Strumento multivenditore ottimo

Commenti: Ormai è un anno che ci lavoro sopra. Ho dovuto imparare e capire, ma poi ora ho un multi venditore decisamente apprezzabile. Inoltre usando woocomerce come base, salvo delle specifiche interazioni, si può utilizzare molti plugin woo senza grandi problemi.
Solo quelli che interagiscono con i venditori devono essere compatibili. Devo dire che ad ogni aggiornamento si vedono un sacco di correzioni ai bug e ho anche visto 2 o 3 moduli nuovi. Programmando, so quanti bug possono spuntare, quindi queste continue correzioni mi fanno presupporre che hanno un team attivo e lavoratore dietro le spalle. Non posso confrontarlo con altri plugin, ma nel complesso continuo a trovarmi bene.

Aspetti positivi:

Con i templare è veramente possibile personalizzare molto il proprio sito. All'inizio non è stato facile capire la struttura, ma alla fine è fluida e ora la rivolto facilmente. Alla fine la struttura che offre è buona, non è possibile valutare il meglio, ma confermo che mi trovo bene. Devo dire fanno un sacco di sconti ogni tot mesi.. quindi se si decide di utilizzare gli sconti, il prezzo è quasi dimezzato. questo è buono!

Aspetti negativi:

Le guide ci sono, ma sulla programmazione son veramente poche. In compenso in rete si trovano guide abbastanza adeguate. Fate solo attenzione al rinnovo automatico dell'abbonamento: è predisposto in automatico. Se volete che faccia tutto lui tenetelo pure, se invece volete valutare volta per volta è meglio annullare il rinnovo abbonamento. Togliendo l'abbonamento non si annulla l'ordine. solo l'anno dopo non pesca i soldi in automatico.

The Best Multi-Vendor and Multi-Store Wordpress Plugin in the World

Commenti: I researched all the multi-vendor and multi-store marketplace plugins and after several months of testing, I chose Dokan because it is the most complete, easy and economical of all. I recommend it!

Argentina for over 25 years and I must say that after researching and testing all the multi-vendor WordPress plugins, I found the best and most complete of all. Multi-vendors, Multi-stores, Control Panel, Shipping Methods, Payment Methods, Unlimited Publications, Publication Editing, Statistics, Reviews, Delivery Calendar, Seller Verification, Confirmation of Product Receipt, Login with Social Networks, SEO for Web Positioning, Duplicate Publications in 1 Second and many more options that will be very useful for your business. I highly recommend it!!!!

Aspetti negativi:

I tried all the plugins on the marketplace and Dokan is the best. The only thing missing was including a button for the buyer to confirm that they received the product correctly. I suggested this to technical support and they included it in less than 20 days. So now it is super complete.

Dokan, seems simple, incomplete product suitesuite

Commenti: The solution at first seems like a well rounded product, but lacks completion. As a chief product officer by trade, there are many incomplete elements to the WeDevs product suite.

Aspetti positivi:

The product will serve 80% of your use case but finer requirements will lead to a team that run off a script, which essentialy leads to the products overall downfall.

Aspetti negativi:

The product is simplistic in design and implementation, with very little room for getting you to the final product. We bought the entire suite, dokan mobile app, dokan cloud (unnecessary product) wepos (bad product), delivery app and in the inplementation team through the support use the same script relating to supposed errors (splash screen design, wp login etc). Very slow in implentation. Subscription cancelations run into 404 error pages (by design), to ensure that your request to unsubscribe isnt finalized. You have to do this multiple time ans may get it right. They also do no give refunds on autorenewals.

Top Class Software and Support

I have been using Dokan Multivendor for over 3 years. A very good software that meets all our requirements. Easy to configure and works just well. Support is stunning. I have always been getting excellent support, however I must mention about the support I got in the recent past. Our license expired due an expired card issue. The auto renewal did not work despite processing payment. Catherine understood the criticality of the issue, went out of her way, to escalate internally and got it fixed. It really helped to bring the business BAU during our key festival season. THANK YOU.

I can't think of any. We had some additional requirements, that we were able to get it configured with little efforts

Excellent Multivendor app

Commenti: Very professional organization, kind in responses and good all in one solution. The app is very basic, no extra features, but very straight forward and works good.

Aspetti positivi:

It's well tested by the developers before selling. Good support, sometimes after a few days, but all questions are always answered. Even small customizations are done from their end.

Aspetti negativi:

Perhaps the admin for vendors could be simplified like other mutivendor solutions, since vendors are not that technical. However it does have a lot of options which you can't find in other solutions.

Worst customer service for the price you pay! Better of with WCFM

Commenti: Crappy. No support which leads me to spend even more money hiring developers to figure out my issues.

Lots of add-ons and vast control over what you and your vendors can do.

Aspetti negativi:

The price point is one. You can get a lot more for your money with WCFM and way better customer support. Dokan has little to NO SUPPORT in the time frame most e-commerce sites need. You pay $250 for the ability to pay vendors and it can't even do that correctly now that PayPal Adaptive pay is depreciated. Changing MultiVendor Plugins immediately as of this week and not looking back. If you want to run an e-commerce multivendor site and need some type of support? Look elsewhere and stay FAR away from Dokan. It's a great plugging if you're a developer, for everyone else it leaves you in the dark with half worded documents and very hard to understand integration.

