Aspetti positivi:

The cost compared to all other solutions ade this a no-brainer. The fact that all enterprise level tools were made available at teh cost of most other CRMs was perfect.

Aspetti negativi:

The configuration of the HR portal was a little more complicated but not mission critical for us.

Commenti: Rolled it out to 200+ users from marketing to sales, operations, IT and a lot more. Happy users are the biggest reward for all those in IT - we achieved it!

Aspetti positivi:

Amazing range of apps, functions, integration possibilities at top cost/benefit ratio. We use CRM, Projects, Sign, Vault, Assist and others. For any SME the true operating platform with adequate customization options. For large enterprise some of the products are adequate and also provide top in cost/benefit ratio, e.g. CRM. Support is quick and most often helpful. Other highlights include integration between apps, analytics capabilities, AI integration from OpenAI and the like.

Aspetti negativi:

Some non-core apps are not fully mature in their functionality. A few apps also are copy-but-do-not-improve from other well known brands. This is a missed opportunity. In general, the UX is up-to-date but only in the top products reach top-notch UX. Compared to other app environments I hope the UX will be more tailored to the specific need of the users of those apps (versus trying to apply one UX concept accross all apps). The range of features is great, nothing to complain there!

CONTACTING ACCOUNTS IS NARLY IMPOSSABLE

Commenti: It has been horrible, it goes down we have lost weeks at a time trying to fix problems, lots of promises, little results!

1) Constantly getting access to new and/or updated tools 2) One price point for full access to all the apps 3) Very easy to navigate from the One.Zoho.com website.

1) Switching between products isn't always straightforward 2) Product integration could be improved 3) Generally speaking, while there is room for improvement, this is a really well rounded product.

Packed with apps and possibilities

Commenti: Overwhelming. For a single user like me, it is difficult to get the most out of it without spending a whole month setting it up calmly, very calmly. You should have a 6 month trial just to configure it and then be able to use it calmly.

Zoho One is one of those products that can be overwhelming the first time you see it. Packed with apps and possibilities. You have apps to perform almost any task within a company. EVERYTHING. If you're going to use it or three of the apps it has, you'll get your money's worth.

Aspetti negativi:

Integration between apps, while possible, is not as automatic as one would expect as they are all from the same developer. It takes time and effort to set everything up and there are some really complex tasks. The price for a single user like me is excessive. For large companies it is multiplied by the number of users, but their large number of apps can justify it.

Products integrate well but in some cases too well. Easily accessable from mobile or laptop.

Aspetti negativi:

Customer service is terrible. I cancelled the support because I wasnt going to pay for something I wasnt getting. If yu have an issue, you are best trying to sort it out yourself as the people who are (not) there to assist you, have no clue whatsoever. There is a chat on the app, but when you use it, you get the reply that they are unable to assist and that you should send an email to . . . .Only buy this if you are prepared to handle the issues yourself.Service should take 3 hours, but getting a "non" reply in a week would be good. e.g. "I cannot log in", a week later - [sensitive content hidden]

Commenti: My experience with Zoho is mixed. Some of the apps work well: Zoho meetings, electronic signatures, CRM come to mind. Other apps not so much: Zoho Books, Projects, Timesheets, Inventory. Zoho tech support staff are sincere and try to help, but calls can be long and left without resolution. Promises to find out the solutions & get back are typically forgotten.

Zoho One tries to offer a lot all for one price--too much perhaps. With 40+ applications all integrated you can do a lot. Keep track of your customers, electronically keep track of their signed documents, conduct meetings with them and share your screen... on and on.

Aspetti negativi:

Zoho One has glaring shortcomings. You will get frustrated if you rely on the software's promises. For example, it's an accounting software, with inventory tracking and project management, but you can't keep account of the inventory items you use to complete a project. If you want to know how much a project cost the company, incredibly you can't count the cost of the inventory items you used in the project. You have to recreate everything in Excel to know that. Or if a vendor worked on two projects, I am still trying to figure out how to pay them with one payment, and split the amount to each project in Zoho.I have to pay them with two different transactions. The question stumps the support techs, who usually seem like this is the first time someone has asked them that question. The tech support people are often figuring out the software with you. It is not uncommon to spend an hour or more on a support call and not having your issue resolved. (BTW, I do not recommend paying extra for premium or onboarding support. A significant number of appointments are missed or start late. Technicians often don't know the answers and put you on long holds.)

Commenti: great. I am switching from Quickbooks and another CRM, calendly, later, and possibly google workspace to use just this software.

I love that it rolled multiple software needs into one. This allowed me to consolidate my software monthly subscription fees, and reduced redundant data entry/reentry

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like that it takes a long time to set up. But this is key to flexibility. Realistically, I wish the Booking feature was less clunky and more useful like calendly.

