> **Inconvenienti**: Communication is lacking from BSI and our we feel our needs were never met when we did schedule time for updates.  There was a lot of back and forth and it took to long to get the process complete.   We are finally ready to go live after 2 years of getting our systems ready.

> **Inconvenienti**: If there is a glitch that breaks communication with my ERP it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot on my own.  Getting a timely response from Customer Support has been a constant ongoing problem for me.

> I do not have to manually track sales tax law changes in multiple states.