FAILURE TO HONOR ADVERTISED PRICING

Wordpress plugin works good. Provides good functionality with some small technical issues.

Aspetti negativi:

Claim their discounted pricing is "automated" but when looking at the discount within the timeframe they refuse to honor the advertised discount. Technical issues take way too long to resolve due to either number of issues and lack of staff or often times team "retreats" or office closures.

It requires improvements in terms of integration with other plugins dedicated to Woocommerce and more attention with the CSS code. It would not hurt to add other roles in addition to the seller.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Commenti: My vendors are unable to upload items to my market place, a crucial element to a marketplace businesses.I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a response from Dokan, they have moved me to 2 separate platforms creating 3 separate tickets, of which have asked me to provide the same information 3 separate times. I literally renewed the Dokan pro license last month and am counting down the days so i can use somebody else. This is a shocking way to treat a customer who’s businesses is now on hold.

We love the nice and clean User Interface. More so, both our clients and vendors love and enjoy the user experience they get, whenever we use Dokan WooCommerce plugin. We also like the fact that Dokan gives our various clients the power to be able to track their vendor's activities and commission, using the well-crafted beautiful neatly organized colorful Admin dashboard.

Relevant features needs to be added to Dokan Multivendor Marketplace WooCommerce plugin, to help enhance the management of the vendors and commission. Dokan developer should help with a nice and beautiful UI vendor profile page. Sometimes, we do experience some breach in code and wordpress debug errors, while trying to add/install more dokan addons to our wordpress CMS framework.

Bugs, Terrible Support, Fraudulent Transactions

Commenti: Support was awful, tons of bugs, ended the relationship with a fraudulent credit card charge.

It was quick to set up. That's it. No other redeeming qualities in the long-term.

TONS of bugs. I experienced constant issues. And when I brought these issues up with their technical support, I was confronted with total incompetence. So frustrating. They don't read messages, they don't troubleshoot, and I doubt the proper QA before release. The biggest bug, payment processing was broken so that 10-20% of my transaction would error out. In e-commerce, that's a death nail. Support was no help, it took over 2 MONTHS. There are constant grammar errors across this software, both in the front end an administrator end. Really unprofessional. Page designs are terrible and dated. To top it all off, I canceled. Well guess what, they tried to charge my card for renewal anyway! Good thing my bank identified it as a fraudulent transaction.

Best Multivendor Wordpress Plugin Available

Very professional looking. Continues to be enhanced and improved. Love the new plugin integration that turns everything on by a checkbox. WeDevs keeps you updated. Always updating package.

Aspetti negativi:

Needs more plugins to make it versatile. Simple things like used/new classifications, more options that allow the user to take care of things and not have to do custom work. Needs more options to compete with eBay, many stores are meant to be setup like eBay and Amazon third party vendors. Need to compete with that. Would like to see more integration with those platforms as well.

Very buggy

I wish i knew how buggy dokan is. If you are looking into using it, join their Facebook group - thousands of users are frustrated with the constant bugs, and many are looking to hire developers to fix them independently. We spent thousands of dollars that we were not planning on spending but had no choice , it just creeped up on us. And with every upgrade they introduce new bugs!!!!

The software from wedevs is complete, we don't have any things that we feel that is missing. Although, we at this point have a special request for a donation site, the wedevs support team is willing to find a solution for us.

Great Platform to start and grow your business with

The features and how easy it was to set up initially. The customer service is very good. There are still many features we require but are confident that our request will be implemented over the coming months. It really is the perfect platform to kick start your marketplace business and grow internationally.

Aspetti negativi:

Many features which are required for our business has not yet been implemented. The old and new shipping functionality do not seamlessly work together yet, when old shipping is not active, it means that shipping terms etc pages are removed! This is not very good for our sellers. The reports could do with a lot of improvement from both seller & main admin dashboards.

É um excelente plugin, tive a oportunidade de testar o Dokan Pro, mas acho q versão free já oferece um bom uso como uma ferramenta pra aplicar um marketplace ao seu Woocommerce.

Aspetti negativi:

Acho que deixa a desejar na questão visual e customização visual. As lojas dos autores poderia ser mais bonita, e oferecer mais personalizações, estando integrado a construtores de tema como Elementor e WP Bakery.

This plugin is pretty easy to customize and has most features you'd need built in.

Aspetti positivi:

There's a lot that this plugin does, and support is very responsive. I've been able to customize a lot of things myself. I don't think it's set up to be plug and play, it requires some customization.

Aspetti negativi:

Customization could be easier. For example, I have no way to remove "Downloads" from the main tab. My marketplace has no downloads and so that confuses people. Payment says "Dokan Stripe," which I had to enter into the code to change. There are a bunch of small things like that that cause a bunch of customization work. Also, a shipping integration would be incredibly helpful.

As an integrated part of Dokan sellers can maintain their individual shipping rates in their seller dashboard and offer to their customers at checkout. As Dokan supports SEO CommunityCorals is ranked at 1 for a lot of keywords related to propagated corals in Germany.

Missing invoice functionality. It should be possible for marketplace owners to automatically issue an invoice to sellers as soon as order is defined as completed.