Zoho One - Jack of all trades and master of none

Commenti: I was looking for an inventory management system and a CRM system that would integrate with our website. When looking for a solution I attended a presentation from 'zoho partner' Cloud Perfect who sold Zoho One to us as an all in one solution of all app needs for a small business. Cloud Perfect were inexperienced in deploying the product and caused all kinds of problems and costly time wasting to our business leaving a legacy or a poor set up that ultimately gave us a very poor experience of what Zoho could do.

The CRM options for managing sales agents and leads.

Aspetti negativi:

To many applications that did not seem to talk to each other well which defeats the object of having an all encompassing system. Features can be really complicated to set up and support can be very frustrating making it difficult to get a straight answer to a simple question. Zoho partner Cloud Perfect let us down badly in the set up and advice on the product and then after reporting these problems to Zoho, Zoho chose to take no responsibility for the poor actions of their recommended 'partners'

40 products in one!

Commenti: I was impressed. It was very easy to setup compared to the competitors, had excellent training videos and manuals, plus excellent customer support (but only 5 days a week 24 hours a day, not 7 days). I would call the software second best in almost all categories, but when you add in how they all integrate together, this is awesome software. I think the software it best compares to is SalesForce, which I haven't ever used due to the price.

It seems they have everything in one, and all integrated. When I was looking for each piece, their name kept popping up as in the top choices for each product... especially social media.

Aspetti negativi:

Reporting for accounting was not up to what I am used to. They have a lot of reports, but they aren't very customizable. You basically get what they provide, which is still a lot! I also kept running into a few bugs. And many people have feature suggestions. So it seems like their low price is reflective of this.

Good Value and It Simplfies My Work

Commenti: I wanted an integrated system which Zoho One provides.

Aspetti positivi:

I get more "bang for my buck" by using Zoho One than if I subscribed individually to the various Zoho Apps that I use. It is also useful to go to one dashboard for these apps, which I can arrange in a way that suits me, to manage the apps.

Nothing that I can think of at this time.

Commenti: I would say keep it up Zoho. I believe their mission to be a one stop SAAS is perfectly achieveable and the world would be a bleaker place without them. As for me, after 1 or 2 months of trying to offload everything onto Zoho One, I end up subscribing only to Zoho Books, which ironically, was the reason why I came across Zoho in the first place.

Value, you get a lot for what you pay for. Responsive customer support. You could run a entire business or even a franchise on Zoho One. One stop service, single log ins. If you are less demanding, this suite would suit you. If not, read on...Initially, I paid A35 per month, then it became apparent that I somehow escaped the 5 employee requirement.

Aspetti negativi:

Zoho One promised integration amongst all their apps and data would flow seamlessly from one app to another. Not true, and it was painful to constantly contact Zoho support regarding setup issues. Eventually, you figure it out. A lot of the apps need polish esp the iOS apps, which couldn't be split screen. I came to this conclusion: I might as well stick to using disparate apps, and run Toby on them for single screen access. Or use Zapier or MS Flow to connect them.

All solutions provided by Zoho One are linked to each other, making your data and business flow all connected, without the need of any complex integration. Even a marketer can customize and setup all tools without help from IT team.

Local or remote support on your timezone sometimes is a problem if you have to solve something quickly.

Commenti: The integration options with Zoho allows you to integrate with other zoho apps and other apps from outside zoho.

Aspetti positivi:

Being able to use most of Zoho's Apps for one low cost per employee is great. everyone will have access to all of the apps, as long as the admin assigns them access.

Aspetti negativi:

Tech Support, since each app within ZOHO is a different Team, each team has their own tech support, so when you have a problem with integration issue between 2 modules, each team blames the other and theirs no consolidated support that get to the bottom of the issue.

So Many Options

Aspetti positivi:

Everything integrates with each other. This subscription includes all of their software (that can be purchased on their own), and it all just works well together. The ability to connect your domains to it to personalize some of the applications is fantastic. My favorite apps in it so far are Books, Desk, Contact Manager, and Subscriptions.

Aspetti negativi:

It's really hard to get a hold of someone for onboarding- I haven't been able to schedule something and keep "missing" their calls. For a company that has a meeting scheduling software it's a little funny we haven't used it to book something! Luckily I can do most of the onboarding myself and am just creating my list of questions for when I do get someone.

Aspetti positivi:

I love how Zoho One brings great apps (currently 40+) together by SSO, centralized user management, easy integrations, elegant reporting, by costing nothing like other big names, at the same time doing a far more better job. Definitely lives up to the title operating system for business.

I would love to see more applications added to Zoho One.

Great promise. Big hassle.

Aspetti positivi:

It's got everything that I want -- if it would only work. I had such high hopes. And I love what it's supposed to be capable of. After a year, it's bugs every day. Ugh.

Aspetti negativi:

I'm constantly battling bugs. The CRM works. We've had weeks and weeks of the accounting not syncing with our bank Support has been wrong, dismissive, unhelpful, and poor communicators. That's been true of MANY BUGS in non-CRM apps. Bugs. Poor support.
