Nitro Pro: un valido aiuto in ufficio!

Commenti: Esperienza positiva: mi ha risolto diversi problemi da quando Adobe Acrobat è cambiato. Mi sento di consigliarne l'utilizzo.

Aspetti positivi:

Nitro è un programma che con la sua licenza una tantum offre molte soluzioni di lavoro su documenti pdf ed ottimi risultati di editing, nonché un'alta risoluzione e una velocità di esecuzione.

Aspetti negativi:

Mi sono capitati alcuni episodi (sporadici) di inceppamento del programma. Consiglierei di migliorare la grafica.

Qualche problema nel caricamento di alcuni file , e per altri adpetti del software necessita di abbonamento

Ottimo editor, intuitivo e veloce

Commenti: Semplice e intuitivo, ottimo per operazioni semplici (es. unire/dividere pdf) ma anche per pù complesse come l'impaginazione, con risultati professionali.

Software estremamente versatile, permette di gestire tutte le potenzialità dei file pdf. La qualità e la precisione delle funzioni di editing lo distinguono dai suoi competitor, permette di operare sull'impaginazione e modificare testi e immagini controllando allinamento e coerenza con risultati eccellenti, sia per prodotti di piccola che di grande risoluzione. Molto buona anche la qualità del lettore ocr.

Aspetti negativi:

A volte durante il caricamento di file di grandi dimensioni possono verificarsi rallentamenti.

Commenti: La mia esperenzia è assolutamente positiva.. è un programma che non puo mancare tra quelli che uso giornalmente anche per risparmiare carta e uso della stampante

posso modificare aggiungere immagini direttamente sul pdf, senza doverlo prima convertire, conversione che nella magior parte dei casi non funziona bene

quando il pdf è uno scanner di un foglio è di difficle modifica

Software gratuito di buona qualità

Aspetti positivi:

Software veloce e di semplice utilizzo con molte più funzionalità gratuite, rispetto al suo competitor Acrobat Reader. Ho provato solo la versione gratuita e mi ha pienamente soddisfatto nel suo insieme.

Aspetti negativi:

Al momento non ho lamentele da segnalare, anche perchè la versione gratuita è più che sufficiente per le mie necessità

Excellent editing and document management software

Aspetti positivi:

I really like Nitro for its ease of use and its interface, which means that when creating documents for our clients we do it professionally and in a short time, it really helps us a lot, especially in saving time and money , as it offers many features that make it easy to use.

Aspetti negativi:

I really liked everything that Nitro offers, so far I am happy using this software and in the company we all think the same

Nitro User Ambivalent

Commenti: I often have multiple open documents for reference. These documents will be open for weeks, or even months at a time (e.g. legislation/regulations, etc.) and it makes it easy to switch active documents and keep them all open for reference. When it crashes, or if the computer is rebooted (often due to an update), most of the time the documents auto-recover - but not always (making it difficult to get back to where I was).

Simple to keep multiple tabs open, great for frequently referred to documents. Easy to highlight and annotate, and search (when optimized)

Aspetti negativi:

Often crashes and doesn't always retain the open documents. Fomat conversion not always accurate or complete.

Just pay for DocuSign

Commenti: Overall not a pleasant experience unfortunately. We really wanted to support a smaller business as opposed to docusign or adobe but it was too difficult to use

It was much much cheaper than docusign which is what we originally had for obtaining digital signatures and managing these documents.

Aspetti negativi:

It was extremely unintuitive to use and had a very poor UI. Eventually found ourselves being too frustrated with the UX and ended up paying the full money for docusign.

Helpfull tool

Nitro is the best option for a free PDF program that I have found outside of Adobe. There are so many features that are included already that this easily outdoes any other free program that's currently available right now.

I would like more color options when it comes to the interface itself.

Great PDF Reader

Nitro Pro For Document Editting

Commenti: I use Nitro Pro daily. Is handy for entering information easily prior to saving as a pdf.

Nitro Pro is great for entering information/deleting information/amending information

Nitro Pro's fields on certain documents are too small for what has to be entered.

useful pdf tool

Commenti: It eliminates hours of work where previously a pdf document was much more difficult to edit or work on, now everything is simpler

This tool is all I need to be able to better manage my pdf files, being able to edit, convert and merge them very quickly. Its price is quite cheap and it has many very useful resources. It is easy to use and you can start using it without having to undergo long training because its use is practically automatic

Since I have used Nitro Pro I have not had any kind of problem, everything has worked correctly

Impossible to install

Reliable PDF Tool

Commenti: I am really not happy about the price (Total\Annual)-the full package of features maybe-but it flies away from regular users. Reconsidering compatibility with most Windows resources.

