with them and am always grateful for how easy this program makes it for me excel at operating my business.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is that I would like clients to be able to add themselves to a waitlist. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the team at Noterra is already planning this for a future upgrade though.