While using the software I found a number of features more than other PDF tools, allowing me to upload images in different formats, merge data to other formats found easy like Excel, and convert to PDF files in not easier before in other software. Nitro is a great tool with an all-in-one package. OCR Scanner is an advantage. Easy to combine, split or edit any PDF Files.

Aspetti negativi:

When handling a big file size or after using the software for a time shows a bug hanging and crashes the durability of the software in the pro version. To have a mobile App with complete features would be nice. The UI needs to be redesigned to be more flexible with a large document view (check Zooming).

Nitro Exceeds Expectations

Commenti: As a new user, my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I am no longer intimidated. Kudos for making a product that enhances productivity and security at the same time. Nitro makes document management so much easier.

What I like most about Nitro is that it has features that make document management easier. I was used to a limited use program and Nitro provided greater opportunity to explore how PDF can be used. I especially like having the ability to create, combine and revise documents with ease. Makes organizing a breeze.

Aspetti negativi:

I am a new user to Nitro Pro but I would like to see the ability to convert PDF documents to Word quicker. At first I was intimidated to utilize the features because there were so many but once I began to utilize the features, I found the possibilities to be endless.

Nitro PDF - Cost effective alternative to "BIG" PDF

Commenti: Nitro PDF allowed us to equip entire departments that, in the past, would only purchase one or two subscription licenses from the other guys to manage costs.

Aspetti positivi:

Cost effectiveness was key. I have some users that had a pretty minimal requirements i.e. add/remove pages. but the other guys cost so much money to get just a basic level of function. Nitro presented a cost effective license for PDF editing.

Aspetti negativi:

The user interface was more clicks than would have been ideal. There are some functions such as page rotation that required additional clicks to rotate the entire document with no option to set that feature as the default setting. Training videos and help menu were very useful but typical users failed to investigate these without prompting from IT but when they did most issues were resolved quickly.

Couldn't work without Nitro

Aspetti positivi:

Nitro is brilliant software and is in my experience considerably better than any of its competitors. The functionality and ease of use is really good and in many ways is a one stop shop for document needs. From editing PDFs, OCR documents, electronically signing and converting to another document form from PDF, Nitro is able to do this with ease.

Aspetti negativi:

Slightly more expensive than other comparative software providers

Highlighting and Text formatting/editing needs to improve to Adobe's Standards

I like how easy it is to search through pages and add pages to a document. Also searching text through a document .

Aspetti negativi:

I wish the signature function was more clear and bold when inserting it as an image. The digital signature i never was able to figure out easily and have it work for me so that is why I use the 'Insert Image' functionality tool. I also really wish the highlighting tool was better in a sense to where I could highlight the free text box that I create. It really will only let me highlight text that already exists on the document that I am able to 'Edit'. Also, if a document has a line-by-line format I wish the selection box went line by line but it formats the edit box to 4 lines or so, so sometimes I have to cut one line of a text and add a text box with that text wherever I am wanting it to go. Kind of annoying.

If you have an infinte life span then this is the product for you

Nitro PDF

Aspetti positivi:

I have used this product for close to ten years and enjoy the all-around functionality it brings to managing my documents. The ability to convert a PDF to various formats is helpful, and in almost all instances there is little if any corruption of the original document format. The ability to edit the PDF in the program is also easy to use and helpful.

Aspetti negativi:

After using the program for so long, I have little to say in regard to any cons.

Good Alternative to Adobe

Commenti: It's a good alternative to adobe especially for pdf viewing many documents at once.

Aspetti positivi:

The tab features make your taskbar a lot less cluttered.

Aspetti negativi:

It takes some getting used to, and other users who are used to adobe products will not appreciate the minor incompatibilities that crop up very rarely.

They don't care about past customers

Commenti: I was a loyal customer and user of PDF Pen Pro and paid for an upgrade to their version 12. They were acquired by Nitro and even though I provided proof that I paid for an upgrade which included Nitro, they refused to let me upgrade to Nitro without paying for it even though the receipt from Smile (the former owner of PDF Pen Pro) said that I qualified for the free upgrade to Nitro.

Nothing, it was difficult to migrate from another PDF program that Nitro acquired.

Everything, especially customer service.
